I went to Paul this morning to be served by the most RUDEST server I have ever come across. He begged me to twice to speak in English after he asked if I was English. But the name of the cakes are written in French so I can only say what I see. The company needs re-train their staff as they don’t seem to like serving people.

Disappointing bakery. Wanted one last croissant before leaving France. The croissant I got was rubbery and bland, at an above market price.

Rude and expensive... menu "example" not offer... so despite the expensive "menu" clearly showing a Tarte Framboise, the choice was only two dry cakes. Also, refused to speak French, despite his English being about the same level as my French.

They messed up my order adding lots of things we didn’t ask. Please, make sure to have people who can speak English to make sure the order will be the right one. In addition, 3.7€ for water? Since when I am paying for gold?

Our Friends told us to visit Paul when in France. Due to our hectic schedule, we did not make it to the regular bakery. Lucky for Us, we got to try them out at the station while waiting for our train. My review is based solely on that experience. The line was manageable considering it was the morning rush. The service was efficient and the baked pastries and coffee we got were delicious. The reason for the three stars as for most of my reviews is that it was my first time there.

PAUL never disappoints. I ordered the Le Parisian meal which includes a sandwich (ham, butter, and cheese on a baguette), a drink, and a dessert. I was able to order via the touchscreen, and then I picked up my order at the counter when one of the friendly staff members called my name. The sandwich was fresh and the caramel tart. Both were exceptionally fresh and delicious. I highly recommend.

Not a good experience! The server is so rushed! The latte is a diluted milk mess, no taste of coffee! The crossiant is small, not fresh and not crusty! Come on Paul you can do better! Nil point!

The server seemed quite lost and she forgot to give me the moelleux cake I paid for. Dear Paul, if you’re seeing this, please get in touch with me and refund my amount. Transaction was around 9:30 AM - the order was for a pizza, Bretzel and Moelleux around 9.45 EUR for all 3 and she forgot to give us the cake- the main thing we went to the shop to order and eat.

How can you create a second queue when selling coffee in a busy train station right at the platforms where everyone is in a hurry to catch a train?? There were two queues and two servers behind the counter. So I chose the shorter queue and I queued. I ordered. I paid. 3€ for a noisette, which is a lot, but okay, Paris train station. Then I was given a receipt and told to pick up my coffee „over there“. Which turned out to be the second queue. I tried waiting a bit, did the math and saw no way of catching my TGV which was waiting five metres away. I gave away the receipt to some happy person in the first queue and ran for it. Not cool. You have two people working. You have a coffee machine with three slots. Why on Earth don‘t you work in parallel and serve people right away, also saving on bureaucracy. I‘m so frustrated to be sitting jammed in (only thing you pay the extra fee for is speed) a packed TGV without my comfort coffee…

It's a kiosk in a busy train station, so didn't expect much on services and spaces. I ordered a tuna sandwich, which was ok (as what it should be); and a latte, that was not good, too dilute (too little espresso or too much water). Besides, I also a chocolate muffin. It's sufficiently good👌🏼I think they are just what you can get in a train station.

Yesterday (11.06.19) morning got hair in their food in gar de Lyon station .Interesting part is that when I show the attendant ( a young blonde girl) the hair in the food she hurriedly take out the hair and through it to the ground and getting service to other customers. I was surprised as she ignore me completely as is nothing happened. Then I queried about what is going on she ignored me again and told me she has nothing to do with it. Then I asked her she should tell me in the 1st place and why she kept me waiting and why she through away the hair. In that moment a lady came probably some higher authority and she asked me gently what happened and asked the attended to change the bakery item and she obliged. Very rude and poor service . Please avoid the bakery.

👍👍 If you are visiting Paris, a cruise ride on the River Seine is not to be missed. We chose Bateaux Parisiens as it was included in the Paris Pass. However, you need to purchase a ticket from the ticket office by showing the Paris Pass before joining the queue to get on to the boat. We got on board th...

😐 Granted, setting and mood are nice. Staff is, for the most part, friendly’ish. Food was average, in other words, rather disappointing. I tried all dishes but I had the pizza, it was lukewarm, chewy and could barely hold together towards the center as it was so moist. I wouldn’t go again but that’s...

👍 Well managed restaurant with beautiful decor. I love their kitchenware like dishes, pans and bottles. Truffle pasta is tasty but I didn‘t enjoy the beef dish much as it was too dry and tough compared to other restaurants in Paris. Anyway overall is good - having nice food in lovely atmosphere!
