    Rented out two rooms and upon first inspection we noticed one of the fridges was broken and unplugged, but beyond that the room looked okay. We set our bags down and before we could even close the door and settle in, we immediately noticed a small speck next to our pillow. Upon further inspection we figured out it was some kind of bug and after a few google searches, have concluded it was either a tick or bed bug. I don't even want to imagine what we would've found had we checked under the mattress! After showing the staff a photo, we were offered another room (which we were no longer comfortable taking) but not the refund we requested. We haven't even closed the doors to our rooms yet mind you; we probably had the room for 1 min. Anyways after much back and forth, blocked calls, and google reviews I've finally given up on the loss. It's a nice price, but you get what you pay for - and that includes bed bugs. But if you're skeptical please tell me what you think this bug is and let me know. P.s. If you're going to risk it and rent the room anyways and you find a bug like we did, make sure you take a proper photoshoot with the bug and the room.

    **NEVER TRUST THIS PLACE ** This was the terrible experience we had from the hotel and hotels.com. First we went to empress inn hotel reception and we asked for a room the lady in reception told 10$ for parking then she said if we book through app we don’t charge 10$ parking so we went outside the reception and booked through hotels.com. Then we booked, we went inside to show confirmation and the lady printed all proof, there came another man and he asked for 10$ parking, we said the lady told us no charge, immediately the lady manipulated her words and told she informed about extra 10$. We got really disappointed we spoke to them that was not informed by the lady. They never accepted we came outside the hotel and called hotels.com customer service explained the issue and told them that we are standing outside in cold want to have a place to stay. After 1 hour of conversation with hotels.com they asked us to go back to the hotel and pay 10$ finally after 1 hour of talking with customer service we went back but the hotel man told the customer service person that they don’t take any checkin now. It was late night 12am and we were on roads without a place to stay. Finally the hotel and hotels.com both of them left us with no option. Nobody should have this experience. I will explain this incident in all social media reviews and will share with my friends as much as I can. We lost the money.

    Do not ever go to this place. Disgusting. The front desk lady is super rude. The staff has no sense of talking. They charged me twice for nothing. They deducted money from my credit card without letting me know. Never going to recommend this place to anyone. It should be shutdown. Even the room was so freaking cold even after turning on heater for whole night. Somehow just spent the night.

    The room was filty, dirt was all over. Washroom had things on the wall, phone don't work, microwave don't work. Sheets had big visible stains. Towels dirty. Only two chanels working, when the cable is working. All you smell is cigarette all over. We were dying to leave . Staff need training. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy

    We booked through Expedia.  Booked 2 rooms called and asked for them together.  They said no problem. Got here and was 12 doors down.  Called the front disk they said they would call me in 10min. Never got a call back. Called 5 min later bc the toilet over flowed. Booking in took over 30min and we were 2nd in line. Thankfully the young daughters where there to help. Out of all the men working the parking lot the young girl came to plung out toilet. Nothing said about the rooms. They stared and pointed at us while on the balcony CLEARLY TALKING ABOUT US. At night we needed the wifi password and called over 20x with no answer.  We paid $270/room one night.  CLEARLY the place was not clean, the staircase was not clean and only 1/4 a roll of toilet paper.  A vacuum sat right in front of our door the whole time. Awful place ans Horrible horrible horrible customer service.  This place is open to make quick money and a whole lot of it. Have pride in your business.  Absolutely unacceptable. Never stayed is such a horrible cash grab place. They should be ashamed.

    This was by far the biggest disappointment. I can deal with dirty towels, I can deal with the broken air conditioner, and I even swallowed my pride and dignity when I found a dirty needle between the mattress and box spring. However I draw the line at the sheer rudeness and ignorance of the staff especially the owner. This is the worst case of male shovenism I've come across in many years to be short. Ladies and gentlemen do not bring your children here, as this man thinks its ok to swear and belittle women one minute and try to get in their pants the next. I should be clear, my wife and I witnessed this with the female staff, and the women down the way at a well known restaurant are legit afraid of this man and take precautions to go to a from their vehicles at night. I have reported him to the police... If you share the same experience please do the same.

