This is a very nice budget hotel and review is written considering it is a two star hotel. The hotel is about a ten minute walk from the Nice airport entrance but the entrance is a little hidden behind the Novetel. Front desk workers were very friendly and helpful and most spoke good English. My room was very clean, small, no furniture outside of the bed and a stool. The bathroom is very clean but only includes two large towels and just body wash liquid soap. Lots of construction going on so the place is a little noisy. For an extra 7 euros you can get a good continental breakfast. The tram is a five minute walk and goes to the airport and to old town Nice. I only recommend the hotel for short stays to be near the airport as there is really nothing near the hotel to do.

Located less than 10 minutes walk from terminal 1 Nice Cote D'Azur airport. If you fly in from terminal 2, you can take the free tram to terminal 1 and walk. It's one of the cheapest accommodation in the vicinity. Room is clean. We booked the triple room. It's a budget hotel, so nothing fancy and catered to our travelling needs. I would however not pleased that they didn't make the bunk bed despite it being a booking for 3 pax. So we had to make our own bed which is a hassle after a late night flight. Small tourist tax which is fine. Vending machine available for snacks drinks and microwavable ready meals. Hotel receptionists are helpful and friendly. Hair dryer subject to availability on request with a deposit. Not to shabby but nothing to shout about. A 3 star budget hotel with affordable price tag as advertised.

The hotel is very well situated. Just a 5 minute walk from Terminal 1. Friendly reception and the room is pretty decent. It has an a/c which works perfectly fine, a desk, and a small tv. I didn’t see any hair dryers though. It’s good for the price.

Wonderful choice for Nice. Very close to the airport and public transport. A supermarket and a beach are also walking distance. The room was rather a good size with all the needed amenities (+they can give you boiled water at the reception and you can use a microwave there). Great breakfast! I will come back here or probably to another hotel from the chain

Clean, quiet, basic. Excellent room for 3 people but you won't have any privacy. The rooms feel like a cabin on a boat.

The room was small but clean and adequate for one night. The Nice Saint-Augustin train station and the Nice Côte d'Azur Airport were easy walk of about 10 minutes. Very convinient location for staying close to the airport and also having access to the TER trains to get to other destiations.

A nice Ibis budget hotel in the proximity of the airport. The rooms are typical basic Ibis, but clean and well organized. I had "sea view", meaning you can see it behind the airport runway. Planes take off and there is a busy (during rush hour) street bow, but sound insulation was good and I don't think the planes took off at night at all. Breakfast is basic and the "restaurant" area open only during breakfast. Biggest downside is that the hotel (and specially the entrance) can be hard to find. You'd think you'll only find a garage or two down that small street, but the main entrance to the hotel is located there with minimal sineage. But once you find it, you'll be OK.

Feel pretty lucky as I got the end room which I assume is disability compatible so was super spacious. It does what it says on the tin to coin a good English phrase, it's basic but comfy. Only down side is it wasn't easy to find or access, some local guys walked me to the door and I was not the only one having such problems

1 | Sufficient hotel for trips to Monaco and Nice. 2 | Advantage is the proximity to the airport, you can walk to it in 15 minutes. Alternatively, you can take the tram from the airport for €1.50 to the Grand Arénas stop. From there it is a 5 minute walk. 3 | The hotel is a good starting point for trips to Monaco, just take the L2 tram to the Le Port stop and there change to the #100 bus. The price for one trip to Monaco is 2× €1,50. 4 | Rooms at the hotel are small and the bathroom even smaller. However, this corresponds to the name of the hotel. There is no refrigerator in the room. 5 | The breakfast is quite poor, the choice could be better. Available are toast, butter, cheese, jam, croissants, cereals, milk, apple and orange juice and coffee. 6 | The hotel is poorly signposted from the outside, and is not easily visible from a distance compared to nearby hotels. 7 | There is a Casino convenience store about 20 minutes walk from the hotel where you can buy food. There is a Carrefour 5 minutes closer, but it closes early. There are vending machines for biscuits and drinks right in the hotel.

Unfortunately I had to use this hotel twice now. It is walking distance from the airport, so there is that. This time my room did not smell like cigarettes, so I count that as a win. If you're thinking about having breakfast here, think twice. It's overpriced, limited choice, and does not taste like much. Also, if you're not french or don't speak any french, prepare yourself for second-class citizen treatment. Anyway, if you fancy waking up to your neighbors going at it like rabbits, this is the place. Knock yourself out.

I needed a place to stay before joining a group at another location. The room was very clean. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was very good. I would stay there again. The proximity to the airport is good but I should have done my research and taken the tram the first time instead of walking. Tram 2, get off at Grand Arenas or Parc Phoenix.

The rooms are quite nice and clean for a budget hotel, equipped with many commodities such as free WiFi, air conditioning, and cable TV, but the matress is hard as a rock and the windows let a LOT of sound in. All night I can hear the buzzing from the airport. The service at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and spoke English. Breakfast ends at 10:00, which I thought was too early since check-out is at 12:00. I slept in and missed it :/

Biggest advantage is it's proximity to the airport. Rooms were clean, beds comfy and super clean linen

Reasonably priced hotel for a short stay - mine was last minute due to BA delays. Certainly no frills, but the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot with good pressure. Can’t ask for much else!

