I ordered a pizza and the bar lady banged the till keys 61 times so I said can I pay now and she went in a huff and got me barred ...what a rude person who clearly should not be in hospitality. Luckily I did politicians salaries and tax as a career! So guess what I'm reviewing right now...and it's going to be back dated. Never bar an old man is my advise to you. Not that you would listen. You charged another old man £96 for playing a fee hours pool on his own untill I obliged him of a game,!? £96 wow that's amazing you get away with such a transaction. Rude overpowering threatening bouncer who want to use the stairs to push me down!? Avoid at all costs it's very poorly operated venue with unclean toilets and facilities..urine in stairs ..shocked me really.

Me and my two friends met up here after not seeing each other for two years and the experience was woefull, they told us there was no tables available and they would let us know if any came up, so we thought ok.. we will just have a drink and wait to see if any become available we stood drinking for two hour and there were around 5 available tables the whole time we stood there and when we asked the bar staff if we could just play and if someone came we would come off, They just srugged their shoulders and laughed. From a buisness point of view this makes no sense and from a customer service point of view it was just plain rude.

Bouncers are extremely rude and continuously used foul language. This establishment serves nice food at all hours but is expensive. I would not return due to the attitude and discriminative nature of the bouncers. Bouncer openly admitted being racist, and refused entry to my friend for being quote “annoying”. This is not a safe place for women.

My favourite place in Newcastle so far - decent pool and snooker tables, cheap drinks and friendly staff. Could spend all night here. Stickiest carpets I've ever stood on though 🤣

Charged us £60 extra for not bringing the pool balls back to the bar when we finished playing. It was our first time there and this rule has not been explained prior. Disappointing. Other than that, we had loads of fun and the atmosphere was great

Loved it, had our own room all we had to do was spend £200 and there was no hire charge for the room. Had our own music and 2 pool tables.

My husband and I are big fans of spot white! My husband is a professional snooker player who also plays in some professional 9 ball pool tournaments and this is a go to place for 9 ball practice or just a brilliant night out. I personally tag along for the food, there is so much choice and it’s all mouth watering. Staff are always so friendly and very approachable. I will be back very soon to try those new bao buns.

Good if you want to play snooker or pool but was disappointed that there was no draught beer for sale. The price of drinks also appears to be significantly higher than in local pubs.

Best staff in town, always friendly and accommodating - it’s one of our favourite places to go for any occasion from playing pool, drinking or just chilling! 10/10

Come here really often, is a great place for cheap drinks and pool. They serve food too, which looks pretty good although I haven’t tried any. It’s a really chill vibe and majority of the staff are super easy to get on with. I can imagine on match day it gets busy though due to the drinks being cheap. Overall a great place to come if you enjoy pool and a workout (lots of stairs hahaha)

Organised a private room here as part of a stag do, we all agree it was one of the highlights! Kept us all entertained for a few hours before the night really kicked off watching football with pool, darts and beer pong. Great area and atmosphere, cheap but good drinks selection with friendly and accommodating staff. Would fully recommend!

Love it here! Chilled out bar with snooker/pool, great food, wide selection of drinks, friendly staff, reasonable prices...and its open til the early hours. Also perfect for pre match drinks.

it might look a bit sketchy, but it's actually quite nice. It does not tend to be crowded, prices are quite good, the place is open until very late. You can play some pool there, restrooms are alright... Generally, I would recommend it

We hired the private Platinum Room for 3hrs on a Saturday afternoon for a stag party, with a pool table and beer pong table setup, dart board and big projector for live football - it was class. Jack provided superb food and drink service for all the lads throughout the afternoon (despite the Fleetwood result!!) and everyone had a fantastic time. The value for money was superb, with excellent drinks prices and a great array of shots. This venue is perfect for any group at a weekend - highly recommend.
