The rooms are ok, bed is nice and big, but don't come here on the weekend, Ppl yelling and screaming and loud bass from the club across the street until 2am! Also the bathroom has the tiniest sink, no fan and weird water supply to the shower But decent area to walk into the "tourist trap" of town without paying exorbitant fees for parking...

This motel surpassed my expectations. When booking, the lady let me know that it could be noisy at night, luckily we didn’t hear a thing as it was a quiet night at the night club across the street. The room was clean, staff were so friendly, and no extra fees or charges. (Parking was included). We choose this motel because the hotel we usually stay at was so expensive due to the long weekend, but honestly I think that Cadillac will be our new regular place for us since it was such a great place and close to so many things. I will be recommending it to friends and family. Thanks again Cadillac Motel for a great experience!

Stayed here for my birthday weekend with my partner. Motel is very cute and clean. The decor is fun and we enjoyed the modern chic feel. Free parking is a huge plus and the location is great for people wanting to walk to Clifton Hill. The only confusing thing was the single soap dispenser in the shower. I didn’t know if it held shampoo, soap, etc. The owner told me it’s a two in one product (body soap and shampoo), so if you’re not into that bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There is also no lotion, so if you need it to live like I do and you have dry skin, bring your own. I gave this motel 5 stars because everything that is within the motel’s control was excellent. However, there is a night club across the road and it’s loud on Friday/Saturday, with music pumping and drunks getting into fights outside. We mentioned it to Lisa the owner as we were checking out and we could tell she’s not impressed with the club either considering she lives on site at the motel. I’m going to send a message to the city, it’s unacceptable that the entire area is zoned as entertainment and the club shouldn’t be in that location. If you’re a night owl and you’re out on the town until 2:30am, you’ll love crashing here. If you have a difficult time sleeping with any sort of noise and want to go to bed early, it’s probably not the spot for you. I would stay again but plan my trip accordingly and come during the week. EDITED TO ADD: We stayed here a second time, I was scheduled for surgery in Niagara Falls and the owner was kind enough to host us on short notice the night before so we didn’t have to drive in for 6am. Once again, extremely clean and friendly service. Really appreciated her kindness, thank you so much Lisa! ❤️❤️

The motel itself is really nice and clean, but the reason to come here is absolutely because of the customer service! The couple that owns it is super nice and helpful, they definitely made a huge difference in our stay being no stress. If we ever come through Niagara Falls again, we definitely plan on staying here again.

We booked six rooms for a friend's weekend to the Falls. Walking distance to the casino, dinner, and concert hall. Clean rooms, good beds, clean bathrooms. Fun vibe. Great value with a fun experience.

The only positive thing I can say is the bed was clean and comfy. The water pressure was wonky at best. The hot water lasted about 5 mins so if more than one person in the room you have to space out your showers. The sink is the smallest sink I have ever seen. There is a pot shop across the street that had a line up most days. The noise and commotion around this motel is non stop. It doesn't help that there is a nightclub right across the street. You feel the bass of the music literally pounding in your head until 2 am. Then you have the pleasure of listening to screaming people who don't want the partying to end. I find it very suspect that they make you pay for your full stay at check in. This is our first and last experience at this motel. Spend the extra money and book a Hotel!

This is the best kept secret in Niagara Falls....my wife and I stayed here a couple of months ago. The owners are amazing!! Very nice and extremely accommodating...the location is insane!! You are literally a short walk to Clifton Hill...the rooms are very clean and extremely cool!! Love the Cadillac motif... I would recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Niagara Falls...and the parking is free!!! It doesn't get any better than this!!! Will definitely be back in the future!!!

Great price for being in the heart of the city. Everything is walking distance away. Standard motel room, but the room was clean and we even had our own Adirondack chairs to sit outside and enjoy the Canadians heat.

Very nice little motel close to the heart of Niagara's fun activities - everything is at a walkable distance. Rooms are clean and decent for a one night's stay when you're visiting Niagara falls.

More than we expected. Very friendly owners and staff. Very retro atmosphere and close walking distance to Clifton Hill and the casino. We will definitely be back. Also very clean.

We’ve stayed here a couple of times. Reasonably priced and excellent location. Rooms are all remodelled, clean and comfortable. Love the fact they have parking and staying at a motor inn is nostalgic for me. This is our go-to place to stay in Niagara Falls, even if we are planning day trips to Niagara on the Lake and to the vineyards.

This is a very solid motel for the price and location. Aside from being just a few blocks away from Clifton Hill & Niagara Falls, my favorite part about the motel was the cleanliness. My wife looked through the bedsheets when we first walked into the room and stated that “These are the cleanest sheets I’ve ever seen in a motel.” Even though the motel might look unpleasant from the outside, it’s very good from the inside. I would definitely come back to this motel in my future visits.

The motel is clean and perfect each room has a different Cadillac photo on the wall, the staff is amazing Lisa and Collin are fantastic. The staff makes you feel welcome when you walk in. The motel is on the strip and there is a lil corner store and a club and more right next to it. The motel is also walking distance from everything so no need to drive. Me and the wife will definitely be back.

Very small, but extremely clean room. The beds are more on the jumpy side, but I had a good sleep nevertheless. TV had a channel with Simpson late night, so that was great. Parking spot included, somewhat taken care off. 4 stars due to my room (10) having a massive and very loud AC unit that would wake up me occasionally throughout the night. I’m not sure how’s AC situation in other suites, but hey, now I have a good place to stay at :)

Pros 1. Good Location 2. Free Parking 3. Clean Room and Washroom 4. Free wifi (as usual) 5. Cool Staff - She guided us for nearby restaurants. 6. Low rent Cons 1. Very noisy room heater - cooler (very noisy) may be need service or need to be replaced. 2. Relaxing chair was not in good condition (cover torn from in bad order) (see picture for more details) 3. Noisy area due to night club in-front of motel. (Not big issue. If your room in towards lawn side) 4. No Toiletries (jus hand soap and bath soap was there) 5. The most annoying thing was no drinking water.

Wonderful Motel, just a short walk of about 15 minutes to Niagara Falls. Food is everywhere, parking free even the following day after check out we could leave the car until the evening. The owners are very friendly and helpful!!! All our questions were answered. Directly across the street there is a delicious steakhouse (was open until 0 o'clock) The big hotels lure with cheap room rates and rip you off with the parking! Watch out, that can easily cost 70-80 euros per night!
