This restaurant had the best pasta I ever had and I've been to Italy. Don't forget to try the arancini as well...it has saltfish inside; a great jamaican style twist on the classic. Calamari was nice also..everything tasted good and the server was so polite and nice. She even got my friend a tea because he mentioned a hangover. Make sure to eat here...you will not regret it!

If you're gonna do business, do it right. That is what Lucca is doing. Not only good food but good people. The staff is friendly courteous and work cohesively like a family. Working together seamlessly to ensure and awesome experience. Our server was Auvi. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed. We were greeted pleasantly, offered sanitizer and seated. Notes of various herbs, garlic and olive oil filled the air. The soft lights and relaxed music was just what was needed after a long day at work. Auvi understood the menu and gave some really good recommendations. She also checked on us periodically to ensure everything was ok. Needless to say, the food was very satisfying. I would definitely recommend Lucca to anyone who needs a taste of Italy with good customer service.

Went here on the off chance as fancied something different to the regular Jamaican food. Finding this treasure was a treat and right on our doorstep. From the moment we stepped in and was greeted at the door with a smile we knew it was going to be special. Food was amazing, customer service was amazing, and all in all a very pleasant experience. We will be returning, also price was very reasonable. Alex and Avi you are a credit to the restaurant, thank you for a wonderful experience.

LOVED IT! Went to Lucca to do the pizza experience for my birthday and i have zero regrets. The atmosphere was beautiful and the staff was super friendly. The pizzas we made were DELICIOUS. I went to Lucca for my friend’s birthday and we had a great experience! 10/10 would recommend. Our server was Tash and she was the sweetest, very knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients. BEST PASTA I’ve ever had in my life. Ambiance was good too. My new fave spot✨✨

Absolutely fabulous! Don’t let the nondescript blackout doors fool you, this place is a refreshingly clean and tasty oasis. We almost passed by because the outside was so blasé. Once we opened the doors and peeked inside we immediately chose this place and we were not disappointed! Lawra was our server, she’s awesome! 😊 We ordered the focaccia bread which was moist and loaded with lots of flavors with green olives and garlic. Beef meatballs were tender and had great texture. Chicken fettuccine was well seasoned and the noodles were slightly al dente not overdone. I had the lasagna and it was perfection. We spent 10 days in Jamaica and this my favorite dinner spot.

My own little Italy right here in Mobay (Montego Bay)! My favourite pizza is Simon's Special -- it's perfect! The last order I made was through the Hugo App delivery service. I ordered the Pizza Bianca and it was delicious (I swapped the pork with jerk chicken). But the thing I want to point out is that I called Lucca after ordering via the app and told them to seal my food. Turns out the Hugo App doesn't forward notes you make in the comments. Which sucks because I also don't get the option of building my pizza from scratch which is why I bought the Bianca and made the notation. So, the next time you order through a delivery service and your instructions are disregarded, the fault may not be the vendor's but the middle man. Lucca's customer service was excellent! They noted all the changes I wanted on my pizza and when the delivery arrived, the box was super sealed 🙏🏾(it was plastic wrap several times over and very important to me). Sorry, I forgot to take pics of the pizza. My husband and I ate it all real quick but I did take a photo of the sealed box. I 100% recommend Lucca anytime! Big fan!

I had dinner at Lucca Italian restaurant and it was the best Italian food I've had in Jamaica. The chicken Alfredo pasta was creamy and mouthwatering! The pizza was so delicious. Also, excellent customer service and the most friendly staff I have encountered at a restaurant. I look forward to going back.

I don't know where to start first, the food or the staff. The food is absolutely delicious, the atmosphere is elegant and the staff welcomes you with open harms. Whenever you get the opportunity to dine here, ask for the chefs special he will take good care of you, without a doubt. Leave it in the hands of the waitress, she will ask you probing questions about what you like. She will deliver the best service food and drinks to you. You will have no regrets. And if you prefer pizza, you will receive the best gourmet pizza made from scratch. Because of everything that I mention, I dine here every other Thursday. I guess my actions speak louder than my words.

Luca is Italian restaurant. It's a favorite of my family. It can also be very cozy as the inside is very small but there is a certain ambiance. The food is great ... their pizzas is actually prepared in front of you with the authentic brick oven..but there are also other dishes to choose from. On weekends I recommend a reservation. It is on the pricey side but during the week there are lunch specials. Overall it is a great restuarant!!

As I entered the restaurant i was greeted with a warm atmosphere. The staff was very attentive and was always checking in on me. The food was absolutely delicious, I couldn't resist taking some home! Would definitely go there a next time.

Dare I say… best pizza in town. Love Lucca pizza and everything about it. I tried their seafood fettuccine for dinner and it’s the best I had. Kids loveeed the pizza. Great flavours, presentation and healthy portions. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 and of-course the staff treats you like family. Brava!!!!

