Before
I
start,
I
know
this
is
a
budget
hotel
and
not
expecting
a
5
star
experience.
That
being
said,
it
still
disappointed
my
wife
and
I.
The
few
positives.
The
staff
was
fast
during
check
in
and
room
was
ready
on
time.
They
did
have
a
decent
amount
of
"security"
even
that
most
of
them
were
on
their
phones
when
I
would
walk
by.
But
hey,
for
a
place
that
I
expected
no
security
or
maybe
just
one,
it
was
nice
to
see
multiple.
Pool
was
nice,
good
temperature,
and
empty
when
we
went.
As
other
reviews
stated,
the
bottom
of
the
pool
needs
to
be
redone
but
it
really
isn't
that
bad.
Now
here
for
the
multiple
complaints.
Staff
lack
social
skills.
After
the
first
night,
both
key
cards
stopped
working
when
trying
to
reenter
at
1pm.
When
we
went
to
the
desk
to
fix
it
the
girl
blamed
it
on
us
saying
we
deactivated
it
by
putting
it
near
other
cards?
It
doesn't
make
sense
but
even
if
it
did,
my
wife
had
it
in
a
separate
pocket.
I
assume
it
was
more
because
they
only
activated
it
for
the
one
night
instead
of
the
whole
time
we
were
staying
there.
Either
way,
they
could've
just
apologized
and
fixed
it.
Another
staff
problem
was
at
8:20am
while
we
were
sleeping,
I
heard
a
light
knock,
We
both
assumed
it
was
for
another
room
as
we
had
a
DO
NOT
DISTURB
sign
on
our
door.
One
minute
later
I
heard
it
again.
I
rushed
to
put
clothes
on
and
it
really
sketched
me
out
at
first.
It
was
a
house
keeper
randomly
giving
me
2
towels
that
no
one
asked
for?
Now
for
our
room.
While
it's
not
outdated,
the
lighting
situation
sucked.
There's
not
a
single
ceiling
light
so
the
whole
room
is
always
pretty
dark.
The
bathroom
is
VERY
dark.
Some
items
had
really
gross
permanent
stains.
As
well
as
some
drawers
had
other
peoples
garbage
in
it.
We
had
2
queen
beds
and
one
was
super
rough
and
springy.
Thankfully,
the
other
one
was
soft
and
actually
quite
nice.
Sheets
and
blankets
sucked.
The
sheets
actually
didn't
even
properly
fit
the
bed.
Parking
was
$20
a
night
which
is
on
the
high
side
considering
location
but
I
will
let
it
pass.
My
problem
with
the
parking
is
the
parking
lot
is
huge
with
no
security
ever
watching
it.
It
backs
onto
a
more
residential
area
where
locals
will
come
and
hang
out
in
the
back
of.
They
need
a
gate
or
something
to
make
it
a
little
less
inviting.
The
basement
is
sketchy
and
a
fire
hazard.
It
is
how
you
get
to
the
pool
and
where
the
"arcade"
is.
The
elevator
was
taking
a
while,
so
we
tried
to
find
stairs,
and
there
is
none
that
we
could
find.
following
the
exit
signs,
it
just
guided
us
to
the
pool,
which
does
have
an
exit
to
outside,
but
you
can't
get
into
the
pool
area
unless
you
have
the
specific
key
from
the
front
desk.
Even
if
we
were
missing
it,
if
a
fire
was
to
happen,
we
would
not
be
able
to
easily
find
out.
Go
somewhere
else.
There's
a
lot
better
hotels
at
similar
price
points.
