very very very disappointed! It has a pretty good location kind of a nice ambience when you first come in. The food has nice presentation but absolutely lacks love and taste. Zero attention to detail. Was missing cups in the rooms couldn’t seem to get a cup to have a cup of coffee that you can make in your own room. They had some kind of a situation where they had zero warm water could even take a shower!! Not even a sorry or “this is what we’re gonna do for you”. Absolutely zero attention to customer service. Wynn really need to open up a hotel here!! there is not even a shuttle from the airport?

Such a Great experience! Booked the Executive sweet for my Wife’s birthday and we had a blast! Centrally located a short walk to Broadway. The staff and valet service was great and very friendly sorry I couldn’t upload a video of the room. My concern of the tub not being hot enough was wrong the temperature was great! I recommend when getting a room with a view that you make sure you get a double digit level. There’s 13 level I ended up on level five still a nice view but the higher the better. There’s a gym for all you work out junkies. Also be sure to book in advance for the spa my wife tried to do a walk in and it was completely booked. Lots to do at the Omni! We had a great time. ENJOY

I definitely expected more from this Hotel. BEWARE and eyes wide open as there was a $300 charge for parking during my 3 night stay even though I did not have a car. I was told I was charged for my convenience but as a courtesy they would remove it. I did not receive any room cleaning service or clean towels during my stay. (yes I did call the desk and ask as well as walk down and request fresh towels in person) Again for a $499 / night hotel, I expected much more.

We have had an absolutely fabulous time staying here. Although the valet is expensive, they are excellent and prompt. We had help getting our bags to our room. Valet and the staff are so busy but do an excellent job of handling it all. Our check in experience was so easy and quick. We arrived right at our check in time and did not have to wait at all on a busy Friday night during summer. We appreciated the complimentary waters and free drink coupons included with our rewards account. I also appreciated the complimentary ear plugs and eye mask we received after our request. We had great hot water in the room and the shower drained perfectly. The bed was very comfy and our room was very clean. The housekeeping team is great at what they do. This is a massive hotel and they tend to the guests’ needs well. We noticed trash left by guests in the hallway and it was cleaned up the next time we walked by. We also appreciated the extra towels being promptly delivered to our room. There were plenty of towels as well on the pool deck and a pool greeter who helped guests find the restroom and answered questions. They were very kind. The pool was fabulous and we loved that there were plenty of chairs and free self-serve water. The staff did a great job of cleaning up trash after guests, which did not look like an easy feat for a weekend. The location of this hotel is incredible!! It was so nice being able to go to the country music hall of fame and then come back up to our room to rest. We also love love loved the live music and our dinner at Barlines and the service was excellent even though they were short staffed. It was also so affordable and not too rowdy! So pleasant.

The location is great. And it ends about right there. We were hoping to get into our room early (2pm) but understood it wasn’t ready yet. We came back at 4pm, which, mind you, was the check-in time. The lobby was so full of people with suitcases there was nowhere to sit. Our room (along with everyone else in the lobby) was still not ready. We were told it was clean and was waiting to be “inspected”. Most of us were trying to get to a concert at 5:30pm. I ended up doing my hair and make-up in the hotel lobby bathroom while we waited. Our room was finally ready at 5pm. The inspection must not have been great because there were still loose hairs all over the bathtub and bathroom. 🤮 The second day of our stay housekeeping never came. The following day they literally walked in without so much as a knock. There are far too many hotels to choose from in Nashville to have this kind of experience. (Especially given we were paying over $700 a night.) Super disappointing.

Outstanding stay. Super friendly and inviting employees at all levels and all departments. Due to weather issues we ended up extending our stay 2 additional nights and unlike the airlines they were very accommodating. Great room with first class service and also great restaurants on property and we ate at all of them multiple times. When back in Nashville, we will definitely be staying at the Omni. Only issue was that due to the record cold snap Nashville was experiencing the lobby was cold almost always. Felt bad for the front desk people that had to freeze in the lobby!

Very pleased with this location during my 8-day August stay for a conference. Tony (front door) was amazing from the day we checked in to the day we departed. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The housekeeping staff very friendly. Quick walk across the street to the convention center, Just a few blocks from Lower Broadway. Highly recommend the Omni Nashville.

Location is ideal! Walked everywhere barely used my car. During our stay the staff was amazing and helpful. Did have an issue with one of the Kitchen Notes staff as she was not truthful to me but it did not ruin my experience. The hotel gave us a little present on Christmas! It was so sweet!

