Everything was fine at the beginning but i was shocked that there is no communication between receptionist and managers and the worst thing i saw the security slapped a customer front of her kids . The police came it was a big scandal the staff are rude and not helpful at all , better to go other places and if you give your car to the valet they will damage it and tell you it was like that . Anyways the worst experience ever ever in my life

A great hotel, the bed is comfy and big a true king size, the hotel amnesties are good, the swimming pool is just awesome, not very crowded ... The breakfast is very rich a buffet with a lot of options, i have been here 3 times and I was never disappointed, big Thumbs up 👍🏼👌🏽

A good place to stay with a swimming pool and spacious rooms. Staff is stiff necked( may be language or cultural problem). Room amenities are poor , not befitting even for a 4-star hotel. No water bottles were provided. You have to buy. It is walking distance to shopping mall. Overall, I would grade it a 21/2 to 3 star hotel.

I’d love to leave a great review, but… Hotel is beautiful, pool is beautiful, food was excellent, overall service was pleasant. However they have a strict (understatement??) policy on bringing in bottled water onto the property. They charge about $3 per bottle. The corner store about $.50. We had 21 people leaving on an excursion the next day and they would not let us bring in the 12 water bottles we bought next door. We had to check them at the desk. Absolutes no exceptions!! Wow I was shocked. Do they depend on this water revenue to keep the property profitable???

Not a 5 star hotel. Hotel is nice but now worth 5 stars. There were a lot of noise starting at 9 in the morning. The rooms are not sound proof so you hear the neighbor talking and watching TV. They entered our room 4 times without knocking while we were in the room and had the no disturb sign on the door. The worst I think is that you cannot bring water and food from outside because they want to force you to buy from them. I will not go back there

Thieves. Be careful when choosing this hotel. The housekeeping stole a pair of airpods of a friend and an Oura charger from me. When confronted, the manager just said that we need to proof we had them when we arrived. Nonetheless, the service was pretty poor, a lot of ants and insecticide smell in the room. The food options were many, but quite bad. That is definitely not a 5 star hotel. I’d say max 3 stars

How is this a 5-start hotel? Bathroom was disgusting on arrival and shower leaking so bad the floor got all wet. Never been to a hotel where it’s impossible to bring your food or drinks to your room before (even water which they only give you 2 small bottles). People were generally rude. Would not recommend.

We were looking for a nice place to spend a good time but unfortunately we were very disappointed the staff are very rude and not professional at all. They really don't know something which is called customer service. And the worst among this is that one of the staff slapped a woman who was staying in the hotel with her kids and the police came. Really it's not a safe place to visit. I really don't recommand this hotel at all

Good location but very poor guest Relations services. Hotel not bothered to make the guests feel comfortable. Only interested in making money and profit at the cost of hospitality in service Industry. Not Recommended for stay there are other much better properties in Marrakech which care for guests.

The worst experience that i ever had . I was chocked from the big boss that he was not able to handle or have a clear communication with his team members as i was planning to extend my booking , he was very rood , staff are not polite and not supportive and i do believe the security was thinking him self that he is the Gm of the hotel according to his way and altitudes in the way he is dealing with the clients and guests . I will never ever advise anyone to over stay in this poor service . My opinion the management must be changed asp

Amazing hotel, excellent staff. The rooms are perfect. So cozy and clean. This place feels like my home away from home. Thank you.

Arrived really late due to our baggage being lost so had to file a report at the airport. The staff are polite and helpful. Most of them speak good English. The room we booked was clean had a fridge and hairdryer with the complimentary shampoo, moisturiser, soap, cap & shower gel. No iron so bring a portable one if you're bothered. Bottle of water given on first day only so would suggest to keep those bottles or if you have a flask fill it with tap water & refrigerate to save money & trips to buy bottled water. We stayed at room 219 which was a walk after you get out of the lift, the hallways are quite a maze. The elevator broke down twice during our stay so wasn't too good for me as I'm pregnant and there was no sign in front to say it was getting repaired, although they did have a handy man fixing it asap. There is a small mall (Al mazar mall) nearby about 10mins walk from hotel with clothing stores/grocery store & food court within mall which is handy. Sana the guest relations manager within the hotel would defo recommend she's lovely to speak to and very helpful. She also can organise excursions for you. They don't work with a taxi company so you have to make your way look out for taxi signs wherever you are, however they do have links with certain agents/private tour taxis if you ask Sana. We booked breakfast for our 6 nights, lovely variety of food/drinks. Couldn't fault it, everyone was lovely there, there was even a gentleman there serving traditional Moroccan tea. Just outside there is a man making fresh traditional donuts aswell. Plenty of seats inside and out. Swimming pool was great, burkini is allowed in this hotel and can use the facilities 24hrs. Drinks/food served by the pool during day. Toilets/showers next to pool also. Me and partner booked some spa treatments 'Royal hamam' and the 'relaxing massage 30min' (2,400mad- £188.60) Everything was clean, romantic with soft music vibe. They show you where to change and provide slippers & robe. Make sure to bring own bikini set otherwise they provide a cloth knicker. Me and partner both got our treatments done together. Steam room needs a bit more soft lights as it was looking abit gloomy in there. Most the massagers and spa attendants don't speak much English, sometimes they had left you without saying anything. We got abit rushed towards the end as we had initially only booked the hamam as thought the hamam came with a 10min massage, we went back to the receptionist and asked if we can get a massage too if they aren't fully booked. The receptionist gave the go ahead but I don't think the other spa workers were too happy about it. When our massage had finished we were rushed to get changed. Spa would rate it 6/10 due to the ladies disappearing on us constantly without saying use this time to relax or we'll be back in 10mins etc and the fact that we were booked last minute and therefore made our experience rushed and our masseuse upset.

