This is a beautiful boutique hotel with a great location, just a nice walk away from the city centre and La Sagrada Familia. It is small and quiet and it has everything you need (bar, gym, a nice rooftop with a small pool,...). The rooms are very clean and well decorated, they have coffee machines and kettles, and they also include the minibar!! Special mention to the service, they're so kind and friendly!! Specially Claudia, who's highly professional and welcoming!! :) I highly recommend it!!

Very nice hotel, close to the metro & very friendly staff. The breakfast is good. Unfortunately my shower was moldy. It's a shame, because otherwise I felt really good!

I went to pick up some friends that were staying at this cute boutique hotel and noticed that the reception area was very warm and welcoming, also clean and well laid out. I had the chance of going to the wonderful rooftop swimming pool area where there is a bar and a sitting area, very nice! Also, the personnel were very friendly and nice.

I don’t really get the hype of this hotel. Yes the location is great and there’s a pool, but other than that, it’s not really worth the €400 for rooms. The beds were horrible and with no fitted sheet and a plastic cover, you’re literally making so much noise if you turn and the sheets are coming untucked. The staff was super nice, but other than that it’s basically a budget hotel for not budget hotel prices.

Amazing staff !!!!!!! and free Fanta and Coco cola drinks in the room( minibar ) and free coffee, tea and water ( in the room) amazing rooftop terrace (small swimming pool and rooftop bar and sun loungers! Perfect and lovely staff!!!! ) very clean beds !!! and TV and amazing huge shower!!!! I didn't have breakfast because I'm vegan so I went to different Vegan restaurants for breakfast brunch /lunch+ dinner around the corner !!! Perfect ❤️ me and my mom stayed here for 2 nights and loved it!!!! I live in Barcelona but my mom lives in ireland so We will come back again next year when she visits me in Barcelona ! Thanks !!! Very nice hotel, quiet and lovely. Beautiful pool on the rooftop. Water, softs and snacks in the room for free.

I stayed at this hotel for 7 days in Barcelona and it was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, in a great walkable location and we really enjoyed cooling off in the rooftop pool at the end of the day. The staff were great, professional and welcoming. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I am in Barcelona.

My friends and I had a great time at this hotel. We stayed for a week while we explored Barcelona and it was the perfect place to start and end our days. The staff were exceptional. They were always friendly and willing to help us with our luggage, calling taxis, giving us recommendations, etc. Marc at the front desk was especially great.

Nice hotel in the Eixample neighborhood. There is a nice rooftop area with a pool and a bar. Get one of the terrace rooms if you can. It’s very nice to have a little outdoor space in your room to hang out after a day of sight seeing.

Room: Had room 28. The room looked nice at first glance, but was not great when staying there. The window faced toward the courtyard, which did not bring much light and the view was not very pleasant. The lamps were "cold" light, not giving much of cozy feeling in the room. Also, the lamp button lightening the bathroom was same as the strong lamp above the bed - which was not good when wanting to go to bathroom during evening/morning when the other one was still sleeping. Somewhat hard bed - not super comfortable to sleep on. The water splashed everywhere when washing hand etc (not well placed tap). Bugs were found in the room time to time even though we did not open the windows. The bathroom also smelled sometimes (could it be from where water is drained?). We could also hear well of all that was happening outside our room (we could hear the cleaning staff vacuuming etc). On the plus side, we got two tickets to use in the bar and the minibar (filled with coke, coke zero, fanta, fanta limon, kitkat and potato chips) was contemplary. The minibar was also filled every day. Hotel: Nice lobby. Friendly staff. The pool area looked better on the picture than in real. Small pool that did not look to fresh. One of the pools had much leaves floating on it and had some dirt. About 10-20 sunbeds available. Even though it was on the roof, no sunlight was available before noon (shadow). Nice, chill vibe otherwise with bar available at the pool. Breakfast: Many items available. Breakfast in spanish style and I did not find much I wanted to eat for breakfast. Ok quality of the food. Location: Many restaurants and cafées nearby. Ok availability to the shopping areas and the "must-sees" of barcelona. Not the most beautiful part of barcelona though.