The location is great. The rooms are decent. Housekeeping was non-existent our entire stay. We didn't have enough towels, and we had to call down several times to ask for housekeeping services, and no one ever came. We did find a housekeeping cart in the hall and were able to take towels and coffee. We attended an event and used the ballroom space. The space is beautiful and we were comfortable. What really got me was how the bathroom for 300 women only had one working sink and roaches. While sitting on the toilet, one fell from the ceiling vent above me. It laid on it's back and kicked its legs while I made my escape. I have never seen one that big. I told someone, and they were apologetic. I mean, there's really nothing anyone could do. I was pretty hesitant to use the bathroom again for the rest of the 3 day event, though. Everyone of the staff that I came across during my stay was helpful and very nice. I just don't know if they have enough staff to keep up. Maybe there's not enough people working in maintenance and housekeeping. It's a great location, and the rooms aren't outdated. It's sad to see they're not able to keep up with maintenance and connect more than one sink - or provide housekeeping services. For what the room rates are, I expected much better.

From the valet, to the front desk, and all in between it was a 5 star experience. Room was very clean, Mokara Spa was the best massage I’ve ever had. If you aren’t staying at the Omni you’re doing something wrong. Special shout-out to all front desk employees, they made checking in and out the easiest and best. Not to mention the beds are super comfy, and the Nashville skyline views from the room were top notch. We cannot wait to stay again.

Excellent hotel. So clean and nice. Bathroom has standing shower and rooms are spacious and beautiful view. Our room cleaning crew at floor 19 was amazing. Always ready to help with a smile. Todd Washington at Bar is such a humble guy. Since we don’t drink alcohol he was helping us with no alcoholic drinks - always smiling . Omni Management - Korey Cruse , Associate Manager, keep this person. He is amazing and now a days very hard to find people like him. He is such a help, always ready to help with a smile and extremely friendly. Overall experience is outstanding, will for sure stay again on our next trip to Nashville.

I stayed at Omni Nashville for five nights and was very satisfied with my stay. The location was ideal as my husband was here for a conference at Music City Center (next door to the hotel) and the convenience of the restaurants, shopping, and tours in Downtown can't be beat. The rooms were very comfortable in size, amenities, and layout. Hotel staff were friendly and easy to communicate with. Thank you so much for a great overall experience! I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel. Decent rooms, some showing ware and tare. Located close to Broadway bars and music. Connected to the Country Music Hall of fame. Kitty corner from the stadium. Pricey restaurants and shops. Ex: denim jacket for $165.00, and steak dinner at Bob's Steakhouse average $80.00-$120.00 per person. When the hotel is busy sometimes services are delayed, for example one day my room was not cleaned until after 4:00pm. Management needs to schedule enough staff during those times. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for free for our company's event and I still left to go home. These rooms are definitely over priced, very small, not the cleanest and very noisy. I stayed on the 21st floor and could still hear EVERYTHING going on downtown. My husband and I left at 1 in the morning just so we could go home and get some real sleep. Definitely "Over rated".

Service was fine, nice view from the room and the lobby was really pretty. The rest of the hotel is really dated. I imagine 15 years ago it was an awesome, it feels like no updates have been made since though. The room was dirty, In particularly the bathroom. The floors were gross and the shower had mildew and grime built up in the corners. For over 400 a night I was incredibly disappointed. Will not be returning or recommending to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Nashville.

I was at the hotel for 3 nights to attend a professional conference. The conference rooms were great. The food served during our conference meals were good- especially the breakfast. Location was great and I had a view of downtown. The rooms were VERY CLEAN and the bed was comfortable. Housekeeping was way above average! I ordered room service one time and the food was at my room (hot) within 15 minutes. Everyone was nice and I couldn't have been happier with my stay! Highly recommend. It's pricey but worth the money.

Beautiful property. Michael is 5 star hospitality... told us he had been there 6 weeks and spit my water literally, on him. He knew the hotel and area with great advice w/ giving us great view. Great experience—-No doggie bags. I’ve stayed at the Hampton across the street and they gave me an entire roll. Only complaint. Michael found a bag for us though! Free water, great views, and the heated pool was empty!

Took a 48-hour trip to Nashville with my husband and two other couples. Our flight arrived early. The hotel accommodated all three couples by checking us in early without question. The ladies were very friendly and even got all our rooms close to one another. Our room was clean and everything was in working order. The hotel was quiet for a busy weekend. Everything is within walking distance which was amazing. We have already thought about coming back for another weekend.

