    Very long wait for orders, quite dirty, small car park. The staff are the worst I've ever seen. They don't pay attention at all, to everyone. the most disgusting McDonald's I've ever been to

    Pulled the staff up on how long it took for my food to be served (15 minutes) The kitchen staff stood around gas bagging! This was followed up by a very rude lady who appeared to be some sort of manager offering no apologies. It appeared that she was trying to mock me after id sat down, don’t usually put much energy into the pond life of this world but your mid 40s working in a fast food shop. I think il get over the wait for my food now knowing you have reached the peak of your working life ☺️

    AVOID! It’s been gradually getting worse over the last year! Priority is given to the just eats delivery! Resulting in extra waiting times for the drive through & nowhere to park whilst waiting for your gone cool food. Put it this way… I ordered at 9.20 didn’t get my wrong order until 9.45..after asking twice if it was going to be soon?.was to embarrassed & fed up to complain & couldn’t afford to wait another god knows how long ! It’s probably done my health a favour, because I will not under any circumstances be using this terrible so called fast food service again!

    Arrived for lunch at 11;30 and ordered it via the self service touch screens. Just a a Big Mac meal, Nothing out of the ordinary, Took 23 minutes to be brought to my table and once I started to eat it. It was stone cold. I've had warmer milkshakes.. The staff member that helped me out after I mentioned this was great and couldn't be more apologetic. This wasn't the first time this has happened. IF I COULD.. IT WOULD OF BEEN A ZERO STAR REVIEW

    Wouldn’t serve us without being inside a vehicle after 11PM. Super hungry. Even went “vroom vroom”. But was still rejected. Had to resort to oven pies.

    Delivery driver went to a completely different postcode so the food was cold, no mcflurry; no fries, no apple pie. Time stamp on the wraps themselves was over an hour before we received the food... wonder how long they were sat in the bag for before they were even given to the delivery driver. Would not recommend, save your money.

    Waited 20 minutes for the meals .My partner went to the counter as we had table service , and he was told that the meals had been given to someone else. It's probably one of the delivery people. No apology, my partner was told we could you a fresh meal. My partner declined, and he asked for the money to be put back on his account. We won't go again. I also noticed the cleaner was using the same dish cloth to clean all the tables , no spray, just the dush cloth that was going from table to table.

    Service first: had to wait 3/4 hour to get food on table. There were possibly 10 customers in at that time so hardly busy. Apparently sitting customers have the lowest priority. Food: I ordered a spicy beefburger - a tiny piece of lettuce, a fairly dried up beefburger. Fries were warm and the milkshake machine was working so that's a positive! I'm used to McDonald's food etc (I'm a foster carer with children who meet their siblings in there regularly) but this was a new low in both service and food quality. Pity.

    Food at drive through was almost cold only a couple of minutes after purchase. I would have taken it in had I not been rushed. Very poor, I don't use McDonald's often so even less after this.

    Extremely slow service. Slowed down but he fact they let Uber drivers etc walk to the front of the queue and place their grubby bags on the food counter to collect. Its the last time we will be coming. 25 minutes to get served 2 happy meals. Atrocious, they need some management to sort this place out.

    You should always check whether the bag contains all that you ordered. I’ve had at least 4 occasions when when you get home you see items missing. Very poor check of items packed. The latest was just now when a the pack missed a burger I ordered. Caught it in time. Phew😳

    I went through the drive through and some man answered me in an Indian accent when I went to the window he spoke to me in a British accent and was clearly putting it on to be racist. I then went in to complain about this person and spoke to a woman called Christine and she spoke to me like I was dirt on her shoe and every other time I have seen her here she has continuously treated me this way. Would be better if they were gone.

    Once again, after a heavy night shift I've ordered a double bacon and egg mcmuffin meal. I checked the screen, made my payment, collected my food and went home to eat my sausage mcmuffin meal! Why is my order never right? Is the bacon button too close to the sausage button on your device maybe? 🤔 Maybe be not though as the screen was correct! Too tired to go back now.

