If
you
read
the
reviews,
I
was
surprised
that
they
also
had
other
guests
also
notice
that
the
management
blames
the
guests
if
there
is
an
issue
with
the
staff.
I
wish
we
read
the
reviews
before
our
stay.
We
were
blamed
because
they
turned
off
the
AC
in
the
rooms
to
save
money
(the
rooms
were
cooking
hot)
and
it
was
apparently
our
fault
we
were
hot...
The
staff
are
quite
dangerous.
They
will
engage
in
shouting
matches
with
you
in
the
lobby
if
you
complain
about
anything
from
a
hot
room
and
to
their
limited
breakfast
options
(this
was
the
only
hotel
on
the
stay
that
did
not
have
gluten-free
or
vegan
options
and
we
stayed
at
6
Ibis
hotels).
We
are
in
the
process
of
charging
back
our
stay
to
the
hotel
through
our
credit
card
because
the
manager
refuses
to
answer
any
emails
complaining
about
our
stay.
We
found
our
stay
and
interactions
with
their
staff
quite
dangerous
for
both
our
health
and
our
safety
in
France.
Furthermore,
their
COVID
safety
and
customer
service
is
quite
dangerous
to
other
guests.
They
asked
us
to
remove
our
masks
twice
when
talking
with
them.
We
actually
video
taped
the
staff
and
their
behaviour
because
we
were
concerned
they
may
call
the
police
on
us.
