Staff is amazing, food is good but I know is a family resort but is so noisy sometimes so for me is the only minor things. Everything else perfect.

Overpriced & overrated. Room tiny, clean at check in but was cleaned only once during our stay. Restaurant & pool area too small for both hotels and therefore very crowded. Food is good.Beach is neglected-sunbeds dirty. A thumbs up for the receptionists- very friendly and customer oriented. Special thanks to Mrs. Elena at the reception who is a real profesional!

To mention from the start, I stood 5 days with an all-inclusive offer. Considering it is a 4-star hotel, I can say I had some expectations and I wasn't disappointed at all. Very good food and a big variety of foods to choose from. Relatively close to the beach. Enough benches on the beach and tables to eat at. The only small issue I'd mention is that the bathroom was a bit small and the room for clothes was also slightly small, besides that nothing bad to mention. Awesome place!

This resort is comparable with the ones in Turkey. I gave it 4 stars because of the soft drinks which I didn't like at all. The food is varied and very well cooked. The room is very clean with the bed sheets changed every 2 days. We had a very nice holiday and will surely return to Mera!

The proof that "all inclusive" concept can be successfully implemented in Romania. Great hotel, professional services, good and varried food (first place I have seen especialy cooked saltless food for guests who needs it). Big thumb up and probably the first romanian place that realy impressed me by the quality-cost ratio. And believe me ... I am not a very impressionable guy...

Had a great time with my family, food and accommodation was great, only thing was the fact that the beach is a short 6min walk. Ideally for families with kids.

One of the best places in Romania for family holidays. Great location, very modern, all the facilities offered at a high level. Plus, the best beach. Not for party ppl but excellent place for families.

Too crowded in season, outside peak season is ok. Rooms are quite small but very clean. The food is a 7-8. The pool is nice and good for kids. The beach with bar is at 1km walk. The playground is nice, my 3 year old liked it.

I have made a reservation by the phone for the Spa. When I got there it turned out that I can not have access as I am not their guest, this is not written on their website nor did anybody tell me by the phone. I forgot my sun glasses at the reception and the guardian tried to stop me to enter the hotel because I am not a guest of this resort. I am very unhappy with this experience!

Our room was really small, clean but small, I didn't like the fact that we always had to wait a lot for the elevator (the hotel was really crowded) and also had to wait a lot to get snacks as you can see in the last picture. I liked the variety of fruits, but I wasn't keen on the cake/ice cream. In conclusion I would not recommend booking a room in july or august if you aren't a really patient person and I myself wouldn't come back.

Mera is a great place to go with your your family, especially if you have kids. I came only with my husband but we spent a good time here. I could check in at 10 o clock and the receptionist was very kind. The room was clean and I had everything I needed. The balcony is large and the room as well. Regarding the food, I could say I was happy with the variety and the choices, there are options even for people with diet restrictions. I enyoyed the icecream and the pavlova cake. The beach didnt seem me too far, I could arrive there in max 10 minutes. The employees are kind, and in the evening there are programs of live music and entertainment for children and adults.

Why I dont recommend Mera Resort: for getting drinks you loose lot of your holiday time to stay in queue. And the glasses are too small, so you need to go often to stay in queue for drinks.

Was great in the past but slowly degrades. This year food variation was low, cleaning was questionable.
