This is a decent, fairly casual, hotel. Friendly staff. Each floor has 10 rooms. The balcony fits two people standing, and the falls are somewhat visible between buildings. The lobby is on the second floor, breakfast room, pool, ice and vending machines on the first floor. The main door has a few stairs to get in, and the elevator to the rooms is fairly small. They cleaned the hot tub on Monday which was nice to see. Lemon water was provided in the lobby. The bedroom furniture was a little awkward with the tv in front of one bed, the desk/table in front of the other, no desk lamp, and limited outlets. Parking is an extra $20 per night. Overall we enjoyed our stay with an affordable price. The best part is the breakfast!

The hotel is kindda old but itā€™s maintained well. The size of the room was decent. The washrooms were neat and clean. beds & sofa were uncomfortable. The continental breakfast ( cold boiled eggs , juices , coffee, tea , milk , oatmeal ,waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages, muffins , bread šŸž, fresh fruits etc) šŸ„ž was included in our stay which was good. Walk to the falls is just 10 Minutes . It was value for money šŸ‘šŸ»

Right in the heart of the action, so it's convenient, however, not impressed with everything else. Breakfast was included, but not the best and what I am used to. Very little variety. Our room's balcony faced walls and steel storage bins. For 5 guests, the room was a little tight but I guess you get what you pay for. The pools were decent and the kids had fun in the indoor one. The staff was very polite. I would go back there only if on business and need a place to sleep, but not to bring my family there.

The front desk check in/check out process was quick/great. The Duty Manager-Atul and Room Cleaning staff went beyond and above in taking care of our needs. Majority of the staff at this property were very helpful, friendly and made our stay comfortable. Breakfast could be better, but one would have many options nearby. Given a chance; we would re-visit this property. We recommend trying this property if you are on tight budget, not picky about river view; and wants everything within 400 meters walking distance. There is a $25 CAD parking charge, but hassle free.

Room was a bit dated and had no fridge, but it was clean, and the beds were comfy (lots of pillows). The air conditioning was the best and coldest air conditioning I've ever experienced, and for someone that often feels too warm, this was impressive! Easy to get to. Easy parking, and easy to get to attractions. Staff very friendly.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff! 10/10 for their service and amazing hospitality! Breakfast was great and so was the staff. Great location, in close proximity to all the attractions and walking distance to the falls. I would love to be back here again! Would recommend this place to everyone, especially if travelling with family.

The whole building was very clean. Room was clean & tidy. Although the air conditioning was extremely loud. Anytime the A/C would kick on throughout the night it would wake us up. The elevator was slow and small (especially for a 8 level building). We paid extra for a ā€œRiver View Balconyā€ but couldnā€™t actually see the falls, or a river either. Just a busy intersection with lots of pedestrians. The pool / spa was good, very clean and quiet. Water was very nice & soft. The breakfast was a let down, little variety and a very small dining area, extremely crowded and loud, and a 20 minute limit. The food that was there was actually very good though. Paid parking was a bit of a challenge, the parking lot is very small and crowded, and youā€™re not guaranteed a spot. Spots are so limited that people resort to parking in the entranceā€™s right off the road. Itā€™s about a 2km walk to the main area, and parking in that area is paid as well.

The service was nice. The room seemed fairly small and oddly shaped. I had a tiny balcony, and the sink is on the outside of the bathroom. The ice machine, pool, and dining area are all in the basement (which they call the first floor). Someone sprayed cologne in the air conditioning. So when I turned it on, my room smelled of men. I woke up the next day sick. Anywho, the next morning, when I went down for the continental breakfast, it was like a claustrophobic nightmare! The room was small, hot, and full of people. The tiny room has an open toaster, which probably is the cause of the heat, but they also have the fake sausage that tastes like plastic. So beware!!! Although free, they have a small variety of choices, eggs, sausage breads, fresh fruits... They do have a hot tub, but the jet button is on the far end of the wall, so have someone go with you to be the button pusher.

This place is one of the garbage places I have ever spent a night. There is no outside pool they put out in their advertising. If you are planning to stay make sure you do not get a room in their annexe building. The breakfast experience is the worst in my life. You need to wait 20 minutes in line to grab your bread and then you will not find any space to sit. Either they should stop the breakfast option or improve it by a mile. I don't recommend it for busy days at Niagara falls.

