From the outside it looks nice, but behind the scenes their hygiene is terrible. They place the baked bread to cool off close to a dirty garbage bin. They put their baked goods uncovered. Their employees don't place their masks on their noses during Covid-19 regulations. This branch should be permanently closed by the Health Ministry!

A good oasis in the Poleg industrial area. Even in the summer heat the shady porch outside is a nice place to sit. Good coffee and food are an extra bonus.

If you suffer from a food allergy, stay away. When placing my order I was very careful to clarify what food must be avoided and what replacement would be used. The lady taking the order read out the instructions she had added to the order. The order arrived at the table with the allergens front and center, as if nothing had been discussed or noted in the order. When I pointed it out the waitress tried to remove the specific allergens ignoring the risk of contact between the foods served. I requested to speak to the manager, the waitress assured me s/he would come but until we left no-one appeared. This establishment either doesn't care or is so badly run that they run the risk of killing someone. Best to steer clear.

Courteous, nice, has good quality coffee and people who know how to treat it. Bakery is great and sandwiches and food in general is done well, tasty and healthy. A very nice spot for a relaxing, enjoyable stop.

One word - amazing! Great coffee, great pastries and their staff could teach the other restaurants in the area so much about customer service. But let's start with the coffee - it doesn't matter if you are coming for a deep, fruity, multi-layered espresso experience, a beautiful cappuccino or even one of their blended coffee drinks you will surely be impressed. I will never understand why the other coffee houses in Israel spread further and faster than Arcaffe when they are surely the best coffee chain in Israel. Thanks for always making a perfect cappuccino guys - keep up the good work.

Well now ur talking! No there is NO BETTER chain in IL than the ArCaffe chain!!! Their Italian c9ffes is da bomb! Their food is actually made 2 order n is yummy yummy in my tummy! And and we can not forget their AMAZING BAKERY with an endlesz selction of FANTASTIC breads, sweat n savory pastries etc. etc. But best of all is their staff n service they provide! The Natanya location has this new wanna be Amer8can dude that makes ur dining experience even better!!! So just go there for bfast, lunch n dinner and u can even stay there ALL DAY LONG and pretend it is ur private ofice...😋
