The Americano came in a half litre mug and my flat white was in a big bowl with no handle, I needed two hands to lift it, I have a photo with a credit card for size reference. It was such a waste because both drinks were so bad we eventually left most of it. My panini was overly toasted which destroyed the roof of my mouth and the soup that came with it was bland and cool. Our meal here was such a disappointing end to a great Montreal visit.

This place is ten on ten in my books and I'd ruin myself going there again and again.

New owners do not know how to make coffee. Used to love the lattes at hoche cafe. Here now they use filtered coffee and sour milk. And the owner was chugging a beer on the floor at 2pm on a Saturday. If I wanted to pay 7$ for a weak filtered coffee with rotten milk I'd go check in a timmies trashcan.

Sandwich is REALLY GOOD especially they toast it up for you! Chocolate croissant is fluffy and soft but could add a bit more chocolate. Iced matcha latte was okay. The matcha powder didn’t dissolve completely and had chunks floating. The vibe of the cafe is relatively more quiet, chill and comfy. It’s a perfect spot for studying or reading a book.

First time here with my friends, it's a great cafe with a lot of food options. The coffee and hot chocolate are great. I haven't tried anything on the menu yet, but I will!! It's comfortable to sit at too, do your work. Not sure if they have wifi though. I don't need it anyway and definitely will visit again.

My daughter wanted to try this place an we are so happy we did! I got the grilled cheese sandwich with pulled pork which was absolutely delicious! Meat was tender in a heavenly sauce.
