Hotel aesthetic is beautiful. The location is good. They don’t offer parking but there is a parking lot on the left side of the building next street over. Park there and then just walk or scooter everywhere you want to go. There’s a lot to do around there, very busy. It’s like “New York” from The States. If you don’t like New York than you won’t like Brussels. I personally don’t like this city but it was my first time there. All I wanted to do was go back to this hotel and hang out, it has such a cool vibe. There’s a restaurant in the front of the hotel. Plenty of cool “content worthy” nooks and crannies through out the hotel. I would recommend.

I've been to this hotel 3 times now and will go back. It's one of the best hotels i have experienced and I travel about 10 to 15 times a year for work, so I've been to a lot of hotels. It has an amazing location, absolutely beautiful setup, including a scent when you enter the hotel. Rooms are gorgeous, and the beds are so comfortable. Wonderful staff, too. 100% recommended for anyone going to Brussels.

Two wonderful nights spent at Hotel Indigo. The room, the breakfast, the staff were great. The check in was quick, and the room was clean and welcoming. Loved the great artworks and paintings in the room and bathroom. For some reason, breakfast had very limited live hot food. But the other options made up for it. Rogier station nearby is definitely convenient and a quick train ride to Brussels airport from the North station. Highly recommended indeed.

Hotel Indigo Brussels City is a true gem of urban hospitality. Its elegant and modern atmosphere are completely engrossing. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel at home throughout our stay. The hotel room was quite spacious, clean and very comfortable! And the generous breakfast selection provided by the Garden Kitchen really impressed us. Furthermore, the hotel's location was perfect, very close to MRT station and many beautiful attractions! If the tourists are looking forward to exploring an unique experience in the capital of Europe, Hotel Indigo Brussels City is absolutely the best choice!

I honestly have never stayed at a hotel with a more sumptuous and soothing ambience. Imagine getting off an elevator to get to your room and stepping into a richly decorated and scented sitting area with a background recording of birds chirping. It was heaven. The room was normal size by European standards (don't go complaining, Americans!) but beautifully appointed. Parrot-shaped towel hooks to go with the theme? Get outta here. The location was great with easy access to a subway and within easy walking distance of the Grand Place. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, offering maps and helping to draw out routes for guests to find their way around. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel. And I *might* have taken some photos so I can copy some decorating ideas.

I'll start by saying the decoration in this hotel really is beautiful, with lots of nice details everywhere you look. There is also plenty of space downstairs if you want to go to the bar and the drinks were pretty good. Breakfast was ok, with all the choices you'd expect from a buffet, though it was so busy there were queues at the entrance to be able to get a table. It is well located as well, so very convenient for the metro or an easy walk to the city centre. My problem with the hotel was my room, which was painful, mainly because I bumped into every piece of furniture there. I stayed in a standard room, which is probably the lowest available and the room itself seemed to be a good size, but they had packed it with so much oversized furniture that you barely had space to move. There were three tiny tables and one chair and no space to even reach them. The safe has been placed at head height and the door opened outwards towards your bed, so if you're unlucky to forget it's there when you get out of bed, you'll end up with a dent on your forehead for a week like I did. The bathroom has a ridiculously big metal bar poking under the sink, limiting the space you have to enter. Again, I bumped into that several times. I have no doubt a larger room there must be really nice, but I would not recommend this one.

I can highly recommend this hotel. The location is very central, being right next to a main pedestrian shopping street, ten minutes walk from Brussels North station, fifteen minutes walk to Grand Place, and right outside Rogier, a major metro and tram station. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The whole hotel, from the lobby, reception, bar, and room were designed extremely thoughtfully, well put together and stylish. -1 star for the first room having a faulty toilet flush, but we were very quickly relocated to a similar room with a bigger bathroom.

We went there for 2 days (Birthday) All in all we did not have such a nice experience. A) The hotel and amenities are well maintained and nice. B) The young woman, short and dark hair at the reception was impolite and not (never) helpful during the electricity cut, while our shower was cold and did not tell us about the free coffee and water. My expectations: really simple: small sorry and explanation when the hot water is back and electricity and not an explanation that cold water is no problem. We gave open and respectful feedback, simply didn't matter for her. For the price and what the hotel wants to be they have to work massively with this specific employee (seems like she was mentioned already before here).