    Went through drive through and ordered 4 double Big Mac with bacon meals. When we got home two of the burgers were standard Big Macs. Went back to the store and after some debate they said they would replace the burgers. When I got home it was clear that they had simply added 2 patties and a piece of bacon to the already cold burgers. Ended up with two disgusting, cold burgers which went in the bin. Never again.

    Disappointing Experience at McDonald's I recently visited a McDonald's outlet, and I must say, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I entered, it was clear that the service was lacking. The staff seemed unorganized and overwhelmed, resulting in a long wait time and a never-ending queue. To add to the frustration, the service itself was poor. Not only was the food cold when it finally arrived, but a part of my order was also missing. The staff's attitude was far from pleasant, and their rudeness was evident throughout the interaction. It was apparent that the staff lacked proper training. Many of them seemed young and inexperienced, which I suspect is an attempt by management to cut down on wage expenditure. Unfortunately, this cost-cutting measure had a significant impact on the quality of service provided. Overall, my visit to McDonald's was far from enjoyable. The combination of poor service, cold food, missing items, and rude, untrained staff left me feeling dissatisfied and reluctant to return anytime soon. I hope that they take these concerns seriously and work on improving their services for future customers.

    Sorry but you need to fix your drive through speaker so you can be heard outside and remember it's noisy outside, don't mumble. I shouldn't have asked after every single sentence "pardon" and when I went to pay the cashier spoke so fast I couldn't understand again. It was painful to say my order three times back to each other. If they had spoke clearly not like it was too much hard work for them to speak clearly. When i paid that was the easiest bit but my food was cold and there was no napkins in the bag. I could not be bothered queuing to say it was luke warm after the way I'd be served. I won't ever go again.

    Took my grand daughter for her favourite Happy meal. Lots of teens there enjoying themselves. Lady behind counter was very friendly and helped me with my order. Very busy with take aways but the food came quite quick. My grand daughter loved it as she ate her nuggets and played I spy.

    It's a very busy Macdonald's. The food is typical. The service is fine. I've put the atmosphere as 3 because the car park becomes unusable when the drive through has a big queue. I'm always surprised at how good the coffee is for a fast food place.

    Absolute worst mcdonalds going. Always have to park and wait over 20 minutes and then missing items from order or cold. Rude staff as if its your fault the food is cold or missing. '24hours' is not 24 hours anytime around 12-1.30am don't bother as they won't take orders as 'the systems are updating' don't understand how they can advertise 24 hours when it's obviously not that.

    I was the only car in the drive thru, had to go through order 3 times as they got it wrong, then park up and wait for food only to be missing half the order. Still managed to bring the wrong items ended up going in store to get the correct order ended up with melted ice creams and cold food. Very poor organisation and service.

    Awful service. Frys barely warm. Went to counter to get the Frys exchanged. After waiting in excess of 10 minutes and having 3 or 4 members of staff walk past me and did not speak or communicate with me I shouted to a male who I believe was the manager "Am I invisible standing here". He said I did not see you before exchanging the Frys that were not that much warmer. Very disappointed

    I don’t tend to review McDonald’s, but considering I come here regularly often, I thought I’d leave a review. I’ve been having some really awful experiences here, mainly with things always missing on my order, and really long wait times for food. The staff are apologetic when I go and ask for my other items, but it happens pretty much every time now and I think something needs to happen to change it.

    Complete terrible service, paid for the order in the drive through and went to the next window, straight away I was told to park up as my order was not ready ,I said that there was no where to park, then this real mouthy so called manager shoved her head through the window and said I will refund you if you are not happy, I said all that I wanted was my order, she screamed park up so we drove around and found a space and next minute our order was basically shoved through the car window, not happy at all. Manager needs sacking and staff restrained.

    Very popular McDonald's place, so expect a long wait if you order inside or drive through. Also some items may be sold out or out of stock. Overall, the place is spacious with plenty of sitting places, parking espaces and it was well staffed when we visited (around 18:30 on a Monday).

