This place is FILTHY. I don't usually shop at Target, it's overpriced. But they carry a swaddle brand my neice loves. But it's hard to support a business like this. Perhaps pay your employees a better wage and you can have enough people to clean your store? Shirts were all over the place, shoes were hapazardly thrown about, food was left in aisle ways and it was just overall dirty. Fix your business, Target.

No service when you need something. Maybe if Target spent a little money on hiring employees for the cash registers and sales floor instead of security to follow people around (in an overbearing manner) then the checkout lines wouldn't be so long and people could get help looking for the maternity section if that's what you want to call it. Disappointed with you Target. I usually have good experiences.

Slowest checkout ever! And there’s nobody to direct people so its messy free for all, returns can be the same way, plan to stand in a line for a solid 10 minutes at this store.

Okay I used to have a good review for here, but this store has gone downhill in the past couple months. If you can spare the extra 15 minutes, go to Fairview Park instead. This morning I waited for about 20 minutes in the Nintendo Switch game section so I could grab the new Kirby game for my sister. This isn't the first time this has happened, either. Another time I went in looking for Verity by Colleen Hoover, which it said they had online. I talked to a nice young gentleman who probably spent 10 minutes searching through boxes in the back, only to not be able to find it. How? Did they fire all the electronics & books people or something? Speaking of which, there's a lot of people I liked seeing that aren't there anymore. Especially that nice older lady in toys, or the Hispanic gentleman who worked in clothing. The whole store is way messier now than it was even right before Christmas! How is that even possible? Did they fire everyone? This is ridiculous. I don't know what happened here, but management needs to get their store's act together.

You NEVER put food stuffs in the same bag as chemicals such as a gallon of bleach or house hold cleaner. The store was a mess. Prices were outrageous. Definitely not coming back to this store. Train your cashiers appropriately.

My experience was HORRIBLE. I politely asked a man to show me where the frozen chicken was and he mumbled something under his breath that sounded like “of course, black people.” I was very frustrated. Before I could report him he took his name tag off and put it in his pocket. Not to mention he said that in front of my niece who is only 4 years old. Do not shop here.

I went in to do the cat & Jack exchange for the gift card and they told me no without a receipt who keeps receipts or had receipts from gifts?! I went to target in a different area and they allowed me to do it without a receipt! If one store does it they all should !

I use to shop at this store a lot seems like it has gone down hill after Christmas everything is a mess very unorganized . The employees seem very stressed i over heard a conversation between two girls in the clothes about how bad things have gotten there over the past few months . While I was looking for clothes for my son I hope things get better And they don’t have to be upset where they work I understand retail can be hard . I asked the one girl for help looking for a shirt in my sons size she was very helpful.

The staff was swift & courteous. Through online pick up, I was able to order limited stock items in time for the holiday without worry. Good job, Target! Merry Christmas.

My favorite Target on the west side! Always well staffed, stocked, and clean. Parking is easy...lot is laid out in an agreeable way. Plenty of checkout lines open. Clothing areas are way more organized and stocked with sizes. Cashiers are pleasant (probably because they aren't run ragged).

This is an ok Target at best. There are nicer Targets nearby. I only frequent this location because it is closest to where I live. They seem to have less merchandise than other locations I have visited and always seem to have bare shelves. I recommend the Target in the Westgate shopping center.

Target is wonderful! They always have something that you want and don’t need. 😙 I love it.

Managers who handle drive up training need to do more of it. I get so annoyed when I give them my number and they ask where I want it. It specifically says it below the numbers. No I don't want 50 bags handed to me through the window or in the back seat when it says trunk. Also shoppers be very aware of bad produce at this location. Purchased two onions both were so slimy and purchased cuties (small oranges) and my house ended up with a ton of fruit flies because of moldy oranges in the bag. All produce ended up in the garbage and they could careless.

this is the only target that is as outdated as it is. all the other ones are newly remodeled with an Ulta and/or bigger produce section. employees seem like they all hate their jobs and seem so unhappy. inventory is always low and majority of the times i have done curb side, orders take 10 minutes + to come out.

My experience has been very positive here.not once have I come to see this target store with the shopping items out of place. friendly place to shop at.

Targets pick up service and product quality is hands above walmart, none of my frozen foods were defrosted or freezer burnt!

Store is always clean and is easy to find what we need. And usually buy more than we were going there to get.