Amazing stay at The Indigo hotel thanks to their staff and their amazing cocktails, breakfast, gym, sauna. They have a big beautiful screen just beside a lounge area which displays hundreds of amazing rotating photos of natural merveils from around the world. This is magnificent to look at and daydream of your next vacation while sipping on one of their amazing cocktails. It is a hotel that is inspired by nature. They have a beautiful library, mostly filled with books on nature. In my opinion this hotel merits five stars. It was our nicest break away in a long time. Very family friendly also. Highly recommend.

Just love the place, friendly staff, always available for help ir service. Rooms can be (very) good but can also be on the small side to the point where you have to step out of the bathroom to comfortably dry yourself after a shower. The strips on the shower doors could be replaced in multiple rooms I have experienced. Breakfast is very complete. Atmosphere is very relaxed all themed on the urban garden. My favorite place to stay when in Brussels

Very good hotel. Super friendly staff. Nice and quiet atmosphere. Central location. Underground parking not far away 22€ per day. There is nice gym and great sauna in this hotel. Also water fountains on each floor. Loved it

The hotel is ok, just not more than that, considering its prices. The personnel was not friendly (two girls on the reception - blond and brunette) and it ruined the first impression from the stay. We have a sink leakage and a clog in the bathroom, which we noticed some hours after the check-in, so they were unhappy that we haven’t told about that “timely”. No sorry from them, just a mean look and quite change of the room. I think I’m not supposed to check everything as I come here for holidays, not for an inspection. When we changed the room, the hair-dryer didn’t work well but haven’t told about it just not to spoil the mood communicating with the hotel personnel again. Definitely not value for money. The only good thing in the hotel was breakfast. And its location in the center of the city quite near from all the top attractions.

Stayed only one night but lovely hotel. Our room was a little noise from traffic and on the small size. However very comfortable bed/pillows, very clean and nicely decorated. Had dinner in the Serra restaurant which was excellent, great for vegetarian dishes, based on sharing. Breakfast is buffet style with cooked dishes extra. Very busy as quite small but staff very helpful at all times.

We LOVED this Hotel! Close to Centre, yet away from the tourist crowds, super clean, sensational bed and pillows- had my best sleep ever- the gym has top equipment and the restaurant is very good too. Will come back 👍

Really loved the style of the hotel and audio effects in the corridor. The hotel itself is in great location for the city centre and local botanical gardens. The only issue we had was the air-conditioning was great so the room got quite hot, would of liked a fan in the room itself. The staff are really friendly and helpful, even giving us some local recommendations to few great bars! Also I recommend trying some of the the hotel cocktails!

Excellent hotel, I had a perfect stay here! Loved the botanical/tropical theme that can be seen even in the smallest details and decorations. Spacious and clean rooms, and comfortable beds. Coffee machine available in the room. The breakfast buffet was extensive and varied, there's something for everyone. The staff were very accommodating, enthusiastic and friendly.

The hotel is near the city centre. It looks modern. Rooms are ok but not very clean, even if you ask to clean them. It has no normal restaurant, only some kind of snack bar with packed salads and a few hot dishes like pasta. However the breakfast is quite good with a lot of choice. The hotel is really close to a metro station, which is really convenient. The bad part is that there are no normal restaurants near the hotel. Either it's a fast food chain or just a bad place.

The room was in a perfect location!! Close to the center, to the metro and to the trains. The gym was excellent and the breakfast too. The ladies Efi and Sidorela who spoke the same language, gave us a lot of information about the sights. The only negative was that in the reception told us that the sauna close at 11 and when we visit it was already closed. :/ Thanks for all! AS.

We had a family trip in Brussels last week and spent two night at INDIGO hotel. The experience was very great. The room is cosy and clean. Staffs are also nice and helpful. It’s just 5min walk to high street where you can find a lot of shops. Downtown is not far neither. I’d highly recommend this hotel to the others.

  • 5/5 liveyourlife 3. 5 months ago on Google
The hotel is located near the center. You can easily reach it on foot with a few minutes walk. The room was really good. Bathroom and bedsheets were clean and the mattress was really soft. However I think that the overall illumination in the room was a little dim. Maybe it has to do with the relaxing concept of the room (decorative lights etc) The service was excellent! Especially Efi and Sidorela helped us in everything we asked regarding information about the city, places to visit and food options. They also recommended 2 omellettes that were really tasty. Overall, the whole experience was perfect and we felt like home.