The Omni is well located with nice up to date, well appointed and clean rooms. It has a lovely spacious lobby and several choices of restaurants within the property. Service is prompt, timely, efficient, and very friendly. The Valet, Bell Staff, Registration, and Spa staff were all Superior. The property is all in all a beautiful property that is well maintained, with a service oriented staff, full line of services and an excellent price point for the offerings. I would recommend for anyone visiting the Nashville downtown area. I am a local and would go back for a downtown staycation.

The room was average, the view was fantastic but the room was small, the outlets didn’t work correctly and the beds are pretty worn out. I stayed here because of the ease of getting to Broadway. I’ll stay somewhere else next time.

We stayed at the Omni for a work conference and it was perfect! The staff was so professional and kind. The location spot on - so convenient! The spa - nice! The food fantastic! I have a dietary challenge (Celiac Disease) and there were two restaurants there that took great care to avoid gluten/contamination. I was so happy! Hotel is gorgeous! Highly recommend!

Easily the finest hotel I've ever visited: the staff, location, cleanliness, styling, amenities, & everything else set the Omni Nashville Hotel far above every other place I've been. We stayed in the Executive King Suite on the 21st floor @ 947sq/ft & the view was gorgeous, as every exterior wall panel was floor-to-ceiling glass. The bed & couch were supremely comfortable; the shower had endless hot water & excellent pressure; the surprisingly deep tub took only 2.5 minutes to completely fill, & the provided bathrobes were a plush & cozy way to both start & end the day. The on-site restaurants of Bob's Chop House & Kitchen Notes were exceptional as well & were the perfect compliment to the luxurious experience Omni has curated. The valet service was also extremely quick & careful, & the front desk was highlighted by courtesy & warm smiles. The Omni Nashville Hotel is simply the best I've ever been to; the staff & management should be extremely proud of the high-standards of excellence they maintain. This experience was well worth the money!

Couldn’t speak more highly of the staff here. Was here for a conference and managed to forget a backpack in a conference room. Noticed it as I was off for dinner in the evening. Brianna helped locate and store my backpack for a safe pickup. An absolute life saver during a busy week. Thanks so much!

The Omni is a typical conference hotel. The room was very clean. It was a bit old fashioned in having wall to wall carpeting (which I don't like because of cleanliness) and no ability to use streaming services such as Netflix which really disappointed me. The only choices are live TV or paid movies. There was a refrigerator in the room and nice bathroom. Very quiet. Since I was going to the Music City Center across the street, the location was perfect. Nice coffee shop and excellent breakfast buffet. Both are expensive.

When I go back to Nashville I will not look for another hotel other than the Omni. The location is just a few blocks from Broadway so very close to good food and great music. The hotel is decorated wonderfully for the holidays. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the band that was playing in the downstairs bar (Shelly Rann) so much we went twice. Barlines restaurant is a very casual environment with great food and friendly wait staff. Special thanks to manager Philip Hancock who went out this way to make us feel special and welcomed.

The Omni is a great venue and facility as one would expect for a hotel of this rating. However, these sorts of venues really shine when the caliber of the hosts matches (or in this case, exceeds) the caliber of the building. We had plenty of good interactions with employees of the Omni, but nobody contributed to our experience so much as Jesse G. I tend to stay in nicer locations in whichever city I find myself in, but I was struck by the friendliness and knowledge that Jesse approached our group with. Thank you to The Omni, and especially Jesse, for making our stay exceed the standards of a great experience in Nashville. I feel like a native after the tips Jesse gave us for the city which resulted in more fun nights than we could possibly have figured out for ourselves on Google. The facilities and the rest of the staff was top notch as well. I have zero reservations recommending this venue for large group events (as ours was), and I intend to return for my next intimate weekend in Nashville as well.

This is a very nice hotel. Visited for a conference and had a great stay. Kitchen Notes breakfast was great and Bar Lines was fantastic. I would say to make a reservation for the Steakhouse they get pretty full pretty quickly! Great stay all in all

Stopped in overnight after the Honey Festival. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We ate dinner at Barlines. The food was great and the waitress was very attentive! We ate breakfast at Kitchen Notes. The food was good there as well. Overall great experience.

  • 3/5 Amber R. 2 years ago on Google
Very disappointing. Basically the entire reason we decided spend a little extra to stay here was because it was one of the few hotels with a hot tub in the area. The pool area was closed at a time the hours said it would be open. The front desk had to get it opened for us. We get out here and the tub is cold and the jets are out of order. I stayed here a few years ago and had a great experience so decided to bring a friend back this time and feel pretty embarrassed. I understand the pandemic has effected a lot of services and hours but we should have been notified and would’ve chosen to stay elsewhere given the circumstances.