    I have never been so disgusted in a motel in all my life. Niagara Falls is a beautiful city but it's too bad they have staff and the owner are completely rude...Everything was dirty and just disgusting period!! Not to mention the owner had a truckers mouth!!!!! Typically I would stay and try and get a discount or something ateast but I didn't even have the patience for that!!

    The location is the only good thing. The rooms looks clean but the bed wasn’t, got bugs and I got stings every where on my back and hand . The price paid wasn’t the one on my booking confirmation. And I was charged for the parking while I don’t have a car , they refunded me that after I complained . There ‘s a deposit of 100$ not mentioned in the booking . Finally , to leave the luggage (a small bag )for few hours I had to pay 7.25$ (they say 5$ but u have to pay cash ). I DONT RECOMMEND ,

    Shame less people .. they are doing fraud with the guests. they keep $200 deposit and they won’t anything. once you left the place they gonna make excuses like that you made room’s bedsheets dirty or towels were spoiled . these were there excuses. beware of these frauds.

    One room for one night is very expensive. The ceiling had mould and the bad paintings on the wall were drowned in condensation and mould. The bathroom walls, sink and toilet were brown and sticky. The beds and drawers were really dusty. But the rooms are very spacious, the towels seem quite clean, there is an old TV with a working remote, the inn is in a very good location; niagra falls. The balconies of the room is also nice. The town, arcade, ferrus wheel and zip line launch are very near. And obviously its copable or else the Inn wouldnt be a thing but personally, I do not recommend.

    Booked online, wasn’t made aware of $100 security deposit even though we chose the “pay at property option”. Motel tried to charge my card the night before arrival. Arrived for check-in and was advised of the $100 security deposit which turned into $150 deposit if paying by debit. Motel is run down and located next door to a crumbling closed motel. Very sketchy and scary area after dark. Would not recommend. Older woman at reception isn’t very friendly and your made to feel as if they’re doing you a favour renting a room for the night.

    Booked this last minute on Expedia due to high prices In the falls area. Walked in the room. Smelt horrendous. Outdated furniture and sheets/pillows. Super sketchy area. Spent 20mins in the hotel room and I got flea bites on my feet. Only receiving a 1star since it was walking distance from the falls.

    SAVE your money!!! Please DON’T rent a room here. It was disappointing and disgusting all around. Where do I begin. The parking lot is small, if you have a bigger vehicle be prepared to park elsewhere. The moment you arrive there is a lingering odour in the foyer. The rooms are outdated and probably haven’t been updated since the 70’s IMO. The room had a foul odour of what I can describe as cat pee and all I saw was a dried out airwick. Honestly I felt more comfortable being in the bathroom than the bedroom. Saying that the bathroom had a broken blind and standing water on the window ledge as the window was in the shower. We barely stayed in our room and we only stayed there one night. The room had stained and outdated furniture. The window A/C was loud and the curtains covering the window were frayed. The lock on the door wasn’t even a deadbolt it was a lock you would find on a bathroom door. I felt unsafe staying and sleeping there. Just being there made me feel itchy. Please read the reviews before you stay here. I forgot to mention after reading previous reviews all my belongings are currently sealed in plastic bags for a week!!!

    Charged us for parking, even when we told them we didn't need it. Beds incredibly uncomfortable. Stairs to the upper levels uneven and are a trip hazard. Only benefit to this place is the location, but there are so many better options around there at the same price point.

    They charged us for parking, even though we indicated we didn't need it. The stairs up to the third are uneven and are a trip hazard. The beds are uncomfortable. At least it has a decent location, but getting charged for parking when we didn't need it really sucks. They won't see us again.

    Nice spot and very close to the falls. My only complaint is the chairs they had in our room just had a very noticeable stain on them so wasn’t very inviting to sit on. Other then that. The bathrooms were clean, beds were clean and staff was nice.

    The location is very good if you want to visit the Fall. TV not working, bathroom so so but not bedbugs, sheet clean and floor clean. Wifi is so so not very fast (hard to watch streaming)

    Rooms were dated but very clean and had a fridge and microwave. Both staff members that helped us in the dya and evening for requests like extra pillows were just friendly, unlike at some places where it seems you annoy them. This was our second time here and we love how close it is to everything you could want to walk to in the core. Thank you for another nice stay we will be back again soon!

    DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!!!!! Disappointing Experience: Gross Rooms and Not Worth the Money I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at a hotel that left me extremely dissatisfied. From the moment we checked in, it was clear that this was not a place worth staying at. The gross rooms were the main reason we decided to check out immediately after checking in. Upon entering our room, we were greeted with an unpleasant odor that lingered throughout the space. The carpets were stained and dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the room was questionable at best. It was evident that the housekeeping staff had not put in the effort to properly clean and maintain the room. The furniture in the room was outdated and worn out, with visible signs of wear and tear. The bed was uncomfortable, and the linens appeared old and worn with stains, not sure of its even washed. It was clear that the hotel had not invested in updating their rooms to provide a comfortable and pleasant stay for their guests. It was clear that the hotel did not prioritize providing a satisfactory experience for their guests. Considering the condition of the rooms and the lack of amenities, it was evident that this hotel was not worth the money we paid. We felt deceived by the online photos and descriptions that did not accurately represent the reality of the hotel. In conclusion, I strongly advise against booking a stay at this hotel. The gross rooms, lack of cleanliness, outdated amenities, and unhelpful staff make it clear that this establishment does not prioritize guest comfort or satisfaction. Save your money and look for alternative accommodations that will provide a more pleasant and enjoyable experience.

    My names MELISSA don’t know why it’s showing up as faith but anyways this is a family owned business and they’re super nice and were super kind we went up for one day and stayed like 6! Super friendly and kind and until this day if I choose to go anywhere I go here !!! Great family business and good people !!!

    Was everything we expected for a budget hotel. Staff was courteous, friendly & accommodating. Rooms were clean & the bed was so comfortable. Hidden Gem for sure. Definitely will be back..

    This place was extremely disappointing. The towels that were left in our room were filthy with dirty stains. I had to request that they change the towels 3 times. Each time I was given towels that had brown stains on them. I even went into their laundry room with one of the staff he gave me what he claimed to be a clean towel when I opened it in front of him again it had stains and human hair on it. The staff member had the audacity to say that I was complaining because I only wanted a discount. This was absurd and insulting. I politely told him that I didn't need his paltry discount at all but needed to be treated with some dignity. I wouldn't stay at that hotel ever again not even for free.

    Didn't expect too much . Room with 2 queen beds on the 2nd floor was 100$. Children slept on 1bed. Smell of Indian curry and smoke was but a little. The linen was clean, no bed bugs. Chairs were a little dirty. Bathroom is ok. There were soap and shampoo. The best thing is refrigerator and microwave are in the room. The neighbors were too noisy at night in the 3d floor. For this price it is super room. If you want luxury, pay 500$.

    The reviews really worried us but this place had a slight lower price compared to others on the weekend. I was surprised in person because the rooms were actually very clean and location was great. It was Nothing like the reviews had mentioned. Definitely worth the price and experience was amazing. They had a halal buffet downstairs but we checked in late and were full already. Only downsides were that the parking was extra and the rooms were still pricey because it was the weekend. There is a security deposit that is not mentioned when booking, but refunded the next day. The wifi connection is great in comparison to higher end hotels we stayed at before. There is also coffee and tea offered in the morning. Overall great experience and would book again!

    Zero stars, so dirty. Front desk woman was so rude! Cob webs. Pieces missing under bathroom sink, I don’t care the price after I stayed there for cheap. I will pay more. I am in tears how awful this is. My son is even crying saying he won’t stay here. So not stay here!!!!!!!

    Got a two beds room. Was expecting not much from the reviews. The room was actually fairly clean, the tub wasn't dirty thank God, and the reception may not be Disney World, but they weren't rude to me like others say. So overall, for the price I payed, I was more than satisfied. I will say the rooms walls are a bit thin, but that's not too bad.

    After OYO lost my reservation, Expedia booked me here. For a budget accommodation I thought it was fine! The room was clean, the provided soap and packets of shampoo were what was expected, and they’re was a little fridge and microwave in the room. Staff were nice, and for the price, given the location, I’d happily stay there again.
