Thank you to Dr. Allen and all the nurses and staff. You all were such a blessing and went over and beyond to take great care of me when I had surgery. I highly recommend Women’s Lakeside hospital. Dr. Allen cares about her patients and really cares about you.

I absolutely love the Lakeside Doctors Women’s Health team. They are very thorough, kind, and never make you feel rushed through a visit. Dr. B Gibson is not only brilliant and talented, but she is so funny, yet also straight to the point. I also had an appointment with her NP, Liz Bennett, for my first prenatal visit and she was very calm, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. If you’re looking for a great women’s health experience, from easy scheduling, quick procedures, and smooth check in, to nursing skill, and physician competence, you should absolutely see Dr. Gibson and her team!

I can’t say or thank the nurses and Dr. Driver enough! I had the best experience! My nurses and the peds nurses were so attentive, caring, and respectful. Dr. Driver and my nurse Cassidy cheered and coached me on as I brought my baby into the world. The team of medical professionals that came in to help ran like a well oiled machine. I would absolutely recommend any expecting mama to choose Lakeside.

5 stars in all areas! We had the best experience as first time parents with our little boy. Dr. Seres and Dr. Pinard were both amazing and so helpful. Marisa and Whitney were incredible and so so helpful in push coaching, making us comfortable, and keeping us up and all the things! All of our nursery staff- Megan, Meredith, Kari, Morgan, Jessi (may have missed one or two) were so awesome as well. Hannah gave our baby a bath and explained a lot to us. I wish I could remember all of our other nurses by name but we are beyond thankful for such an awesome experience. Dr. Grey our anesthesiologist was also really great! Dr. Awan helped check on our son and explained everything really well as we were getting ready to leave. I could go on forever!

I had my first baby at Lakeside and I’m so glad I did! The staff is beyond caring and compassionate. I felt so comfortable and they walked me through each step. I love how nice the hospital rooms were and the food was absolutely delicious! From the receptionist, housekeeping, dietary, nurses and doctors…I cannot say enough about how great everyone was at all times.

From the moment we walked in the door, all of our needs were met. I went in to be induced and my baby didn't respond well to the contractions. Dr.Seres and all the staff were very responsive and took appropriate actions to ensure his and my safety. Even with the concerning news that a c-section was necessary, we always felt like we were in good hands. The labor and delivery nurses, mom/baby nurses, surgical team, and all the way to house keeping were good to anticipate any needs we had even before we asked. The nursing staff did a great job educating us on what to expect when we went home as well. I can't imagine having my baby anywhere else!

Overall we had a wonderful experience at Lakeside. The entire staff was friendly, informative, and made us very comfortable. Dr. Driver was amazing throughout my entire pregnancy. Informative without being pushy and always answered my questions in a way I could understand and make my own informed decision. The nursing staff at the hospital went above my expectations and made my family and I very comfortable during our stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better birthing experience!

I love the privacy and seclusion here. This type of environment is a very nice alternative for labor and delivery patients. The rooms are very large and I believe my family was well taken care of while here.

Lakeside was recommended to me by a friend, so while I have 3 kids, only my third baby was born here. I was very happy with the care I received at Lakeside. Dr. West and his nurse Erica are great listeners, very caring, friendly and professional. I felt that they truly cared about me. He was very thorough in explaining risks, answering any questions or concerns I had, etc. Labor went very smoothly, and I was amazed at how organized everyone was! The whole L&D team are superstars!! I felt very cared for, and while I’m done having babies (also a great experience), I would choose Lakeside again!

I had such a good birth experience at Lakeside. Every single staff member that was at delivery + later assigned to our room (Emily, Jordan, etc.) made me feel extremely comfortable, answered all my questions, and were just all and all so helpful. I felt very well looked after as did my newborn. I felt very supported by everybody there.

I absolutely loved the care and attention we got from Lakeside. It was my first delivery here and if we plan on having another baby, Lakeside Women’s will most definitely be my first choice. My husband was also amazed at the care we all received while we were there. Thank you so much.

Dr. Parker was available for me throughout my first pregnancy to talk through any questions or concerns I had. She was understanding of my desire to give birth as naturally as possible and supported me when I decided to go with the Fresh test, instead of the standard glucose drink. I appreciated her calm, down to earth manner, and always felt like I could bring up questions if I had any. The facilities at Lakeside are great! With my appointments and also my delivery and stay, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean, comfortable, and accommodating everything was. I felt like the nurses were experienced and helpful, especially Megan! My only complaint is the sometimes abrupt, get things done manner of the staff — from a few of the receptionists to the attending doctor who was present at my delivery. I wouldn’t say people were rude, just focused on doing their job and not offering a lot of extra patience or friendliness sometimes. I never felt like they were too pushy though! Overall I would recommend Lakeside and Dr. Parker! If you want an unmedicated birth, it’s very possible here, as long as you do your own research and are willing to advocate for your preferences!

We had an amazing experience at Lakeside. My wife had to be induced because of complications discovered during her pregnancy, and the care team was with us every step of the way monitoring her and our daughter. The scheduling and directions for when to come in and where to go was very easy. When the nurses saw something on the monitor they liked, they explained it. When they saw something on the monitor they didn’t like, the nurses explained it. We felt like they truly wanted a perfect outcome for the delivery of our daughter and that they were doing everything they could to make sure that happened. Interventions were quick. Communication was thorough. When the monitor showed concerning decelerations, a team of nurses came in (no less than 4) to get the tracing online and check on Little Miss, and after the delivery, when my wife became faint, a host of nurses came in the assess her and make sure she was taken care of. We truly felt that all 3 of us were a priority to the nurses and the doctors. Thank you Lakeside.

Could not have asked for a better experience. From labor + delivery nurse, to nursery nurse, to lactation consultants and many more everyone was so kind, helpful and made my fiancé and I feel comfortable and taken care of. Could not have asked for a better place to bring our son into the world! 12/10 recommend!!

Check in was the most complicated part (and it was because of me lol). Everyone was friendly efficient and kind. Clean environment with great and ease protocols. My prep for surgery was wonderful and everyone was patient with me and helped me through my fears. Overall very pleased with my experience and would recommend this hospital to everyone I know, family and friends. Thank you all for making today a little bit better.

Just had our first baby at Lakeside! The entire staff was so great and took such good care of our whole family! From the doctor and nurses to the lactation consultant, everyone was so kind and truly went the extra mile to take care of us and answer each and every question we had! Cannot recommend this facility and Doctor Parker enough!!

I had the best experience with this hospital throughout my entire pregnancy, they were super helpful and super understanding especially going into my third trimester not knowing what I was doing or really what to expect from being pregnant. Everyone is super understanding I had an amazing birth team from the anesthesiologist all the way to the nursery when they were taking care of my son, if you were ever nervous about having a pregnancy, also going through the process and this is your first child or even you are an experience mom I highly recommend going here because they will treat you with the most amazing care. I have absolutely no complaints about my experience here and if I were to ever get pregnant again I would come back!

I had my daughter at this hospital and I cannot say enough wonderful things about it. Dr. Parker was amazing and made me feel like I was her only patient. She replied to all my messages very quickly, even when I sent them on weekends or evenings. My birth experience was fantastic. The nurses were all so friendly. Dr. Parker even came in during a snow storm when she wasn’t the doctor on call to deliver my daughter. Greatest doctor ever!!