The customer service at the Target Store in North Olmsted, Ohio is fantastic! I called ahead to confirm that a Lodge Dutch Oven (070019299) was in stock. An employee named James checked for me and told me that he would have two color and size selections at the Guest Service desk for me. I drove to the Target in North Olmsted, Ohio and the items were waiting for me. I did purchase one. Also, I met James who was very professional and helpful. In my opinion, James would be an excellent manager because of his customer service attitude.

The last few times I’ve been to this store the checkout employees refuse to bag my items when I bring my own bags. Is this a new policy? And then they give me major attitude the entire time and are super rude. I’ve worked at target before (fulfillment) and I can’t imagine the manager of this store would be ok with this?

Yesterday I needed some essentials and I placed an online order for pickup but it wasn’t ready so I canceled and went in. By the time I got in line it was across the store. The employees were so quick and polite it felt like no time. They handled the traffic wonderfully.

Absolutely bad customer Service I placed a order online my son had ran out of diapers. I came a hour after order and they wouldn’t bring it out knowing what I just said. I told them I would come inside and get it and they said they would have to cancel order if I did it . Like really it was only 3-4 items

I like that this Target typically has a more diverse selection then some of the other locations. Also, that it still includes a concession area. The kids like to grab a snack or Icee after shopping.

Fabulous Service! I needed an all-in-one printer and Target was the last place I thought of. I went to 2 Best Buy stores and then went to Office Max. No store had the printer I desired. I reluctantly went on your site and that is when the MAGIC began. Not only did you have the item in stock, but the ease of placing the order and then the pickup options was truly amazing. The store greeter was very helpful and the young girls in customer pickup were very friendly and helpful. Target rules in my book! Keep up the great work.

Not happy at all with the north olmsted location. I made one of those online pick up orders where I order online , drive up to the marked locations and someone brings out the bags and puts them in trunk. I only ordered 3 items. A wireless charging car mount , cascade dishwasher soap and Dawn dish soap. It took me 30 min to drive to that location ( only reason I made this order at this target is because it was the closest one that had my wireless charging car mount in stock ). I usually go to Avon location. There was a lot of construction going on in that area so my drive home was longer then 30 min. I get all the way home and discover the Dawn dish soap wasn’t in bag. I called the Target at North Olmsted and she just said sorry but I could come back in . I told her I can’t bc the drive is to long for the 1.00 dish soap and I usually go to Avon so I asked if I could get refunded but in order to get refunded I have to drive all the way back to that location to show my receipt in the target app. I don’t have time for that ! I asked her if maybe I could go to Avon for refund or get another bottle and she said they should be able to fix it ( but she wasn’t sure “. Highly disappointed that the bags aren’t checked better BEFORE placing the items in the trunk. The CS lady said it prob fell out of bag. Not saying it couldn’t but there needs to be a better system put into place that makes sure ALL items are in bags that are placed in trunk BEFORE putting them in your trunk ! Now I just lost a dollar bc the hassle of having to drive to Avon Target ( and taking risk of them possibly not being able to fix the issue ) or driving back to North Olmsted location with all that construction and hassle just isn’t worth it. Disappointed that they can’t just refund my 1.00! I was here again 09/25/21 and I went in self check out line. I was there before these two guys and two ladies but I had to keep scooting over for people to walk through bc it was so crowded. Wjen two scanners opens at same time I start walking and I hear employee say “ excuse me miss they were here first “ and they weren’t. I was in line first so I ignored the employee. If you are going to start yelling at customers about who was in line first you should first pay attention . This is the worse target I ever been to. Go to Avon location or even west 117th in Cleveland for much better experience ! Won’t be going to this location ever again

The young woman who handled my order was SO gracious and efficient. Unbelievable to find that kind if customer service in this day and age.

They never have the door closed to the woman's restroom. Absolutely no privacy and you can hear everything going on outside. It's truly a humiliation. They should only have this door open when cleaning.

i had a problem and the store manager reached out personally and took in her hand to fix it right away . she goes above and beyond for her customers and i respect that 100% !!! 💝 GREAT manager and person ! i have only 4 stars since target as a store been fully stocked not fully staffed (which i understand due to corona , happening everywhere)

I enjoyed my visit. I plan to shop here more often. The store was very clean, and the isle was clear. Easy to move a cart around. Great prices. No wait time at checkout.
