Our guide Cherin quickly and competently instructed us - a father and son team who were inexperienced in Segways - on the unfamiliar "riding device" and then took us to many of the city's well-known and lesser-known sights. After a Potsdam tour last year, we now went on a Berlin city tour with a small group. Martin showed us many exciting places and even as a Berliner I was still able to discover and experience new things. The Segways were in good condition and there were no technical problems. During the tour, Martin took lots of photos and videos of the group and sent them to us on his smartphone at the end. A great memory. So we all had a lot of fun and I am happy to recommend Seg2Go.

We recommend!! We had a lot of fun on the Segway tour. Despite the initial uncertainty on the Segway, you get used to it pretty quickly. We were shown the city in great detail and with many interesting details. On the first day there was a thunderstorm during the tour, which wasn't a problem at all. The tour operator arranged an alternative date with us the next day. We were able to finish the tour in wonderful sunshine!!

Had a great time, learned a lot, never been on a Segway before and it was fun and easy. Wish we did this earlier in our trip so we had more time to go back to some of the places we learned about on foot.

In the best weather with our very friendly and competent guide Christian, we explored almost every hot spot in Berlin in about two and a half hours. With interesting background information and exciting stories about Berlin. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting this city for the first time! Our guide Cherin was super informed and engaging. He is very knowledgeable about history, politics, art, etc. The Segways were great and it was great fun to explore the city with them. We saw and learned an incredible amount within a short period of time. Simply world class!!!

Sunday is a quiet day in Berlin, so a Segway tour is the perfect way to discover Berlin and learn a little history along the way. Our tour guide, Cherin, is extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. I felt extremely unsafe during the five minutes I was on the tour and was nearly hit by a car trying to undertake me and fell off where I badly injured my side and knee. To make matters worst,I hadn't even seen any sites and was told the tour had to continue and left to make my own way back. Please don't go on this tour as there is a lack of safety, you are only give 5 minutes to practice on this and then taken on the main roads and the tour guide way ahead of you. I was refused my money back even though I hadn't even see anything and badly hurt.

Very helpful when I made a mistake and booked a trip for a day I couldn 't make it. Refunded the whole sum I had paid in advance quickly without any questions. :)
