The owners were so sweet and accommodating throughout our entire stay. We stood for nearly an entire week and we just loved it. It was clean, nice, and we will definitely stay there again. The owners made us feel welcomed and when we woke up late they still let us come and eat breakfast. I highly recommend this place especially if you are looking for something relaxing and for a beautiful experience. 5 Stars!

Under new management.... Not in a good way. Jacuzzi fludded the room almost ruined all my electronics! (I had brought things to plug in) when we informed them of this issue they called the police... It was pretty late at night on a Saturday however thats an urgent plumbing issue. once the police arrived They forced the owners to dry the room luckily! as we had asked for a different room they refused... Worst experience of my life! I've had other locations have issues but the owners or management fixed the issue. Honestly discusting customer service.... For the record-10 stars.

My room was spotless and nicely decorated. The owner / manager was always available to answer my questions. The force of the water from the shower is what will get me back to this motel again.

Budget motel. Some staff don't speak a lick of English. I cleaned some parts of the room when I arrived as I don't trust how good a place cleans for Covid. I found quite a bit of dust in some areas. We stayed in room 117. There's dishes and utensils there, but they were too disgusting to use. We wind up buying things to use instead from a dollar store. There was a working stove, and a small kitchen sink, but the sink you can't run the water for too long as it's clogged. At one point we asked a staff when our checkout time will be, and asked if we could stay longer as in a few hours. The older lady said we're very busy on Saturdays. She didn't understand that we were asking for a later checkout time on our same day. Our checkout was on a Thursday. The booking said specifically a room with a view and a top floor somehow it didn't go through to them. Luckily we called ahead to confirm those things. We went out once, we came back they made the bed. Put in fresh towels but didn't bother emptying the one garbage bin. We left the AC on, on low,during a heat wave. They turned off the AC. The photos uploaded by the motel are very much staged. The place is very much more rundown.I uploaded my own pictures. It's very close to falls though.

Family owned old fashioned great service. This adorable motel reminds me of "The Love Boat" on land. The owners keep the motel meticulously clean and the exterior is well kept even nicely painted building with beautiful flowers to enhance the look of the motel. I'd highly recommend this motel. Close to the canal and lots of exciting things to do just a hop skip and a jump away. The city bus stop is right by the motel so if you don't drive the bus is very convenient. Please come by and see it for yourself I love this place.

You gotta know if you book a room here....it just is what it is. Spent one night, it was fine.

Perfect room and convenience service was good as well, The only reason why I did not put 5 stars is because when I came in the room, The a/c was turned off it was suffocating. It took all night for the a/c to regulate the temperature. I give 4/5 stars as a way to show that there is room for improvement. I still recommend 100%

Staff was very friendly and helpful, you can tell they really care about the guest experience. I was happy to see that the proprietors/owners actually also live on the property and have that kind of motivation to maintain it well and make sure that everything is safe and quiet.

I usually say this, but if I could give zero stars, I would me and my boyfriend came to stay for a few days. The owner was very nice over the phone but once we got there, we were discriminated for looking young and being young, which we are only 23 years old the first thing he said to us was no drinking, no partying and no doing drugs and we don’t even do drugs. We may drink a little, but we are adults. The second we sat down on the bed there seem to have been bugs on it. I rolled down the blanket, and there was a flying ant tucked in very nicely. We were kicked out on the third day for some reason absolutely no explanation. The rooms were dirty the floor needed to be mopped. We were also told we couldn’t use the kitchen. Meanwhile, we told him that we lived out of motels and hotels. We are young yes but we are a very respectful couple. every day he woke us up at nine or 10 to ask for payment even though check out is at 11. We had absolutely no privacy. I definitely do not recommend going there. There’s only two motels in that town and I’m sure the other one is just as bad. The only reason why some people have good reviews is because he’s very rude and discriminates against young people. He picks and chooses who he likes and it’s very disrespectful. Why would there be a kitchen if we can’t use it. He said we had too many bags and obviously people stay there for long periods of time or else there wouldn’t be kitchens or kitchen appliances.

I had a room booked and at the last minute they had cancelled my reservation it had left my friends stuck and scrambling to find a room last minute if you know Niagara falls in the summer it is almost impossible to get a room. I would not recommend this place.

OMG OMG OMG! 5 stars is not enough. Motels are known for being cheaper then hotels by cost and standard but this motel is way better then a hotel in all the ways possible! The room to walk into was so beautifully designed and so clean! The bed is super comfortable and they have zip covers for their mattresses and box springs so no bugs!! This is the first place (including pricey hotels) that there's no residue build up in the bathrooms (I love my hot relaxing baths while getting away and I have never seen a place so well maintained) You can tell it is not a quick wipe but a consistent thorough clean. It is also so close to so many attractions and a resturant right across the street. Definitely a gem this motel!! I recommend this place 100x over!!! Make sure to book inadvance though as they sell out fast lol and it's no surprise why.

This is an amazing location across from the river. The rooms are big and clean with a small kitchenet, the service is very good, the owner is very polite and helpful. This is an excellent motel, we go there almost every weekend, we love it

Absolutely lovely stay! The owner was amazing and compromising, super helpful as was the staff. Originally planned to stay one night, quickly changed into a 3 night stay as we were given a better price every night! Place is super clean, beds are comfortable, shower works and fridge is a fridge. The microwave may be older than me but that's no problem. Overall a great place to stay on a budget!

Hidden gem ! Clean and affordable ! Had family stay here I came to say hello and enjoyed watching a movie ! Cheap , clean and casual ! Good for the pocket books and laid back area , good for walk around water and good food close by and good land not far

It's really an excellent option for the price. It's clean (although outdated) but who cares because it's clean! It has the same amenities you'd find anywhere else, plus a cute little kitchenette, and the owner(?) was very sweet even though we ended up needing to check in late into the evening.

Wow it was amazing experience staff/manager was so friendly, room was so clean and quite,everything was perfect no complain worth staying would recommend to my family & friends For the price you really can't beat it. My room was clean, spacious, and cheap.The beds were comfortable, and the room (including the bathroom) was spotless. It definitely exceeded my expectations, and the owner was very kind

Excellent prices. Cleanliness was ok. The place is old and the furnitures should be replaced (the rooms are ugly) The owner was kind and always available. It's 40 minutes from downtown with Wego (20 minutes walk to the Wego station). Great spot to swin in the river just beside.

The place was comfortable yet very affordable. Not too far from the falls for the price. The owners are friendly and hospitable. We will definitely come back.

I can't recommend this motel enough. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and it's located only a 10 minute drive from the falls. Chippawa is also a great area to explore with some wonderful bakeries to enjoy and a great view of the river. The rooms were very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchenette has dishes for your use and the staff even filled the ice cube trays in the freezer. Everything you could need for a great price.

This place is simply perfect. Our room felt like a home away from home, it has everything we need and it's not overpriced! My boyfriend and I were just here for New Year's Eve and now we're going back for Valentine's Day; it will be the first time we've stayed at the same place twice.. that's just how perfect this motel is. Looking forward to going back!

This was one of the worst experiences in my life. The weekend was planned to allow my Granddaughters Boyfriend propose to her by the Falls. What should have been one of the most important days in her life was a disaster. After lots of investigation it appears that the Motel went thru Expedia and cancelled our reservation so they could rebook the room at a substantially increased price. Long Sept weekend and all accommodations were booked so ended up eating and returning home with a 5 hour drive ahead of us. BEWARE of this establishment.

Nice enough place for a night's stay ...interior is a bit out dated but doable. Reasonable rates but parking is an added cost

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. The Motel is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking. The food was good. I, especially, enjoyed the view
