Not clean. Bathroom is discusting. On top of that - bed bugs

I chose Idoop hotel in Mataram because of its location. Budget hotel in the city centre, easy to get transportation, easy to get food, and even better if near to the local interesting places. Idoop hotel is a modern minimalist style hotel, clean and tidy room, not so big but comfort. The bed is comfortable, bathroom is quite clean. The staff was nice, friendly and helpful, respond to room service request very fast. Only the breakfast need to be improved. The breakfast is simple dont't expect much from it.

Out of all the hotels, hostels, and airbnbs I’ve stayed at in Indonesia, this was by far the absolute worst one. As a traveler DO NOT BOOK here. From roughly 7 am until 10/11pm it is SOO loud. I swear it sounded like I was in a war zone at times. You can hear multiple conferences happening all at once and it’s really terrible hearing all of them simultaneously. I could not go to bed at a decent time which was not cool. And if you are unfortunate enough to be facing the dinning hall it’s even worse cause you hear people eating, the chairs echo so loud. This really was the furthest thing from peaceful or enjoyable. If you’re also a female traveler be warned that the women will stare and glare at you if you aren’t completely covered up like they are. I get it you’re in Muslim territory but it’s not inviting for new comers who are learning the culture

Nice hotel modern and good breakfast not far from the centre.. We used this hotel as a stop over after catching a ferry from Bali heading to Kuta

The room is so so, stay on the 5th floor and during midnight so noisy Like someone moving objects on the floor

If you ever planning to stay in the city of Mataram this hotel is right in the center of city close to anywhere and walking distance to the local kuliner street in Mataram.

The hotel got so much potential.. everytime i got to stay in Lombok i always pick this hotel.. breakfast menu is 10/10 (budget hotel version.. dont compare it with shangrila or hilton)

Lack of maintenance in the rooms. Bedsheet and towel out of age and stained...wondering if they change after one night...or moment stay.. for new guests...

One night just for transit. Very late checkin (3 a.m)but still get the room. Just room only no breakfast. The staff nice. The room nice. But the air conditioner not very useful when the sun hit the room (west view)

with the same price than other hotels, but the room facilities are low they don't have adequate water heater, the room is clean, they help completely to make hot water in the bucket, next time will came again

Location is strategic, room size is okay with standard hotel amenities. Water temperature could be improved—took a few minutes to warm up but still wouldn’t go higher than lukewarm.

I stayed here for 2 nights and definitely i will be back when i will visit Lombok again. Here is my review : Pros : - modern room and simple one - fulfill your basic needs - high speed wifi for working - delicious meals - Cool AC Cons : - No sound absorb wall in your room even you can hear people talk from the lobby - No hair dryer - No privacy even from your room inside

Best place to choose if you need the strategic hotel. The service is good, the bed or room are neat and tidy. We will never forget about the breakfast also. So tasty. Thank you for the warmest welcome there.

Clean room, popart theme. Close to anywhere. The food was excellent. Their chinese menu, their pizza and pasta, local or traditional menus was perfect. i will come again next month. The staff very warm as well. The Manager(i think) always around, check the breakfast, lunch, dinner, lobby, everywhere. He said from Jakarta. He got good taste for sure. Thank you all, see you !

Please provide a small wardrobe to arrange our clothes instead of hangers. Make sure the the bathroom clean because the last time I stayed there the smell is not good. Should have more menu for breakfast buffet. The staff is okay, bed is comfortable, room service for food is delicious. Laundry is way too expensive with tax of 15%.

Its a slightly above average budget hotel. Room is clean and basic with TV, safe and kettle but no mini fridge. However room is not sound proof and they were playing loud music in the hallway. Was woken up in the morning at 8am. Not the best of place to have a good night sleep.

I give it 5 stars because this hotel deserve it. What a pleasure place, nice food, and strategic location in Midtown Mataram. I have no words to describe how satisfied I'm could stay there for 3 days and 2 nights. Love with their service, and the people are so humble. This hotel gonna be one of my recommended place to stay at Mataram.

Check-in staff were very slow (we checked in around 7pm with two young-looking men in the reception on duty). Room was a bit small for my liking but good enough as it was pretty clean. Furniture was pretty straightforward, bed was nice and firm. (Stayed for 1 night, November 2018)