Small rooms but very clean. Close to the airport (10 min. walking from terminal 1) and very close to tram lines (5 min. walking). There are bistrots, coffee shops, pizzerias, tobacco etc 60 meters from the hotel but are not visibles because there are between high buildings, so must use public stairs which looks like going to other hotels but going to a big square with shops around. If you rent a car the hotel co operate with a parking opposite and cost 10 € per day (24 hours) Beside the tram station there is gas station. Breakfast enough good. If you like to stay near the airport is very good

The stay was good as usual but in the end we had a problem that was not solved. One of my colleagues forgot her coat in the room after check-out. We contacted the Hotel the same day by phone but the coat was not found. We're certain that the coat was left in the room as we made the check-out but left all the bags with the clerk in order to go and get lunch and nothing was left out of the baga (no coat). It is very unfortunate that whomever cleaned the room did not turn in the coat that was left in the room. It makes us suspicious of leaving anything in the hotel room during cleaning even during our stay. This unfortunate event decreased immensely our trust in the brand.

Perfect location and good prices if you need somewhere to stay before catching your flight from Nice airport. Don’t expect luxury but the rooms are equipped with all the basic amenities. Personally I can’t complain.

Decent enough hotel for a few hours rest between flights about a 15-20 minute walk from the airport. Odd smell in reception area. Check-in was quick and easy. Rooms could be cleaner. Bunk bed didn’t have the bedding on so had to do that ourselves at with the bedding provided at 3am with very tired children in tow. Very strong smell of cigarettes in the corridors and in the room. Probably wouldn’t stay here again as there are other hotels very nearby.

Airport is across the street, you can literally walk to it. The street car comes infrequently though (every 15/30?) so if you have an early flight in terminals 2 or 3 plan accordingly. I personally had trouble finding the entrance just from the angle that I saw the sign but you’ll get there. It’s less than a 5 minute walk from the streetcar station where they all stop as well as the train to Monaco/Cannes and the station to go into town. The rooms itself were very clean and modern. Bathroom was fantastic. Great price, great location.

The value is fantastic as one can walked to Terminal 1 and get complimentary tram to Terminal 2 (Easyjet). It was raining the morning we left (4.30a) and we gotten a Uber (EUR 12). Bathroom a bit small but expected for budget type hotel albeit shower pressure was very good. Also, mattress on bed have slight small squarish indent but did not affect my sleep as I was tired. Absolutely value for money .

Cheap and easy to find. Clean and staff is super friendly. Elevators are fast. Rooms are budget but comfortable. The only gripe I had with the place is with the key cards. The elevator requires some "technique" to make it work and the door lock refused to work most of the time. Otherwise a good place to stay when on a budget.

Bad experience. As soon as we opened the door to our room there was the strongest gush of cigarettes and humid air. Bed sheets looked like they hadn’t been washed with pieces of tobacco on them. Walls had mould and was stained with nasty brown and yellow dirt. Bird droppings covered the windows. We spent the night feeling disgusted. Overall, I would not recommend.

The hotel is really only for short stay and for this aim it is very good. 5 min from the airport and tram station. The room is very small but clean and quiet. Breakfast is modest but it is enough. The stuff is very friendly.

Not worth it even for the price if you’re staying more than night, it’s all in the name to be honest, didn’t sleep well due to so much noise from outside, also some random lady kept walking into our room twice so lock your doors. The guy at front desk was nice and funny. But honestly better to pay a bit more so you can get a good night sleep.

The rooms are fine and clean. A little small tho. The breakfast is horrible and no lobby and no restaurant.

Needed a bed before early flight. I consider it expensive for what you get but nice bed. Double glazing might be a worthwhile investment as it was pretty noisy from about 5ish.

Close to the airport and that is the only benefit. Rooms could be cleaner (tains on the walls, floor). The worst was the constant renovation going on at the level above, if you want to have some rest during the day, forget about it.

The hotel is close to the airport (about 15 minutes' walk from Terminal 2) and the tram stop, about 5 minutes from which you can easily reach the center of Nice. The room was clean, modestly equipped, the bathroom was also clean and nice, just very small. We had breakfast included in the price - a varied selection, we liked the food.

Easy check in with friendly English speaking front of house. Good sized room and beds with ice cold air conditioning. Great food and bar with excellent staff. Check out the size of this monster pepper grinder!

Ibis budget is what it is, cheap, clean and a hot shower. Big warning here, at the moment there is no receptionist in the night, so if you haven’t prepaid your room they send you away.... at 2am with 2 small kids... luckily the guard (Sam) realised he was following the protocol, but not doing the right thing and gave us a room key without check in. Shame on you Accor for not having a process in place, and give Sam a check in training he could be your best future receptionist.
