This place is a complete disaster, starting with the staff, rude, lazy and incompetent. The unit itself is old and every door is broken from the hinges, the drawers break, we've had 5 floods in 10 months, sewer water has flooded our master bedroom 4 times. This past 6 days we've had to stay in a hotel because they turned off our air to do roof work. Well a storm came through and ended up literally raining inside my apartment! I'm sitting in a hotel room As I write this honest review. I beg you please save yourself the nightmare and find another place to live. They will lie to you to get you in, buy once you are in, they have no interest in taking care of your issues. Please save yourself the nightmare and find a decent place to live.

Remodel is just above a landlord special. Water comes up between the vinyl wood panels on the floor. A/C unit leaks water and doesn’t have an air filter. Paint failing from walls in bathroom and tub warped and holds water. Randomly added “covered parking” to virtually every spot and started charging residents. Came home to my personal vehicle tagged to be towed for parking in a non covered spot where I was supposed to park. When I went to dispute it the African American lady said I was a liar and she had a witness say that my car was under covered parking. I was gone over 120miles away all day. When I asked for her name she refused to provide it and kicked me out of the office when my level of attitude started to match hers. 10/10 won’t recommend this complex nor be resigning my lease without some sort of resolve.

We have been here for 3 yrs. Since the new management took over in March things have drastically improved! The manager Dianne Reese is absolutely fantastic! The entire office staff has been amazing. The new maintenance team has done a phenomenal job getting issues taken care of as quickly and efficiently as possible, many thanks to Robert (maintenance) for doing an exceptional job!

Jonathan to whomever reads this having a quiet, clean, respectful down to earth management on the drop of a dime if possible, have an emergency they will get on it and will find the source if possible and solve the problem very respectful, reliable, and caring to all the residents parking lots clean New additions are happening around the complex around about security. Keep our property safe. It is extremely quiet here being by an expressway is post to be loud but it’s very quiet. I’m a country man and this is a nice place. I’m blessed to have the roof over my head, and the right people to take care of Under my wing I totally appreciate it and blessings to the Izzy and all staff. Please whoever reads this know that they listen to you instead of just wanting a paycheck there concerns you have issues they’ll try to help you solve it if they can very nice facility pools almost opened up , people are looking for a place to live. I have been here for almost a yr. I have had a few problems but usually adressed in a timely manner. Have had a total of 3 new management teams. I didn't really have any problems with any of them all have been very help. First got us in an apartment in 4 days so we could get out of old a apartment complex due to mold. But I have to say that this new team they have in office now are great. Both ladies in office have been not just helpful but they always greet me with such enthusiasm that it makes you feel good as you walk in. And the management team are great as well. Both Amber and Jennifer have been very helpful and understanding when for first time since moving in on November 2022 we ran into a Lil money problem. They worked with us and gave us time to get straight. The biggest thing though is that we have needed both tubs resurfaced since we moved in. Countless requested to other management teams were ignored. I asked new management team one time and it was done within a week. And they did a great job I am very happy. Last thing is the maintenance team do their best to address problems in a timely manner and take the time to talk to you so they can fully understand the problem and then get it handled. SPECIAL THANKS TO JESSE for always trying to help. Totally recommend this complex. Is good area, quite, large outdoor area great for get together. They are constantly doing improvements and upgrades. I will definitely be renewing my lease.

Disgusting apartments!!!! They always say they will do inspections and never do. We had been telling them since march/april that our air conditioner wasn’t working and it was leaking. We told them there was mold. And a maintenance guy told us that they were swiping our apartment under the rug cause they knew how old it was and they didn’t want to put money in it. But they were so quick to harass us for the rent money. I would try to show them what the apartment looked like and they would say no cause it would gross them out!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS. P.S THE ONLY WAS I COULD POST PICTURES IF I RATED IT.

I love the apartments. And love how clean the grounds are Darrell is the only one cleaning up the mess and he does a good job

The new ownership and management are doing an amazing job with this property! I remember how it was before, and it is definitely above and beyond what we've seen in the past. Edit: There is still the need and room for improvement in the way of procedures and practices. Its never impossible to move forward and do the right things.
