i rented here for a 12 month lease. upon completion, cleaned the apartment, and moved. had no desire to stay, but i completed my lease. a year later, find a collection from them on my credit seeking payment for a 13th month. at the time, this place was in the middle of finding a new owner, disorganized, and in disrepair. have disputed this with credit reporting agencies, but they want to continue to place negative information that they know hurts, even though i completed a 12 month lease. because of their incompetence, i have to deal with the one thing on my credit report causing me continual grief. do yourself a favor, save the future headache, don't move here.

I am glad I moved out of these apartments. They are not safe. I had my car broken into and some stuff stolen from it. During the day there are kids always running around and screaming. It's pretty annoying. There were several times that I did not have hot water. One time I called the office and let them know and the whoever picked up was rude and said we know with an attitude. I didn't know it was other people as well so there was no need to be rude. After moving out for a few months I received a letter saying I still owe them money for a cleaning fee. They said they made a mistake and did not take it out of the deposit after sending me my deposit. Not my problem...they will try and scam you for money. Please move somewhere else.

We live in the mosaic apartments right up the road from the sunnyview and we have had 2 attempted brake ins and they broke into our car and there has been stabbing and there was even a drug bust there a couple months ago and we have been trying to get out of our lease but all they say the can do I move us and charge us in our rent the office is not helpful at all our apartment is falling apart and they won’t do anything about it they rather have us be in unsafe environment then actually ty to help us we are even scared to go out and go to the store. They don’t even care about the safety of the people that live there

1 star is too many and would imply much more competence than is displayed at Sunnyview. Sunnyview is easily the worst living experience you could ever have. I would list all the issues since the day we moved in, but that would take a novel. Ignoring pests, non-working doors and toilets, ignoring maintenance requests, not replacing air filters, disregarding and ignoring mold, and much more are some of the "benefits" of living in this dump. What I can say is not a single issue is ever addressed or fixed, and they will tell you not to pay rent for two months because management will be calling to discuss billing due to their gross negligence leading to unusable rooms, but nobody will ever call or attempt to do anything to make things better, and you'll suddenly get a notice on your door to pay or leave despite being promised that wouldn't happen while you were instructed to wait. These people should be investigated and shut down and not allowed to harm any more people.

Lived there would not recommend , they would not fix anything, roaches were horrible, refused to fix the laundry room for my washer and dryer even though they rented it to me with in apartment laundry, got bed bugs shortly after moving in, had brand new furniture, we had to throw it away, and are still paying for it. Gunshots almost every night.

We really enjoy our apartment & the staff is great. The down side is there are a handful of people who refuse to keep their dogs on a leash and don't pick up after themselves. But the staff is pretty good at keeping the grounds clean. The price for the size is wonderful and crime seems to stay down.

I was Viciously attacked by a pit bull, there are 2 times on that property. I called the property manager, and they said there's nothing they could do about it. The guy still has the dog. And I don't understand why they don't care about their tenants or their guests

I just moved out of sunnyview this February and I had a great experience my 1 year living here. The apartment was a little rough in places like the carpet coming up and the water was either too hot or too cold sometimes but the staff was very friendly. I always received notice days or at least 24 hours before someone came into my apartment for maintenance or spraying for bugs. Every problem I had was solved my maintenance the next day of calling. Wasn’t too expensive and the neighbors were always nice. For the price I think it’s a great pick for the area. Definitely the best option for that location.

Not everything is old and they don't solve anything and the place is very dangerous
