You get much comfort for an affordable price. The beds are modern and very comfy, opposed to many other back breaking experiences I had with other hotel beds before. Quite clean rooms (though dust cleaning could be a bit better), working shower, mid-sized petit déjeuner which is more than okay considering the small price. Hotel reachable by foot from the airport within 10 minutes. (The tram line 2 which stops at Parc Phoenix was interrupted due to road construction works). Quiet room though one can hear the departing airplanes occasionally. Personnel ist well organised and speaks good English. To sum it up: you can't do anything wrong if you stay here for a few nights.

Great and comfortable hotel. I was leaving very early in the morning, so I decided to leave my luggage in the storage room and everything went smoothly. The girl at the reception was polite. The room was a little hot after I left the ac for about 40 minutes, so I turned it off and opened a window. I came in November so it was OK, however they would need to check it since the street was a little loud. The breakfast had couple of sweets, ham & cheese, and cornflakes. Overall, I had a great time and I was very happy about the bath in the bathroom.

The hotel is very close to the airport. The staff people are really good and sweet. The rooms are a little small and congested. The breakfast spread is the same every day. It gets boring when you are staying for more than 2-3 days

The room and bed were really nice. It's great that we could open a window and get some fresh air. This is a rear where you can open a window in the hotel. We really were surprised that the hotel had a great variety of tea and it was free. It was super beneficial for us after a rainy and cold day. Additionally, the hotel is pet friendly and we were not extra charged for our dog.

Ibis style is quite near to airport. So after arrival it took me 15mnts to Walk to the Hotel. I highly recommend the hotel, because is very close to Nice Saint Augustine railway station.were you can get direct train to Monaco 🇲🇨. The view from window was azming. Breakfast was azming and so tasty 😋.I stayed during the month of November.

If you read the reviews, I was surprised that they also had other guests also notice that the management blames the guests if there is an issue with the staff. I wish we read the reviews before our stay. We were blamed because they turned off the AC in the rooms to save money (the rooms were cooking hot) and it was apparently our fault we were hot... The staff are quite dangerous. They will engage in shouting matches with you in the lobby if you complain about anything from a hot room and to their limited breakfast options (this was the only hotel on the stay that did not have gluten-free or vegan options and we stayed at 6 Ibis hotels). We are in the process of charging back our stay to the hotel through our credit card because the manager refuses to answer any emails complaining about our stay. We found our stay and interactions with their staff quite dangerous for both our health and our safety in France. Furthermore, their COVID safety and customer service is quite dangerous to other guests. They asked us to remove our masks twice when talking with them. We actually video taped the staff and their behaviour because we were concerned they may call the police on us.

Nice hotel in walking distance from airport. The buffet breakfast was fantastic with a good selection of foods. Easy access to central Nice too.

Infested with bed bugs, the pillows and the entire bed. Don't come to this hotel, You can't imagine how the carpets were like! The hotel management is not taking the health measures dictated by the government to ensure the health and safety of guests.

Well located from the airport as we had a late flight. Room was very clean and a really comfortable bed with extra pillows provided, and a big shower. The breakfast was nice with plenty to choose from. The staff were really great and extremely helpful and welcoming. A great start to our trip. Thank you.

This hotel is located near the airport and contains good options of nearby public transport, which leads you straight into the city centre of Nice for about 15-20 min. The hotel has a cool atmosphere with a pool. Breakfast is short of variety , but definently a big plus with the orange juice machine. The cleaning service at this hotel is also very efficient.

Small room, but very nice and friendly

Very clean good value hotel in very convenient location. It is a short ride from Nice airport on the T2 tram. Nearest stop is Parc Phoenix, four minutes walk away. T2 takes you directly to city centre, shopping and much more. Several bus routes (e.g. 200 to Cannes, 500 to Grass) stop at Parc Phoenix. Good buffet breakfast. Swimming pool. Helpful staff.

This place is very worth while, with a pool and breakfast. The staff are top notch, speak good English and help me with returning to the room, after check out to look for my lost earrings.

For one night near the airport it's the perfect place, swimming pool, tram stop just around the corner and staff really nice !

A modern hotel just minutes from the airport. Friendly bilingual staff, large well appointed rooms with fridge, microwave, shower, bath, TV, etc. Large, comfortable bed with good pillows. The only minor comment is that there is no electric plug in the bathroom if you need one. The breakfast was great. A large variety of foods and excellent croissants. Could not ask for more.

This hotel is great. Let's start with breakfast , fresh squeezed orange juice right from the machine. Best toaster I've ever seen. Everything you would like at breakfast, starts already at 6. Location next to tram that will take you quickly to center of Nice or airport. Close to train station. At the beginning of the promenad, but it takes over an hour to walk but it is really nice. Hotel got free airport shuttle that leaves frequently. Great room, slept very good on the bed. Wifi is perfect. Only thing that I miss is a fridge in the room. For being Nice you get a lot for money here.
