My
colleague
and
I
had
a
terrible
experience
in
the
hotel
bar.
My
colleague
who
was
one
month
sober
ordered
a
non-alcoholic
cocktail
but
received
one
with
alcohol.
She
paid
for
the
drink,
then
noticed
that
there
was
alcohol
in
it
and
told
the
waitress,
but
the
waitress
was
rude
and
refused
to
accept
the
mistake.
After
arguing
with
us
the
waitress
simply
left
and
did
not
even
offer
to
redo
the
drink.
In
general,
this
hotel
tries
to
look
modern
and
chic
but
is
missing
most
things
that
make
a
hotel
comfotable.
No
kettle
or
iron,
no
mini
fridge,
no
water
in
the
rooms,
no
glass
to
drink
tap
water
out
of
or
put
a
toothbrush
in
(especially
disappointing
when
it
is
40
degrees
outside),
one
pillow
that
is
extremely
lumpy
and
the
other
that
is
paper
thin,
poor
breakfast,
the
list
goes
on.