Honestly the stay was disappointing. The assigned basement room, combined with the hot tub being unavailable until checkout time, left a negative impression. We had to ask to change the room but looks like they try to give basement unless someone complains. I have seen other reviews complaining of the same as well. The staff's rudeness and constant altercations over various matters further marred the experience. It was only after I mentioned leaving an honest review and the maintenance guy confirmed the late start of the hot tub that they admitted fault and attempted damage control. Overall, not a pleasant stay at all when they are all about trying to mint more money without proper facilities.

The rooms were generously sized and well-maintained, providing ample space for our group of four adults. One of the standout aspects is the convenient location near the Niagara Falls. Make sure you always check your doors before you leave. Ours got stucked and good thing I was able to fix it. Overall, it offered excellent value for the price, and we enthusiastically recommend it for a pleasant stay close to the falls.

Mix feelings. But the room was clean. If you donā€™t want moisture and pool smell - donā€™t go for the cheapest rate which will get you the 1st floor, where the pool is at. Other than that - the breakfast was fine and there is a $20 / parking fee. So for the $51 - you will end up paying $87 including taxes and parking. Did get a chance to use the indoor pool- but it looked nice. The room itself was 10X more clean than the lobby of the hotel. Which is the most important part anyways. For the $87 total I would maybe try maybe a nicer hotel. Positive side is that it was close to the falls but far away from Clifton Street

Great location, close to incline and falls and casino. Rooms clean, no microwave in queen room šŸ˜ž Breakfast was busy. Didn't even go even though included. Basic meal for free. Id rather pay and get something better/fresher. A little dated even though it looks newish.

My family and I stayed here because we wanted to go see Niagara Falls, we didn't want to pay a lot, and good location. This hotel has all of those things. The staff is great the hotel is a little dated in spots but clean and well run. The breakfast was good and the eating area was clean. This is a good family hotel with nice staff and it checks all the boxes. The walk to the falls down the Falls view trail was beautiful and this hotels location is perfect. Happy Travelling

We checked in here for a night. Great ambiance at the lobby. We stayed on the eight floor, we had the perfect view of the city & the falls. The room with a king bed is big, smells & looks clean. Thereā€™s a small table, but no chairs so we had to pull the sofa chair so we can eat. Thereā€™s a fridge but no microwave. Free breakfast with fresh food, the kitchen staff are nice but so strict & not letting us bring the food to our room. The staff said they are being blamed for the plates thatā€™s being left at the doorstep by the people whoā€™s bringing food upstairs. The hotelā€™s location is perfect & can easily walk going to the falls using the inclined cable car. All in all it was a great experience.

The rooms do not have a microwave or mini fridge you have to pay extra if you want them Never heard of that and I have stayed in plenty of hotels over the years.... The $59 dollar room is actually $100 after they add all of the added costs ( which i am sure some of are illegal) THey stick you in the 2 story building attached to main hotel which there is no elevator so you have to carry all your stuff up the stairs The people at front desk do not know it is illegal to ask for someones medical information. What should be said is ... due to our gov rules if you have had your injection you are allowed to eat if not you cant ...... then the guest can chose accordingly. Over all I stayed here as it was close to my kids ... pictures on website look amazing but def NOT what I experienced...... I am not even a picky person but this is not worth 100 a night WOULD NOT RETURN totally disappointed with this experience

It was a great location in Niagara Falls , from the lobby we could see all the hustle and bustle on the main strip and it was still very peaceful in the room. We just parked at the hotel and need not pay for the parking anywhere else as we were so close to all the attractions in the area. Parking was cheapest in the area, just $25 a night with in and out privileges. We stayed 2 nights in the 2 room family suite. The room was well equipped. There was a fridge and a microwave and a coffee maker with coffee and tea provided. The queen bed was fine, the sofa was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and in a good working order. There was a tub/shower. Shampoo, soap , conditioner, lotion were provided. In the morning we enjoyed the free hot breakfast buffet. Breakfast room was clean and spacious. The breakfast staff was very quick and accommodating. The hotel staff was very polite and professional. Our stay was enjoyable. We will definitely come back.

I always love staying here, I come to the Falls very often and this is always my go to place. The staff is very friendly and always treat me like family. The rooms are clean and sanitary. There is also an amazing buffet style breakfast. The hotel also has an amazing heated indoor pool, which is perfect to relax in after a busy day roaming the city. Overall I will continue to stay here, because no matter how many times I stay I always leave content.

Second time staying at this hotel. Overall a good experience. One big issue we had was maintenance shut the water to our room without telling us. We had to get on the road without showering. Three of us without water, you can just imagine what else backed up... I was hoping for some kind of a discount. No luck. Apparently maintenance and the front desk don't communicate.

