The Hotel Prestige Brussels is a charming boutique hotel located in the heart of Brussels. The hotel's central location is ideal for exploring the city, with many popular tourist attractions within walking distance. The hotel is also easily accessible by public transport, with a metro station just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel itself is small and cozy, with just 25 rooms, which gives it a more personal feel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern furnishings and all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. The bathrooms are also modern and well-equipped, with a shower or bathtub. One of the highlights of the Hotel Prestige Brussels is its breakfast, which is served in a cozy breakfast room. The buffet breakfast is delicious and includes a variety of options such as pastries, bread, fruit, yogurt, cheese, and cold meats. The hotel also has a bar, which serves a variety of drinks and snacks throughout the day. The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming, and they are always willing to help guests with any questions or requests they may have. The hotel also offers a range of services, including a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and a concierge service. One of the drawbacks of the Hotel Prestige Brussels is that it doesn't have any on-site parking but there are public parking options nearby. There is no lift for guest in the hotel and also the rooms can be a bit small, but this is common for many hotels in Brussels. Overall, the Hotel Prestige Brussels is a great option for anyone looking for a cozy and centrally located hotel in Brussels. The hotel's friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and delicious breakfast make it a great choice for both leisure and business travelers.

small room, but nice and comfertable with aircondition and t.v. 24/h reception desk. no elevator to the upper floors. location is ok as well, not so in the center but 5 minutes walk to a metro station. The price is fine as well.

First of all the customer serives was so bad. We walked in, the guy barely spoke to us and just handed us a key. As we went to go to bed pull back the sheet and the bed and pillows were covered in bed bugs. They kindly let us change rooms

Receptionist is rude. The room is dirty. Sincerely the place is a rip off and I do not recommend to stay here. Booked 10 days before the price was 120€ per night for two people. Chilling like an horror movie.

We had some encounter with bed bugs in our room. The wifi kept disconnecting every few seconds so we could not use it at all.

Very horrible experience here for A GIRL TRAVELLING ALONE!! A reception hit on me when I stayed there from 10/7 to 12/7. He offered to help me change the room and tried to stay in my room with the excuse of watching the World Cup. He also tried to hug me and hold my hand. After the game, when I asked him to leave my room because I wanted some private time, he said something like he can give me money and he ask me for 15 minutes. THAT WAS GROSS! When I insisted him to leave the room, he threatened me to change my room back to original room which smelled badly. Although he was out finally, it made me so uncomfortable and frightened for the whole night that I could not sleep. It is definitely a bad and horrifying experience to stay in this hotel. I do wish the manager can do something with the sexual harassment posed by his employee, but the manager was on vacation at that time. Therefore, I have to stay for another uneasy night. I will not recommend this hotel because of my horrible experience here. Also, they don’t have lift, and their toilet smells very bad.

The hotel does not have stairs to access the lobby or to go up to the rooms, very dark and with a musty smell throughout the building, they gave us a room where it was impossible to enter the bathroom because of the strong smell of mold and humidity . We had to sleep with the window open because it could not be of the smell, obviously in the morning the sound of traffic woke us up. I had half a wall finished. The television dropped the signal every time. As for breakfast, I have no complaints, we told the situation to the manager and he only told us what was wrong for you. I would not go back to this hotel.

Everything sucked, the room smells bad, the receptionist was so rude, the parking is a garage filled with trash and used tools, and we had to pay 25€ per night EXTRA to use the parking...

OK hotel to spend a night: cheap, but clean with normal location for traveling in the city.

Reasonable price, clean and nicely decorated, convenient location walking distance to city centre and Gare du Nord railway station. However, there were a few maintenance issues, the shower head holder was broken, the TV didn't work, there was a wooden strip missing off the bottom of one bed with a sharp piece where I knocked my leg. Bedside lights would have been appreciated. The apartment was certainly spacious and fairly well equipped, fridge, microwave, kitchen utensils etc. good value for money considering that breakfast was included in the price, although latecomers had little choice as several things had run out.

Stayed at the prestige apartments for 180 euros per night. Overall I am strongly dissatisfied with the value for money. The apartment appeared to be clean, but there was a distinctive smell all over the place, which became awful in the toilet. Note the "bare" lights switch next to the main entrance on the photo - I wouldn't let my kids use this! No soundproofing, too: the sound of cars and motorcycles striving to climb the steep road in front of the hotel woke me up at 6am. And no elevator, so I had to climb the impressively narrow stairs to get to the second floor with my luggage.

We were in the Prestige hotel in December and it was awful. our room was cold, we asked the reception to do sth., bofore we leave for dinner and his reaction was a shoulder movement to show that our request is not important for him. after we came back another staff was there and he said the problem is solved but as we reached our room, it was even colder. as our room was on 3rd floor and there was no lift and no response was guaranteed, we decided not to discuss anymore and sleep with lots of clothes. however I caught a cold in holidays. another point is breakfast was not included and we should have pay 10 euros per person. but the breakfast was also awful. little portion of fresh bread and croissant after longtime and when we reached the basket, they were already gone. Sausage and egg were also soon finished and not charged again. just some coffee, butter, and toast were always there.

STAY AWAY!!! A literal hazardous place to stay. The moment you go to the room you smell the mold, which is really strong. The room is dirty and bathroom full of fungi. My husband has asthma problems and after only one night he start to cough immensely. We go to the receptionist and he is LAUGHING of us and denying there is any mold anywhere. I ask for the manager of the place and after talking 20 minutes and explaing her that his asthma problem is serious, we get refunded for the second ordered night. 15€ for parking. This was the worst hotel of my life. The authorities needs to take a look at this place.

Horrifying. I was put in a room with 2 bathrooms but 1 was under construction. The corridors to the room was dark and the lights were not switched on. Some lights were automated but could not detect my presence until very much later which was terrifying as I had to stand in the dark to find my keys.

Pretty basic room and breakfast. That was okay. But the shower was dirty. And the area feels uncomfortable.

If you want a not too expensive place to stay in Brussels that's a walking distance to the city centre and the train\coach station, this is the place. Friendly guys at the reception, clean room and clean environment. Lovely breakfast as well.

We rented an apartment in that hotel and we were very disappointed. When we arrived we tought we were at the wrong place because it had a very cheap look on the outside. The walls were so thin that I could hear the people of the next apartment talking like if they were sitting in front of me. The floor was horribly cold and the smell of the bathroom was unbearable. The breakfast was very simple and they ran out of food even when you wake up very early to go to eat. The receptionists were very kind and helpful but still the place was not nice.

I stayed alone and was there for there late in the evening so thought it was good enough. The breakfast wasn't bad at all with enough variety for someone. Wifi was of good speed. Lack of few amenities may be a small concern.