Noise from fire trucks at a nearby station was annoying. Hallways of the hotel were dirty multiple days. Room windows made weird noises early in the morning when they were heated from the sun so they woke me up early every day. Definitely not a 4 star experience.

Attended a seminar here while in town for a convention. A really beautiful building with a welcoming staff and elegant decor. (Some truly amazing light fixtures!) Hotel staff provided breakfast and snacks for our seminar and everything was wonderful!

Had a conference scheduled at this hotel so stayed for ease. I can only say good things about my stay. The check in process only took a few minutes and I had no issues during my stay. The room was fantastic, I would say the best view in the hotel. Top floor and perfectly centered to the downtown. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again if I’m back in town!

I was recently at the Omni Hotel and specifically at brunch at Kitchen Notes. The entire staff were fantastic but our server Keith was amazing! He was incredibly attentive and super personable. We had such a great time chatting with him. He took care of absolutely everything we needed. The food was excellent as well. Our visit was a very positive experience and we look forward to coming back soon.

This place was pretty amazing. The room was nice and very clean. The pillows and linens were comfy. Shower had a nice detachable spray nozzle. We enjoyed the pool for a few hours. The wait staff at the bar was always looking out for everyone and taking drink orders. The front staff was welcoming and helpful as we had questions about the area. The hotel is right in the heart of downtown next to the country music museum. Walking distance to lots of good food.

Super clean hotel. The rooms were well appointed and clean. There are multiple restaurants and bars inside the hotel almost making it so you don't need to leave the property. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and willing to make sure we were happy during our stay. The Omni was within walking distance of a lot of things. Can't wait to stay again!

I was at the Omni for a professional event I organized, so I feel like I need to rate it on both. When it came to the hotel stay, big props to the Omni. They live up to the hype. The hotel itself is impressive and large. The rooms are clean, the beds are great and the view is second to none. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. On the conference side, I was a little less than impressed. The rooms were dated, the tables and linens worn. The space-to-event matching was off a bit, and we had trouble structuring the room. And absolutely everything cost extra, including meeting WiFi. The food options were great, though, and the meeting and event staff was helpful and friendly.

we had short vacation during our road trip me and my husband. we loved the location, being in the heart of downtown near Broadway was so fabulous. rooms are clean and have a good view. we had ordered dinner through room service, food was great , Mina room waiter had good attitude and so friendly. definitely five stars and worth coming back

Great location, clean and modern hotel. Check in and out was fast and easy. Staff is helpful and friendly. Room is spacious, modern and comfortable. Food is delicious. However, housekeeping is below expectation for the Omni name and price, room was not clean for 2 days of the 4 days stay, housekeeping was slow when called for towels delivery and didn’t answer the phone for several attempts. Overall good experience

  • 3/5 Karen S. 1 year ago on Google
The Omni is a beautiful hotel and the location is excellent. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. We had next to no housekeeping while we were there which was frustrating given the nightly rate that is charged. We had to ask for a towel exchange all but one day. We were told they didn't know why our room kept getting missed and that they were short staffed which they said was no excuse. The Kitchen Notes restaurant also had long wait times unless you had a reservation so highly recommend you make one. We had no cold water in our taps but the lobby had ice or bottled water available which was nice. Had the housekeeping been provided daily I would have rated this hotel a 4 star.

  • 2/5 Jodi 2 years ago on Google
My stay at the Omni was disappointing overall, especially so considering the price. The room smelled bad, a bit like dog and a bit like dirty laundry. It was the sort of room where I didn’t really want any of my things to touch any surfaces. There was a lot of dirt and dust on the furniture. The shower curtain looked as if it hadn’t been changed for years. The pillows were yellow. The toiletries were nothing special, equivalent to what I’d expect at any generic hotel. The toilet paper was extremely thin. Housekeeping came to the door at 10am on the day of checkout, even with the privacy sign up, which just felt like a fundamental fail. Otherwise, the hotel itself is nice. I enjoyed the pool. The water temperature was very comfortable. The shops and restaurants were all satisfactory. However, due to my dissatisfaction with the room, I would definitely not return.

Stayed here for a conference in September. Hotel is in a great location and you can visit the Country Music Hall of Fame/Museum right next door. Room was clean and everything was in working order. Only downside for us was their on-site restaurant was always too busy at breakfast (likely due to staffing issues that kept them from opening up the entire dining room). But hey- it's Nashville and there were so many great dining options within walking distance so only a minor inconvenience! I would stay here again.