My family stayed here last weekend (February 26/27). We chose the Comfort Inn Fallsview for the price, free breakfast, and it was close to the Niagara Falls Convention Centre. We didn't want to stay in a motel, so we thought we'd spend a little more. Unfortunately, we ended up in a motel anyways. The Staff was very friendly, but they gave us a room outside the main hotel, so we had to walk outside to get to our room and get breakfast in the morning. Although the room was dated and a little run down, it was super clean! The filter on the noisy A/C unit was perfectly clean and so was the filter in the hairdryer. The beds were firm, the TV only had a few over-the-air antenna channels, but the wifi worked well. The breakfast was ok, but not really worth the cold trip outside. All-in-all I think the star rating is a little high - I'd put it at a 2.5 - 3, and I don't think I'd stay here again unless the hotel / motel was renovated.

Nice clean rooms. Easy access. Good parking. Walking distance to everything. Free breakfast is equivalent to a soup kitchen so dont bother unless you're really hard up. But for around 50 a night with breakfast this place is great.

I have never stayed at a motel with this rating that does not supply fridge or microwave. This was very disappointing considering the price. The pool area was very dirty. There is a sign posted that no shoes were allowed but many hotel employees walked through the pool area with boots and shoes on. It had snowed at dirt from outside was everywhere. We expected the floor to be cleaned overnight but same dirt and hair was there next day. So much for cleaning especially with COVID in play. I do not recommend this hotel at all

Nice and clean rooms. Front staff was friendly . Good location. Small balcony. Good value. I did not use the indoor or outdoor pools but they are open. I recommend this place and I will be back

Good clean and nice .. good stay for the amount you are paying and it's pretty close to the falls too (30min)

It was fine. Clean room, decent shower, good location, friendly staff. Breakfast was not even mediocre.

New mom of 1 and my husband decided to do a little getaway to the falls with our 6 month old. First time choosing this hotel and I 100% regret it. At around 8:15 a fire alarm went off, I was trying to get baby down. Called to the front desk and Moe who was amazing let me know that it should just be a moment and it will be off soon, 15 minutes had passed and the alarm was still going unable to get little one down. I called front desk again, a gentleman answered the phone automatically with an attitude. Explained why I had called and he said ā€œthere isnā€™t anything I can do about it, I canā€™t turn it off my self the fire department is comingā€. I asked approximately how long he said 5-10 minutes which I had said seemed long because I was already told it would be just a moment 15 minutes prior. The gentleman began to rudely yell at me on the phone telling me heā€™s dealing with something big so he canā€™t deal with me right now and so on. Frustrated I hung up the phone making my way to the lobby. When arrived I was greeted by Moe who I politely asked for the gentlemanā€™s name and head officeā€™s number. Moe called Carl, who I asked the same question to. Carl wrote only his first name on the card as if he did not want to be identified, when asked for a last name I was told ā€œYou donā€™t need oneā€. My husband joined me in the lobby a few minutes after where I was asking Carl about his customer service. He proceeded to yell at my husband and I and say that ā€œheā€™s not dealing with meā€ and walked into the back office. Angrily walking away and swearing while speaking to my husband, Carl left the back office to approach my husband and I who he intimidated and stood over we are 5ā€™2 and 5ā€™3 Carl is over 6ft - asking why weā€™re swearing in front of our child and following us telling us to get into the elevator or he would ā€œkick us out and evict usā€ where I asked if I would receive a refund and he said ā€œnoā€ and I proceeded to ask him to leave me alone because I am going back to my room and he continued to taunt my husband and I. I had to continuously ask Carl to leave my family and I alone and try to walk away from him as he followed us and told us he would ā€œkick us out and added that he would call the policeā€. I am highly disappointed with this stay. I will not ever be returning to this comfort inn and I would definitely beware of Carl if deciding to visit as his customer service is extremely terrible. Hated it, never going back.

Better than expected. Kids liked the pool and our room was good. At first we were concerned because it seemed like we were in basement tucked around a corner but actually it was perfect. Very quiet, large room, close to pool, parking lot and breakfast. Everything seemed clean, fridge in room worked fine, TV had HDMI for kidsā€™ switch too. Breakfast was pretty hectic and very overcrowded. Quality was what you pay for - toast, prepackaged/microwaved scrambled eggs, sausages etc. But that was fine for us, ate quick and were set for day ahead. Kids liked it, everyone happy. Maybe a little far walk from Clifton Hill but would stay again.
