This hotel is perfectly positioned, close enough to the train station (15 minutes walk) but far enough to be quiet and cozy. It is next to an amazing bakery (so fresh baked goods every morning less than minutes on foot) and to a supermarket. The rooms are comfy and well equipped (dishes, microwave, fridge, and everything required to cook). The hotel is also close to a park, great for walking, running or working out. The rooms are very quiet at night and the bed is comfortable.

Great accomodation, smart and good value for money. Do not park on the street though as I got my car window smashed - a regular occurence apparently. I wish the reception would have told me about it and offered their underground car park given the grief customers gets with those vandalism in the area. Friendly service, though.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was 15 euro for an continental buffet, which was nice! Rooms were clean and up to expectations. Parking lot directly next to the hotel and there is a supermarket 50 meters away. That's nice because the family room I was in came with an equipped kitchen. I was satisfied with my stay!

Beautiful hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We found it very convenient for using the local transport, just across the road. We arrived late and had a fabulous meal brought to our room, midnight. Would highly recommend Seven Urban Suites so 5 stars.😃

Very good hotel, new, perfect breakfast with good products and variety, the bread is super, the room is large, well equipped, the attendants very helpful and very knowledgeable of the city. A special focus for Mireille at the front desk.We will return, it's a true 4 star hotel.

Nice hotel. Absolutely good for the money it cost. We stayed there as a family of four and all were accommodated in two-bedrooms room. Rooms are clean and well kept. Pillows could be more comfortable. Breakfast selection is small but you will find something to eat: eggs, sausages, hash browns, croissants, etc etc. They also offer parking at 13 eur per night but due to limited space they ask to pre book it in advance

We had a lovely stay at the Seven Urban hotel. Truly the kindest team working there. From the front desk to the breakfast restaurant, we were so well received! The room was exactly as advertised, and very clean. Would definitely return again!

Nice stay. As pointed out in other reviews, the location is not ideal, but the overall experience is satisfying. Rooms are well equiped. I would have appreciated more fruits & vegetables for the breakfeast.

Apartment is cosy and clean, but little things are missing: central light switch, wifi works only with French phones (!), coffee machine, waste bin at the kitchenette, paper towels and more. If you plan to stay for a couple of days - these things are important as you are not going to waste time and money on it. If you stay longer you will buy and ask something at reception. The sale price I got was ok, but their official price is way too much for what you are going to get. The service and the staff are professional and friendly.

Modern and clean hotel. Very quiet but a bit far away from center ( 30 min walk minimum).

Good value hotel. Family room are big enough, people working there really care and willing to help. Breakfast offer is quite good. Only negative things are I) the location which requires to take transport to do anything and II) rooms decorations which would benefit to be refreshed

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Good location, close to public transport. Overall a very pleasant stay and would happily use this hotel again.