    The foods ok when they get it right. In my experience they quite often get orders wrong, forgetting items or not putting all of the ingredients on to the burgers. Maybe I'm just unlucky. It also seems to take ages to get served, and given that I tend to order through the app it should be no surprise to them when I turn up. And we are not talking about special items or large orders either.

    Went for breakfast on the drive through. I had to wait for my food at the next window, which was fine. All the food was as ordered, so all good there. However, whilst sat in my car (in the restaurant car park), I was surprised to see a number of large rats running around near the bins…. 😩

    Gone through the drive through. Have to wait food. Eventually get the food. We check it , food missing so I have to now go in. Wait for my food while the food in the car goes cold. I only go mcds because of my child. Personally I wouldn't touch them at all. Food is always cold , missing. You complain about cold food they always come up with excuse. Worst takeaway not the one where I live but all of them.

    The floor staff are really friendly here and explain the procedures as soon as you walk through the door and are happy to help with the electronic booking system. The inside is also kept extremely clean. The drive through hover is really dicey around the last tight sharp bend if you have anything larger than a fiat 500. My Audi S3 had 2" spare from the wall so wouldnt be using the drive through again as I know all our workmen avoid it for the same reason.

    Ordered via the app as we had a voucher for £10 off when you spend £25. Voucher worked fine but the app had a fair few issues saying that a lot of the ingredients were out of stock when they actually weren't?! 🤔 Used the collection option and food arrived within 5 minutes and for quite a large order I thought that was quick. Order was all accurate and food was tasty, hot and no problems at all 🥰

    Had an issue with a driver dropping off our food. Just eat are a disgrace bag left on the door step just with drinks in. They stole our food. Went in store to talk to the manager about lack of food. Manager was polite, professional understood our situation and remade our order. Fantastic staff and restaurant will continue to buy from there.

    After a recent truly awful experience in the Newcastle-under-Lyme restaurant this location was like the Ritz, with customer service to match. Clean, bright, comfortable. Staff member Jack was wonderful, helpful and friendly. Food delivered to our table hot and fresh. Very enjoyable lunch stop with friends. Recommended. McD reputation restored!

    Chips no salt , the mozzarella share box was stone cold cheese rock hard - no salsa given. No receipt or napkins given either . McFlurry was half full , might as well have ordered a mini and it’s never flurried. My fries has a bit of blue plastic in them The business manager wants to start retraining their shift managers on procedures as the standards are poor .

    Ordered food on the machine in the restaurant. Was told we couldn't sit one side of the restaurant because they were cleaning. Had no choice but to sit surrounded by 8 Just Eat delivery drivers who's food was prioritised so we were kept waiting for 20 mins for our food. When we did eventually get our food more delivery drivers kept arriving watching us eat.

    Went there during lunch time and place was way overcrowded in addition to no spaces for parking. The ordering screens were all filled up with people queueing up to order plus the counters were overflowing ... So ordered food to be brought to the tables and that was a mess too.... May be ot was a bad day to visit or maybe that's how the service is all the time...

    Bit busy but the my mcdonalds app made it easier. We ordered via the app for a pick up, avoiding the drive thru queue. The food was hot and fresh. The pick up spots are in an awkward place and tightly packed which is why 4 instead of 5 stars

    The car park was really busy and it didn't feel very safe when trying to get to the building . Once inside we were served pretty quickly with our food and it had a decent temperature while eating our food.

    the service is quite slow through drive thru, and the food ends up cold because of the wait. service inside is quite fast though, depending on your order size. deliveries are definitely deemed more important though, as they're seen to faster than those eating in.

    Ordered via the app, watched my order number go to "please collect" but nobody called out the order - waited as this has happened before. After 5 minutes asked where my order was and it was on the shelf with the deliveries. Not happy as the chips were cold and all the dips were missing. Got home to find 2 of the burgers ordered weren't in and no straws for drinks either. Very poor, not even that busy.
