to
discuss
our
experience.
This
level
of
engagement
one
does
not
often
see.

explained
due
to
high
staff
turnover
as
a
result
of
the
Covid
lockdown
has
culminated
in
a
largely
untrained
staff
compliment.
She
took
every
issue
listed
here
to
heart
and
committed
to
use
this
review
as
a
training
experience.
Helen
also
asked
me
to
list
what
worked
well.
And
fair
enough,
both
sides
of
the
coin
needs
to
be
listed.
The
massage
was
AMAZING!
Really
best
we've
ever
had.
The
ladies
we
curious
and
VERY
professional.
I
would
highly
recommend
it.
For
the
light
lunch
that
comes
with
the
package,
my
wife
and
I
both
chose
the
curry
chicken.
It
was
awesome.
It
was
tasty,
spicy
as
expected.
I
would
be
proud
to
make
a
curry
chicken
that
nice.
I
also
need
to
add,
when
we
complained
about
the
messed
up
bookings,
we
were
given
a
bottle
of
red
wine,
and
we
were
not
charged
for
the
Irish
Coffee.
Based
on
my
phone
call
with
Helen,
I
have
no
doubt
that
she
is
totally
committed
to
making
Avianto
a
successful
business.

Helen
and
the
team
all

Once
upon
a
time
Avianto
may
have
been
a
posh
place.
Today
it
is
let
down
by
the
staff,
and
a
general
sense
of
mismanagement
seems
to
be
the
order
of
the
day.
Loose
cables
falling
from
the
waiting
room
wall.
The
reception
team
messed
up
the
booking
twice.
On
the
day
of
our
booking
we
found
we
were
double
booked
and
had
to
leave
to
return
2
weeks
later.
On
the
day
of
the
couples
massage,
the
masseuse
kept
coughing
over
me
while
I
was
getting
a
massage.
COVID
people!!
The
restaurant
staff
who
out
numbered
guests
5
to
1
was
apathetic
about
service.
No
drink
menus
were
given,
even
on
request.
Tables
were
in
a
shocking
condition
despite
being
a
quiet
afternoon.
The
finale
was
when
I
first
found
a
plastic
wrapper
and
later
a
used
toothpick
on
my
Irish
Coffee.
I
guess
my
class
wasn't
even
washed.
Based
on
all
the
1-star
reviews
complaining
about
the
bad
service,
I'm
glad
to
see
I'm
not
the
only
one
that
had
this
bad
experience.
One
is
never
sure
if
you
are
overly
critical.