I would really recommend staying here, the rooms were clean. The service was great, especially Marc! He made us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed from start to finish! Thank you very much :)

we came to barcelona for vacation and we did not even stay at this hotel, but we happened to stop by for a bit to ask for advice on what’s good to visit nearby. i have to say that marc who was working the front desk at the time was so so extremely helpful, he spent about 1-2 hours solely helping us plan our nine day trip and also helped out with reservations and restaurants! we were having issues with our own hotel so he offered to let us hang out in the lobby while we waited. we’ve already visited a few of the places he recommended and we loved them. SO thankful for him i wish to stop by again to say thank you!!

Had an amazing stay at hotel well and come. I would say what really made the trip special was the hospitality from the hotel employees. I especially bonded with Mark - he went above and beyond in making me feel welcomed to the city. He gave me great activity and food recommendations that made the trip. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again

Fantastic boutique hotel - beautiful rooms & fantastic terrace and dip pool area. It really is a sanctuary away from the busy streets of Barcelona. The breakfast was delicious. I stayed solo and the the staff were so lovely and welcoming (especially Marc on the front desk). Will stay again!

Staff were welcoming and very helpful. They provided us a map of the city, and highlighted a few areas of interest to check out, which we checked out the next day. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and they provided us with a complimentary mini bar and welcome drink. Would highly recommend staying here especially for the price!

This hotel is really great. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. The decor is nice and modern. The location is good, within walking distance of main spots, although in summer it might still be too hot, but buses are a good alternative to walking.

AMAZING hotel! Really exceeded my expectations. The reception is furnished perfectly and is very clean and so was our room. Thanks to Pablo and the other bar man (didn’t get his name) their communication skills were on point, so welcoming and kind :) The cleaners and reception staff were all amazing too. They completed our special requests with no problem. The rooftop pool area was a great place to relax in the sun and eat. No hesitation needed when looking to stay here!

Stayed here with my family and girlfriend, had an amazing stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious, clean and include nice snacks/drinks. The lobby and rooftop/pool look amazing. We were able to walk to 80% of the city's best attractions (specially Gaudi's works like la Sagrada Familia, La Pedrera, etc). Everything you need is close to the hotel and for the more remote attractions the front lobby can call a taxi for you. 10/10 stay. Very disappointing, the entire hotel is not worthy of a 4 star. Having been in quite a few hotels around, I have never had a room with such fairly rough cleanliness and service like this. Also the breakfast was a joke! €12 fir 6-7 options…..

We stayed 3 nights here. Their location is useful for visiting the famous places in Barcelona by taxi, subway and walking. They have a bar and pool at the top.

Nice hotel, close to Las Ramblas, La Boqueria walk about 20 min. Sagrada Familia - 15 min. Really tasty breakfast, friendly staff, modern design. We were some trouble with our room- horrible smell in bathroom, receptionist tried to solve this problem and also suggest to change the room, our room was cleaned and the smell seemed to disappear, but then everything came back. we decided not to change anything, because we already to check out in next 2 days. Also the room had terrible wi-fi, we couldn't even write a message in on Messenger, the internet works only near the toilet ☹️ I guess we were just unlucky with room, because hotel is not bad.

Only a few hours before our stay we got a call that our reservation was cancelled. They had some plumbing issues which made our room to be flooded. While this is unfortunate for them and something I can't blame them for much, this is something that actually happened a few days ago and they didn't bother to call earlier. Then I would have been able to find and book something else at the comfort of my own home instead of at the airport. At first their response was "We will cancel the reservation, good luck finding something else". When I made a fuss about it they eventually were able to find a very good alternative at another hotel. Because they did provide us with an alternative I give them 3 stars.

Lovely rooftop. Small infinity pool but very enjoyable with a great view. Staff was very friendly and seating comfortable. Just wish for some shade.

