The lady who took my order she was very rude with everyone because she wants go home that what she was telling everyone…well if she wants to go home tell there manager there’s no point to ride with customers…. Her name was sandy nd I was there around 7pm July25

Came in for a bagel and a coffee. The lady taking the order was very rude, absolutely no manners at all. Pretty much acted as though I was an inconvenience to her by placing my order. Once I sat down and opened my bagel it was completely burnt like black… I just drank the coffee and threw the bagel out. I definitely didn’t want to deal with her again. Could only imagine what she would be like, dealing with a complaint if she was already miserable taking the order.

I went to get coffee for myself and my staff during my break. There were 6 people working, but no one seems to be interested in making my order. The girl who took the order was rolling her eyes at the customers for asking special order. They were are all busy joking around than focusing on their job. My coffee was cold and not made as ordered. Worst customer service.

Better selection of food than the King Street location, at least have stocked donuts etc

Charlotte is an awful person and should be fired! She has the most awful costumer service I have ever experienced for a coffee and breakfast sandwich. I just got off a three hr flight and got out of traffic in Toronto and wanted Tim’s.. never will be stopping here again. She just ruined my mood for my 2hrs drive home. I have never experienced such a rude person who works ‘front house’. She said the f word on shift. And was complaining the whole time we ordered. Complained to/about other costumers about their orders and requests. Eyerolls. Very over the top disrespect attitude for a person working at Tim Hortons. 10/10 would fire Charlotte if she was my employee. No napkins were provided with our food. Gosh forbid I asked her.

I come to this tims on my lunch break at work and did so tonight and this is the tenth time they were out of ingredients that were needed for the turkey bacon club. They gave me an expired coupon that isnt valid to try to make up for the fact they served my a sandwich that they had to swap out the bun for which led to an extra 0.40 charge and then didn't put mayo on the sandwich. I'm going to be choosing a different tims from now on and reccommend others do the same.

This Tim’s is the Best Tim’s in Midland/Penetang . Always super friendly staff, fast service, always gets the orders right, fast service with a smile. My go to Tim’s. A+++++

They almost always get the order correct. MILK It's not hard guys!
