We stayed here for a week. The young girl at the reception who checked us in was extremely warm and welcoming. Her service was appreciated. We didn't stay here very long and most of our time was spent outdoors. The first night however, I was bit on both ankles by something. Now that I am home it still itches. Room was not super clean and it wasn't dirty either. It was passable. There were strange stains on the walls and a light out in the bathroom. Once again, as we were mostly outdoors, we didn't bring it up. We had a banal view of the rails and trains coming in and out at all hours. Breakfast outdoors is always a better deal so we didn't have it at the hotel. Hotel was close to everything.

Con job. Absolutely nothing like their photos. There wasn’t any pictures hanging from the walls as their site would suggest but there was blood and any other type of body fluid, and not just the walls. Absolutely filthy kip of a place and I should know as I spent 12 evenings there. If you want the homeless hostel chic experience then I couldn’t recommend the place enough. On the other hand if you want the basics like a clean room with the sheets, towels and toilet paper changed more than twice over 2 weeks then avoid. Absolutely disgusting. Merde

Stayed here for 2 nights. Its just outside the touristic area. It was the cheapest but still expensive though. The room was very small with very small bed for 2 persons. The shower was horrible, there were everywhere water after taking a shower. They dont clean the rooms and check-in was also horrible if you arrive with the car. I dont recommend this hotel.

If you're on a budget and content with simplicity, then this is your pad while visiting Nice. I stayed for 5 nights as a tourist and didn't place my expectations too high, so I was satisfied and spending little money fit my needs rather than staying at a fancy or luxurious hotel. Mind you: this is not a hotel so housekeeping (cleaning, change of sheets and towels) is done only once a week (or not at all if you stay for less). There was everything I needed in this small room: a comfy bed, a desk with chair and small TV (French channels only), a small wardrobe, shower with toilet and sink, small cooking facility (crockery, microwave, sink, stove), a small table. The cutlery was rather shabby and primitive though, and the bathroom smelly. The first three floors were under refurbishment so there is hope for improvement. I must say the staff is very friendly and helpful, always cheerful. I wanted a kettle as well as a a lid for the pot (it seems it was missing) and I was given both immediately upon request. What I liked most is that the Appart'City is located literally around the block of a main bus station hub, and just a minute walk from the metro station Vauban. Nice is not very large so you can cover most of it by foot. It took me a pleasant 25 min. stroll to the port and beach, and likewise to the town centre. I still found it expensive considering that I chose one of the cheaper options around this area... but that's France for you, and a tourist destination at the beginning of June, no less! Would I recommend the Appart'City Nice Acropolis? It depends on your expectations. Read and decide for yourself.

If I could give no stars, I would. Stains everywhere, a smell of damp that you would not believe, have been bitten by God knows what and it's just filthy. Would rather have slept on the streets if it wasn't raining.

The rooms were big enough and comfortable but the carpet was all torn and the bathroom was a mess ( the tiles were broken and the door was alla scratched). The worst thing though was the smell... As soon as you entered the room you could smell the terrible odor. Warning! There is a payable parking space but your car has to be lower then 1.90m or it won't fit. It's probably ok to sleep one night but not for more. I'm sad to say that I probably won't come back.

Great location. Close to downtown by tramway and right on the tramway line. Friendly staff. Popular place so you meet people from all over.

Dont expect much from this place. From a distance it looks fine but the furniture is falling apart and the AC barely works. Worst of all the fridge (even when empty) produced this horrible smell which made the stay unpleasant. The parking garage looks badly kept but serves its purpose. The location is nice though.

Average hotel - helpful staff. A 20 minute walk to Nice town centre. Tram stop outside the hotel that will take you to Nice town centre. Average hotel. Staff very helpful in getting us taxis for the Euro 2016 match we were attending.

Good: Location is excellent!! right next to tram stop, close to a big bus station and 15 mins walk to train station Riquier. Close to two big super markets, one of them is open untill 23:00!! Great view if your room is facing the mountain. Few things were not in order. Like - there was no spoon to cook, the pots were too large for normal use. No basic food items like salt/pepper. Air conditioning did not work in my apartment. but the staff at the reception was really nice and helpful.

Very bad hygiene! They don't clean the apartments every 3 days or bring clean towels! When the refrigerator is opened, it stinks so much that it is impossible to stay in the apartment! I do not recommend!

This was a last minute booking ahead of the Rugby World Cup game on 16th September. Beds were surprisingly comfy, it was a decent shower and pretty clean. All looks a bit unloved and needing some tlc, but was suffice for our needs. We both slept remarkably well.

One star for the food. Not the best and cleanest hotel. I was there for two weeks. It's bearable only for two three days. The housemaids took my towel and i talked to the reception about it many times but I never got it back, I hope they're using it so it doesn't go to waste :) . Not the best location, it's kinda scary, but it's close to the tram and to McDonald's. It's all meh.

Room size is decent, location is OK we can take a train to downtown easily, but i explain my experience about this cheap hotel 1- There is big issue with air conditioning, i changed twice the rooms but none of them has air conditioning, they gave us fan but it was super noisy 2- At mid night someone opened our room and entered because the staff thought our room was empty and gave room to another one, and when i went down to complain and came back my key didn’t work and had to go back again, I never experienced this before that somebody opened the room when it is already occupied 3- They don’t clean the room during your stay, so no clean sheet no new towel nothing 4- There was no Shampoo in the bath fortunately I had mine 5- The shower is leaking outside the washroom so you have to use the towel to cover the area Don’t waste your money in this hotel, by far was the worst hotel i was in my life, not recommended

The Hotel is very nice and has parking. It's not that close to the city center but the tram is very close. The hotel staff are very attentive. Our room was very clean and had a small kitchen and minibar.