Amazing service from the staff, extremely helpful. Especially since we had needed a 4am taxi to the airport which was waiting for us downstairs. Great design and vibes as well. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a well-located hotel with stylish rooms and really friendly, helpful staff. The rooftop pool area is really beautiful and stays sunny all day and the breakfast has a good variety of food (cooked, cereals, pastries etc). The hotel is a 10 minute walk from La Sagrada Familia and most of the other areas of Barcelona were an easy 20 - 30 minute walk. Would really recommend this place :-)

The hotel staff was amazing, extremely engaging, and helpful. The only thing we didn't like is the soundproofing of the room, we could hear everything from the hallway and upstairs. Breakfast was okay, better to eat outside.

My girlfriend and I went for my birthday and made us feel very welcome. Amazing rooftop, breakfast has a big range and even gave us a lovely gift on the day of my birthday. I would recommend this place for Barcelona as location is so central as well.

This gets five stars not because it couldn’t be improved upon but because for the money it really exceeds expectations in many ways. The decor is simple, modern and thoughtful; the staff are very attentive and sweet and respond very quickly to emails; the rooms are lovely; the bar with the pool upstairs is fabulous. We spent a few hours on the roof terrace as a family and the children swam while we sat on the sofa by the bar looking out to the night sky. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is very comfortable and calm. The minibar has free drinks and snacks in it and every person gets a free drink at the bar. So top marks for the money spent. Bravo 👏

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Hotel Well and Come. The receptionists were wonderful when we arrived early and asked them to hold our luggage. Check-in was easy and quick - I liked received an email when our room was ready. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We had a slight hiccup on our first night but the staff took care of it quickly and we had a splendid experience for the rest of our stay. The rooftop is beautiful with a regular pool, a smaller pool with lounge chairs, and plenty of seating. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help whenever we had a question or request. The location was quiet but not far from plenty of place to eat and things to do. I highly recommend staying here.

Stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. With out a doubt, I can say it's one of the best hotels in the heart of Barcelona. Majority of the tourist places are very easily accessible. It's one stop away from La Sagrada Familia. The metro station L5 is 2 mins walk or 100 meters max. Bus stops, Grocery stores and restaurants are also nearby. The rooms are quite spacious, sparkling clean and with all the required amenities. Above all, we were highly impressed by the service provided by the hotel. Drinks were always present in the mini bar for free. New drinks are added in the refrigerator every day. Two welcome Drinks were offered at the pool. And the breakfast was quite good as well The pool on the top floor is an additional delight. It's always peaceful with not many guests using it. After the hectic day visiting the city, a dip in the pool was worth having. The only drawback in my opinion was the lack of drawers on the side tables. Sometimes the drawers are needed to put your belongings. Also the breakfast was almost the same ever morning. So if you are staying for longer duration, you might be tired of the same menu

I had a very good stay here. Rooms are reasonable priced and practical designed. The plunge pool on the rooftop is a nice touch snd the gym is also nice (towels snd water provided). The addition of an all inclusive fridge sith drinks and snacks is very welcomed and a rare sight these days. Outstanding value! But the staff is the real star if the show. Welcoming, friendly, highly motivated and professional are some of the compliments i want to give. Need a taxi at 4am? No problem! Free luggage storage in time of absence? Absolutely! Noise complaint? We take care of it! Questions about you future travels, need someone to take a call for you? They got you covered I will make this my default hotel for BCN!

Great value, very clean hotel in a great location.

Good location, right next to a metro stop and 10min walk from the shops in town. The rooftop is nice and class. The members of the reception were very kind and very helpful! They gave excellent advice. We thought that the entry of the rooms were slightly too close to each other and sometimes thought that our neighbours were coming into our room. A part from that the hotel was great !

My husband and I loved our stay here. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was amazing and super nice. They went out of their way to recommend us the best restaurants and sights. We also loved the hotels breakfast since they had a great selection of breads, juices, fruits, and proteins. The location was also very convenient because it was close to various sights and the subway.

This hotel is a hidden gem - centrally located (but away from street noise), immaculately designed lobby and rooms, very kind staff, and incredibly affordable. The rooms are spacious, super thoughtfully designed, and the deluxe rooms facing the street are so charming! The mini bar items are free and are refilled daily! This will be my go-to hotel to stay in Barcelona.