I truly enjoyed my experience at this establishment and so did my date because he said they deserve 6 stars 😁 our waitress Lawra was very attentive and kind and made the time spent very enjoyable. The food is something else to be discussed because it was absolutely delicious. Everything arrived hot and tasty. The Italian chicken appetizer is a must try. So much so we had to return to get it again the next day. The meat lovers pizza, delish! This place is clean, well run and deserves to have lines out of the door. If I lived in Jamaica (I am here on vacation), this would be a go to spot for me.

I really enjoyed my dinner date here with my recently. The food was great. I enjoyed the carbonara and had a sparkling limoncello which was a light refreshing drink. I received excellent service from Lawranese who gave good recommendations and seemed invested in us having a good experience. She was overall a joy to talk to. She gave us complimentary peach schnapps shots which was a pleasant surprise! The decor felt and atmosphere felt warm and authentically Italian. I would come again.

This is not your ordinary Italian restaurant. The food and beverages were excellent! Nothing was over or undercooked and we could feel the flavors booming. Compliments to the chef(s). The service was excellent as well! Our server, Lawranese, was very sweet. She accommodated our needs, made us feel very comfortable, and was someone that made our experience unforgettable. Great food .... great service from Lawranese... had a few food items I couldn't eat ... they provided me with a delicious modified meal.. the service is great as well.. came in shortly before the kitchen closed and they did not make us feel rushed at all. Definitely recommend this place.

Very disappointed. My delivery arrived with the pasta and Alfredo sauce spilling out of the box. I also ordered the Spanish croquettes...they were tasteless. Not seasoned at all and after one bite I dumped the entire lot. They were mushy and watery with a very crispy exterior. Very disappointed!

The ambiance at this place was beautiful and the waitress that served us (Tash) was exceptional. Shout out to her for making this a memorable experience.

My sister and I along with my daughter decided to try Lucca for dinner. It was our birthday (2 days ago) and wanted to try something different. The atmosphere was very relaxing with the dimmed lights and soft music. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Our server Lawra catered to us for the evening. I had the shrimp Alfredo and it was so delish, my daughter wouldn't stop eating from my plate!!! I would for anyone who loves pasta and a quiet relaxing atmosphere.

Service was splendid Shrimp pasta and Foccaccia Bread and Dip was very good. Definitely coming back here a 4th time💙

The food! OMG the food! It was so flavorful. Every single bite was like a revelation. The ingredients were so fresh and well balanced. Their lasagna is truly amazing and I highly recommend it. Their service was also excellent. I forget her name, but she really took care of us. The atmosphere was lovely too. It was a quiet night, so I'm not sure how it was feel with not people. The decor was reminiscent of the Mediterranean, but still kinda fell like a Jamaican bar a little. Overall I really enjoyed it. Was tempted to go back the very next night.

I went to Lucca on Monday and let me tell u!!.... its the customer service fa me. The service was exceptional and the food was top notch 👌. The ambience was cozy and nice. Let me start by saying the food is delicious. The reason I can’t give a higher rating is because my experience didn’t live up to my expectations. Italian is one of my favorite cuisines, and as such, I’ve seen my share of Italian restaurants. There are two categories usually, fine dining, and pizza joint. For some reason, I had my heart set on fine dining since it was the highest rated Italian restaurant in the area. Once I got there with my partner, I immediately felt overdressed. The room was brightly lit, there were an excess of tables and chairs, leaving very little room for ‘ambiance’ as I’d seen some reviewers mention. The refrigerator in full view in the dining space definitely sealed the deal that it was a pizza joint… which is fine, because that totally works for us. We thought, ok.. this could be our new take-out place. And the aroma promised satisfaction. We adjusted expectations to ‘pizza joint’ and ordered our food. Our waiter came by no less than 5 times to apologize for the delay. So you know that they knew it was taking hella long. My partner is a big guy, and had just finished an eighteen hr shift and my appetite is very hearty as well. So we sat there starving… waiting… But as optimists, we decided…. They must be preparing a mountain of food for us, that’s why it’s taking so long. Imagine the disappointment when we saw the child sized servings set before us. And because it was my idea to go, my partner took 1 of my shrimp, leaving me with only 3 shrimps 😂 and we had to find the comedy in the whole situation. That’s why we “left happy” …. Just a story we’re gonna tell our kids. “The time we had to stop at kfc after the Italian feast” I really don’t like leaving negative reviews and all the issues I mentioned can be fixed. Get someone with expertise to stage the dining area and set a real ambiance, get some more help in the kitchen so the wait time can be cut down, and for Pete’s sake, serve adult sized meals. But, like I said in the beginning, the food was delicious.