Beautiful jungle! 😍 We really enjoyed all the plants throughout the hotel. Those gorgeous plant walls. Also the little sitting nooks throughout. Breakfast was yummy, a little expensive. Excellent hotel staff. Friendly and very patient.

All in all it was ok. We had booked a double room in connection with the Global Journey Tomorrowland ticket. Pros: Style of the hotel looks great and is very impressive. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location of the hotel is great. Cons: The room was very small compared to other hotels in Brussels and especially the bathroom was very cramped. The toilet was installed so close to the shower and sink that you could hardly move. The shower was just enough for one person. The breakfast area also disappointed us a bit. Everything was very small and the selection left much to be desired. The hotel does not have its own parking lot and you have to park expensively in a parking garage. For the price you get in Brussels unfortunately a lot more offered.

I wish I had stayed at the Hoxton instead. The rooms do not have true air conditioning, but instead an inadequate air cooling system - the front room suggested opening the window to stay cool, but it’s loud out and there’s a lot of light from the street. The room I had (421) was a standard room that was absolutely tiny - much smaller than any of photo of the rook category showed. The bathroom made me feel like I was on an airplane because it was so small - and hard sharp edges in this extremely tight space. All in all, not worth the money. First and last time staying and an Indigo hotel.

The hotel is lovely, with very beautiful and fun decorations. We loved the atmosphere. Service was amazing- especially from Alice and Aurelien in the (very cool) restaurant— their hospitality was so over the top that I had to write a review in their praise! I would stay here again for the hotel’s style and convenient location.

This is a gorgeous hotel. It's very conveniently located, right next to the tram stop. It's beautifully decorated throughout and it's the nicest smelling hotel I've ever stayed in! The rooms are lovely and spacious with gorgeous furniture and a big comfortable bed. There's not much of a view but we didn't mind so much as there's so much to get out and see in Brussels. The staff were brilliant and really helpful with suggestions on what we could do during our stay. They even gave us museum passes for the day which we used to visit the Chocolate museum. Breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide range of hot and continental options. The waffles were a real treat! We would definitely stay again.

Such a lovely hotel with wonderful attention to the little things. It’s themed to reflect the nearby botanical gardens, so the array of plant life and the smells around the corridors and reception add a certain something. The decor is cool and a bit funky and the staff are excellent. Opt for the breakfast. Also very good. Brussels was a huge disappointment but the hotel indigo really helped to make up for the experience, or lack there of.

Perfect welcome and room. Breakfast was bountiful and delicious. Surprised in a positive way by the separation of meats and cheeses from the rest of the food (I guess as a courtesy to vegan guests?)

The hotel had a beautiful interior and nice decor. Our room however, A/C didn't work, our phone didn't work either and beds are not that comfortable. Staff was nice but they didn't speak English very well so it was hard to communicate. I'd give it a 3.5 overall.

Surprisingly good hotel. The best part is the proximity to station and location of place. Staff was nice. Clean hotel. Food...I would suggest to go out or order from outside. Else its a really good hotel.

Beautiful hotel, super friendly staff and well located in the center of Brussels. The breakfast was very good. I would stay here again when I visit Brussels the next time.

Great hotel and rooms in a good location but front desk needs some SERIOUS training. Check in was painfully slow 20 min since the person was not trained on the software and did not know how to use it. Check out was not easier with impossibility for the front desk to print or send invoice via email on that morning. It took 3 calls and 2 emails to finally receive the invoice after 2 weeks...

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous theme building from the inside, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in on each floor. High quality clean rooms with all basic facilities inside, high quality service. The 5 stars is for the hotel staff and our host Abi. :)

The hotel was great, loved the sunny! However, our room (610) was out of reach for reliable wifi.