Service is really slow. No towels when we arrived, kept asking for them, but still hours later. The music at the pool is awful. Way too loud. Blaring all day. Would definitely prefer to stay closer to the Medina .

Seriously the worst customer service. After contracting covid they still refused a refund, and told me they were happy for me to come there with covid instead. They then wouldn’t send me an invoice for the 600 euros they took out of my account.

It's good overall, could be better in rooms as it's not super comfy, but overall it was a good stay as I was coming for BUSINESS only.

Nice room, that's it! The rest is a worn out litterally totally depreciated hotel, desinterested absent management and swimming pool manager, totally lacking anything close to a professional view on hospitality!! Unfortunate for the hard working staff at breakfast and cleaning.

Good hotel, but not worth the 5 stars. Good staff, large rooms but a little bit damaged. Need some restorations. Good breakfast (not splendid). Good pool.

Excellent hotel, amazing service. We had no issues at all with the room and the staff. Everything was perfect. Thank you. Special thanks to Sufyan in Guest Relations. He went out of his way to help us in anyway. Getting around in Morocco was all arranged and PCR test all in hotel for our departure. I will definitely be back.

Not coming back. This hotel lost it's charm, class and atmosphere. The music at the pool was private scene for wannabe artists, music way to loud.

AC was not working well in one of our rooms and it was very hot. The toilet was not working also (there was only one toilet ). The free breakfast is not very good at all. They tried to charge us multiple times for our room service, which was not good. Then, when we were leaving, they tried to charge us for a small hand towel, which we did not even remove from the room. We allowed one of the managers to search all of our suitcases and cars, but there was no hand towel. That is an awful way to treat customers who paid for many rooms over many nights over a $2 hand towel. We can say, we will NOT be returning! There are many other nice hotels in Marrakech and they cost less too lol.

When we got to our room, the AC was off and it was sweltering hot. The toilet stopped working not too long after we arrived. The breakfast was mediocre at best; there was a lot of variety, but it was low quality. We paid cash when we got room service, but then they tried to charge us for it again when we were checking out. We effectively only had one room key, because the AC requires a key card in it to turn on, so we always had one of our cards there. When we were checking out, they tried to charge us 20 Dirham for a wash cloth from the bathroom, claiming that we stole it. We did not allow them to swindle us and a manager searched through all of our personal belongings for 30 minutes. What a ridiculous waste of everybody's time and horrible customer service over 20 Dirham, truly shameful. We won't be returning. They should not be claiming "5 stars."

No parking available Or you can pay extra hidden fees (4€/day) to be able to put your car nearby + in Marrakech scamers wearing yellow vests are everywhere and will ask you for 2€ whenever you stop by your car even for like 10 mins to buy something. This city regadless of the hostel is done for me, i ll never go back.

The hotel is a great hotel, nice rooms, nice pool, nice atmosphere, nice vibe, breakfast is also very good. But they got one problem and that is the staff and the hotel rules the made up themselves! The most irritating one is THAT YOU CANNOT BRING FOOD OR DRINKS FROM OUTSIDE TO YOUR ROOM! YOU HAVE TO BUY IT IN THE HOTEL! and they will hold you standing if you do! I did it anyway, but with long discussions with the whole staff. I will neverrrrrrr return to this hotel only because of the bad and poor service and their irritating security, reception, poolboys, manager, restaurant manager etc.

Great Common areas. Poor room quality but clean enough. The water pressure in the bathroom is weak. The Internet connection through WiFi is not stable and very weak. The food that was served during the braking fast meal was not up to the standards of the asked price. I was highly disappointed from the food
