👍👍 Had dinner here on a Saturday, the servers are the nicest people. They were flexible in changing reservation timings. We got three courses for 45€. With additional two on the house. Would definitely recommend, the quality of food was amazing and taste was out of the world. People often mention amazing, Nice, wine,

Highly recommend dining here. Easily one of the best restaurants in Nice! The food is amazing and the service is outstanding. We stayed until closing and had the pleasure of having a drink with the chef. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and they really make you feel at home. The food is delicious as well! You won’t be disappointed

We had a delicious lunch here, we had eaten in the market place in the old town and was disappointed in the meals there. The le Mesclun is halfway between the airport and the castle. The No 2 tram stops right outside really worth it. The staff are really friendly and down to earth. A gem

Chef Ludovic Goux prepared a fabulous lunch for us. Warm duck salad, monk fish, mushroom risotto and fresh strawberries with cream plus a glass of wine, $66 Euros

They were absolutely wonderful, the food was fantastic and the waiter was amazing, even though we didn't speak French he explained the menu and taught us a few things about visiting 😊

We wanted a special restaurant to celebrate our first night in Nice and this one hit all the marks - and then some! From the wonderful amuse bouche of creamy mushroom soup through the menu offerings to the wine list everything was excellent! The chef and waitstaff were lovely and as we will be starting a new part time life in Nice, we will definitely be making this a regular spot-kudos!

We walked in and although the server was accommodating, he didn't even mention this was a Michelin restaurant after I asked to tell us more about the place (found out the next day). We knew it was expensive but wanted to try. We got an excellent, complimentary serving of soup that set high expectations for dinner. My husband ordered the duck, which was great, but my steak was a huge disappointment. I could hardly cut through the thick, medium grilled steak, even when they brought a sharper knife. It had too many fibers and I've never had a steak that was so tough to chew even though it was still pink. No apologies from the chef or server, and they didn't even take the charge off for a steak that was not edible. Michelin or not, this is not acceptable in my foodie books.

We found this gem through Google maps and what a find. Fine dining at its best at a very good price. From the warm welcome when we arrived, the excellent service and the delicious food and wine this was a meal to remember. We enjoyed it so much we have booked to return at the end of our stay in Nice. If you want a truly gastronomic experience look no further than here. It is also Wheelchair accessible.

I eat here every time I visit Nice - once every two years or so - and it never disappoints. It's French cuisine - refined without being over fussy. The setting is modest and pleasant but belies the quality of the food. My pâté de fois gras was delicious in itself and yet highlighted by the fruit coulis and toasted brioche that accompanied it. The large helping of veal sweetbread that followed was cooked just right. My cheese course was generous and good. As for my wife: she loved her artichoke starter and her squid main course (once she'd asked for lemon, that relieved its acidity) and her chocolate mouelleux (with clementine sorbet) was the best she's ever had. The wine list is interesting and varied and the house champagne excellent. Yes, it's a little pricey (what isn't these days?) but I highly recommend it.