This hotel has a fantastic look, the staff are helpful, friendly and happy. The breakfast (not included with the room) was fresh with a great variety of items to choose from, bread was fresh every day, coffee from a machine but tasted good enough! The decor is beautiful, the rooms seemed big. We were 3 friends sharing the the sofa was pulled out. With that there were issues getting around the room, finding somewhere else to sit but the bed. No problem for us, we came to see the town, not the room. With 3 occupants they didn't add a third bath robe, nor a third cup, the coffee in the room was only stacked for the first morning, we stayed 3 nights. It wasn't topped up but surely would have been if we had asked. We asked for more toilet paper as the maid had left the room tidy and clean but with a half empty roll, no spare. The bathroom had a bath which is rare in my experience. The air con worked well. The traffic noise wasn't waking me, we had the windows closed. I am definitely going back for the location and breakfast and the friendly, helpful staff.

We stayed here for a week. The staff are amazing. Every person we interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and has a fun design. We requested a crib and they were very quick to accommodate. The hotel is only meters from a metro making travel around town very easy. I’d definitely recommend this hotel!

We loved the green atmosphere, decoration and service level at this hotel. Great location near everything an urban boutique hotel that is walking distance to the city's old part and next to metro and train stations. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, rich in handy details and well isolated from outside noise. Water fountains on every floor including cold sparkling water -we adored this! Great restaurant options too, specially for veggies and vegan lovers. Ample indoor and outdoor spaces to chill out, meet and work too.

A room of 300€ per night. We found socks under the bed. The room has multiple lights but you can't use them separate. The main is always on and you can only add. Only the bedside lights are separated. We were using the brown sugar and they never add any brown sugar, only sweeteners. I had to ask for the sugar and the coffee capsules. The shower gel was finished and I had to ask to refill it. The tables outside have QR codes to see the menu and place your order, some tables haven't got if you sit there you can't give the order to the waitress you have to go at the bar. Only the guys at the reception were polite. Really nice design. Close to the Botanical park.

Great hotel. Like a boutique hotel. Great location. Very high decor standards, very comfy newly refurbished unusual rooms. Felt spotless. Great bed. They could do with improving the breakfast menu with crispy bacon, beans, hash browns, tomatoes, quality sausages. Gym fitness room perfect with options to squat and bench press and a top level sauna with an icy cold bucket drop. Will happily stay here again. Staff on reception outstanding. Many thanks

Lovely staff and maids, very clean and helpful. The book lounge was nice and I appreciate the design. The room was very complete with cafe. My only problem was the fridge. It didn’t work and was room temperature and it seemed to not cool anything when I turned the setting. The gym is amazing and my favorite part maybe. Would definitely stay again, merci!

Hotel was really nice, rooms very comfortable and spacious. Very nicely decorated. Staff lovely. If getting train and getting off at Brussels North Station make sure you come out the main entrance, we came out the back way and felt very unsafe walking that way. Security around hotel entrance all day.

  • 4/5 Leena N K. 1 year ago on Google
The staff is really great and friendly. The food and ambience is superb. All my stars are just for the staff and ambience. The stay is not as good as we expected it to be. The air conditioning isn't working properly. We changed rooms as our first room was really hot, and the next one was a little bit better with windows open. Location wise - close to rail station with 2-3 stops to Brussels centre.

  • 5/5 KU T. 1 year ago on Google
Very hip hotel in a great location in downtown Brussels. Right by the metro station and only 5 min walk to the Brussels North Station. The room was on a smaller side but nicely decorated with a tropical parrot theme. The front staffs are awesome. I had a great stay. Breakfast was not included. It was 20 Euro.

  • 5/5 Jenia D. 2 years ago on Google
The staff was wonderful. The hotel itself is beautiful with amazing, designed, relaxing rooms. Breakfast was excellent! Waffles, sausages, vegetables, and even an orange juice machine. We enjoyed our stay and loved everything!

The location was very convenient for a weekend trip. It was an easy and short walk to train station to the airport. The room was clean and well-kept. The service was very friendly and helpful. The gym was a decent size and empty. Water fountains on every floor. It was a little noisy at night with some sirens and drunk people outside but it didn't bother me much and the people/sirens passed quickly (neither of which are under the hotels control).

  • 4/5 Kevin L. 1 year ago on Google
Can check in via terminal if front desk is really busy. Friendly staff, great location and amenities. Excellent variety on the breakfast buffet. Couldn't get room service on a Monday night though, so not great for the lazy/tired. Interesting ambiance in common floor areas, but it definitely works for the hotel. Rooms are a good size, plenty of power outlets (USB/mains) but lighting was a little dark. Elevators operate slower than molasses.
