Very fast service !! Nice n clean clinic . Friendly n respectful staff . I recommended it to 2 friends n they r very happy with the service too. Very hard to be seen same day by a doctor lately cause all appointments r taken everywhere .. but here there is a big chance .. I highly recommended it 😉

Relatively a brand new clinic. The service was very professional. The nurse and doctor took their time to understand your medical history, do physical exams, and explain your condition and treatment plan

A huge thank you to the staff for their quick response, they helped me with my problem really quick and we were able to get out within an hour. The employees speak French and English, but English is mainly spoken in the building. Once I arrived inside, I noticed that it was very clean. The female doctor that I was assigned to listened to all of my concerns and she had a great mannerism. There was a slip up on my medical papers so the hospital told me to go to ELNA Medical: this ended being the best option. I didn’t wait too long the procedure was quick and easy.

The clinic is a very nice, clean and bright. The Dr answered any question and listen to my concerns highly recommend this new clinic. After waiting 10yrs for a Dr i was very excited to meet my new Dr Kelly Luis young Dr which makes me happy.

DO NOT GO TO DR GRAMA. She is single handedly ruining my life! She has taken over two months to sign documents I need for my medical leave, resulting in me not being paid my salary for over two months. Legally, she has a month to sign them so she is breaking the law. She doesn't listen to any of my concerns, only stuffs me with various pills that don't work, and falsifies my medical records. Completely incompetent as a doctor and should have her license revoked. This clinic and their staff however have always been quick, responsive and human! No reasonable complaints there.

Left a message Sunday (when they were closed), got a callback Monday at 10:00 a.m. I was very happy, as I've never received a callback from the previous clinic my GP used to work from. Glad I can count on the messages getting back to my physician!

I have been there twice so far and am very impressed with the service and professionalism of the clinic. Waited less than 5 minutes to see the doctor, the physician was very personable, took his time and provided clear and detailed explanation. Very convenient to be able to have blood work done in the same clinic. Easy to secure an timely appointment for the blood work. Great experience to date

Ever since my first visit I always got an excellent and very positive experience from the staff and the clinic itself is clean quiet and organized. Dr.Kelly Luis M.D. is professional yet so welcoming , compassionate and I could fell her sincerity when discussing to me about my health concern since my first meeting with her . I am so fortunate for having her as our family doctor. I also met Dr. Krakovich ,she is as sweet and wonderful as Dr. Kelly. Satisfaction garanted in every appointments. Most of the experience was good. Just giving cortizon as the first choice to a child without having all tests done... I find it a little scary, giving the side effects. It is not the first time I experience in Canada doctors prescribing cortizon before having the full picture of the condition.

I've just been recently appointed a family doctor, Dr. Kelly Luis who works out of this center. As a 70 year old, it's very comforting having had this opportunity. I have been treated with nothing but compassion, respect and friendliness by all the staff that I've had contact with and am very happy to have had Dr. Luis apponted to me.

Very clean organized and efficient office. Dr Krackovitch is a very sweet and professional doctor. In all my years here I have always been very satisfied. The staff are pleasant and thankfully speak to me in English ❤️

I had a pain in my shoulder and I dropped by the office to make an appointment. The receptionist found me a time 2 days later. When I arrived I waited less than 10 minutes to be seen by my doctor's ( Dr. Agbodo) nurse and less than 15 minutes later to see the doctor. She is thorough, knowledgeable and pleasant. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Ultra punctual Super clean Kind staff

After three months of waiting to see a gynecologist on December 20th, I was able to see Dr. Krakovich Clinic. On March 29, I had an ultrasound in this clinic as well. On December 20th, when I went to see a gynecologist, the doctor said that she could not access my file and could not comment on my condition without seeing the results of the ultrasound .She completely ignored my explanations about the deterioration and danger of my health conditions and the documents I provided to confirm my explanations. My life is in danger and I said this many times, but no attention was given to this. I told the doctor that I had an ultrasound done at this clinic and maybe they could ask the ultrasound department to get a copy of my results, but the behavior of the doctor and the ultrasound department was such that they seemed to be hostile to each other.The doctor asked me to make another appointment.I immediately went to the ultrasound office, which was only a few steps away from the doctor's office.When I went to the ultrasound unit, the secretary was answering the phone very reluctantly to a patient while she was constantly scrunching her face with anger and displeasure.After the end of his conversation, he went to the secretary and I was trying to explain my request to him, but he rudely and impatiently interrupted my conversation and told me to shut up and do what I wanted. I know. that he did not understand my request, but he did not allow me to speak and told me with a sour and insulting face that he had sent the result to the doctor. I went to the doctor's office again and asked the secretary to ask the doctor to receive the ultrasound results. But I was told that the result has not been sent. I went to the ultrasound unit again and explained to the rude secretary that the file he sent did not reach the doctor and..... Finally, he realized that I had asked him to send the file to Dr. Krakovic, but since he had not listened to my explanations at all, he mistakenly sent the file to my family doctor. When he again sent my results to the doctor with endless reluctance and rudeness, it was too late and the doctor said that his working hours were over. I had to make another appointment for about six weeks later. The behavior of the clinic staff was very rude, irresponsible and inhumane, and the patient's condition and time are not given the slightest importance.

Excellent experience all around, secretaries, and nurses are very professional and humane, they take their time with you when needed. Dr Bakare is a true gem, she is always very personable, kind, down to earth and simply the best doctor anyone can hope for!

My first time visit was a very reassuring experience. The staff were courteous and professional from the receptionist to the nurse and of course Dre. Agbodoh. The facilities were very clean and bright. The waiting room was airy and had ample space for the patients. Highly recommended.

I like going to Elna because you can be assured that your appointment is as you expected and always on time. The girls are always polite and professional. Find the place spotless. Was well received . Very polite staff. Did not wait long to see my doctor actually on time which is rare these days.

Always very clean clinic. The receptionists are very accommodating. They can use another x-ray technician. One person to deal with all the patients is a little much. I don't know her name but she was awesome.

Just got a new M.D. with them after on the waiting list for almost 5 years. Dr. Kelly Luis M.D. was amazing! After going over my dossier as a new patient, she addressed the topics that I had concerns about, starting with what she was concern as the most important first, and then the others after, and explained why. I was given request forms for different things that needed to be looked at 1st. My next follow up appointment is in 3 weeks. She said she will address my other concerns. She seemed genuinely concerned and was not passive/dismissive at all....like some otjer doctors. And that was all in my 1st appointment with her. Follow up also looks promising with addressing my other concerns.

My friend and I went to ELNA Medical for a blood test and it was a very positive experience. The staff were courteous and friendly. The offices are new and extremely clean. It was a great experience. My doctor received the results very quickly. Amazing!!
