    Great experience. Both our salesperson the 1st day we went to look for a sectional and the design person, Summer, who came to the house and helped with fabric, pattern and color were wonderful. They made the purchasing a fun experience. Can't wait to get our sectional and chair! Great quality furniture and never felt pressured.

    La-Z-Boy of North Olmsted is a wonderful choice when you are looking for that perfect piece of furniture. Summer was our salesperson and she was not only professional, but friendly! She went out of her way to find us a recliner that worked in our space, but that could be delivered soon. From purchase to delivery took only six days! We will purchase from her and La-Z-Boy in the future, along with recommending them to our friends and family!

    The showroom was beautiful, very clean, nicely decorated and had friendly, not pushy salespeople. We went in just for a look and some ideas but walked out with a new piece of furniture. Pam was great, helpful and on standby when we had questions.

    We were delighted with our visit to La-Z-Boy. The selection of couches, loveseats, tables, and accessories, in addition to the expected lounge chairs, was huge and high quality. The service we received was excellent, with assistance when we needed it, and being left alone when just looking around. We selected a couch and two chairs and the in-house designer and our salesperson helped choose patterns for them, showing us how the would look on a large screen, detailed down to matching the color of our walls and size of the room to show exactly how they would look. We highly recommend a visit to this store, and hope you are as pleasantly surprised as we were.

    I took advantage of the free design service and was not disappointed! Summer (designer) was through, great listener, no pressure to buy and a honest individual. She listened to my ideas and helped me make the best decision (not the most expensive) for my room. Highly recommend!!!

    Very informative and efficient. There was no pressure and no bad talk about the clunker I bought at the competitor. We were in and out in 15 minutes with the chair I should have bought to start with. Companies probably would have liked me to stay in the store longer but I’m a happy customer. I don’t like pressure and bs. Thank you God job

    We love the free design services you offer when you buy. They have been a life saver for us because we cannot put things together and get confused. Summer from North Olmsted was very kind, patient, took time with us and was positive. She designed an amazing space. When I have called the people who answer are very nice, as well.

    Best furniture experience ever. Thanks to Justin for setting us up with designer Summer! No guessing if things will be the right size or if everything will work together. Summer came out to the house with a few sample materials Justin gave her that we liked. Measured out the rooms, took into consideration our two dogs and asked us several questions to get a very good idea of who we are and the lifestyle we enjoy. From there Summer took notes and showed us a few styles of furniture she thought matched our taste. Met back at the store 2 weeks later and Summer presented us a full color design of furniture and styles based on our likes that she put together. Loved it! We fine tuned everything like fabrics and lamps. Order placed and she is coming back out for placement when all comes in. Cost for her? Nothing! Lazy Boy offers this for all customers so that everyone can really enjoy their furniture and the quality for years to come. Summer and Justin are at the North Olmsted store- can’t say enough about her and this shopping experience! Big Thank You!!

    We tried out A LOT of different recliners, none of the compared to the one we bought from LaZBoy. Abbygale from the North Olmsted location was awesome, always there right when we needed her but never pushy or overbearing. Honestly a great purchase experience. It was more money than we’d hoped to spend, but figure it worth it since it’s perfect for both of us, plus the warranties, and the customer service… all really good.

    Whatever you do, don't finance anything with LaZBoy. They use Synchrony Bank worst customer service ever. They erroneously charge your "interest free" account with fees when you nail them on it oops sorry we will reimburse you next month but you'll have to pay full payment for month sorry we can't change it. The tacked on interest for our mistakes we will not credit back either. I called the store to find out what can be done. The store says tough luck you're on your own. Once they seal the deal and are paid by the bank they have "nothing to do with it". Charge your purchase on a credit card or pay cash!!!!!!! Or go elsewhere...and the furniture not cracked up to be all that anyway. Buyer Beware.

    I am very happy with my experience with La-Z-Boy in North Olmsted. I went looking for a recliner and was finished with the process in 1 ½ hours. The salesperson was very helpful, not pushy. She listened carefully to what I said, which I especially appreciate in this situation. When I mentioned a budget, she worked very hard to keep me from going beyond it. Thank you, Taylor!

    We ordered our couch in February 2021. Because of Covid we didn’t receive it until September 2021. Our sectional couch with reclining ends arrived broken on one end. We notified La Z Boy right away. Because of the delay in service it is January 2022 and we are still waiting for it to be fixed. The repair date is February 15th. Although we understand delays with Covid the service side turn around is poor. Needless to say it’s been one year since ordering and we have yet to be sitting on a satisfactory piece of furniture.

    Very disappointed in the buying process. I purchased my item (50% downpayment) on July 3, 2021. I was assured by the salesperson, Pam, that delivery times were within 5 months, and when I mentioned that I needed it before Christmas, she said they were usually quite a bit quicker. Knowing I only had 3 days to cancel my order Pam said she would give me a call the next day to confirm my delivery date. She left a voicemail stating it would be November 5. Therefore I would not have to cancel my order. At the end of the October, I still hadn't received any info on delivery, so I called the store and spoke with Alex(?) and I asked about my delivery. He said it wasn't going to be delivered until Jan 3 ("Which is well within our stipulated delivery time"). Obviously this is not what I was originally told, so I asked to speak with Pam, who wasn't in that day. Alex told me he would pass the message on to her, and that she would call me back the next day. That was last month. In the interim, I have filed a dispute with my credit card company, as I would have canceled the order within the 3-day period if I had not had the confirmation from Pam that it would be delivered prior to Thanksgiving. Christmas is coming, and I still don't have a recliner, nor do I have any return phone calls from La-Z-Boy.

    We have been looking for 2 recliners for our island house. I wanted Lazyboy because of my and my family’s past experiences with their products. It was a difficult exercise at best but Alex in the North Olmsted store was most helpful and was able to get us a great sale price and arrange for a smooth delivery for us.

    Customer service at north olmsted location was great. Very easy. Only negativity I got and not there fault is that its b.s. I have to pay 129 to have delivered. Much rather just go pick up a chair. Would of saved me money

    My recliner was delivered a few weeks ago. I've had to have it repaired already. There were 8 loose screws and bolts. So much for Lazyboy quality. I got an email asking me to review and rate my purchase. They refused to print it. Buyer Beware.

    We were looking for chairs/recliners. We went to La-Z-Boy in North Olmsted. The sales person was professional, answered all our questions, and even referenced previous transactions to clarify questions. The finance person was knowledgeable, informative, professional, and completed the transaction in a timely manner. We recommend La-Z-Boy . we had a wonderful experience.

    This was our first visit to La-Z-Boy in North Olmsted and it was a great experience. Destiny was extremely knowledgeable and provided a ton of great recommendations. They have a design studio where you can customize the furniture and you can take material samples home to ensure they coordinate with your decor. Great warranty and you can tell it’s great quality. It’s also made in the U.S. It’s a little more expensive than what you would pay at other furniture stores, but I’m getting a reclining chair and dual reclining couch and I believe you get what you pay for. Due to all of the delays with getting furniture these days the turn around time is longer than I hoped 4-6 mo., but I expected that. Overall I’m extremely happy and had a wonderful experience.

    I was pretty focused on what I needed/wanted. Summer took me to my choices. When I settled on what I need she told me it would be probably the end of October before I receive it. I hope I get it by the time I need it otherwise I’m sunk. So far it’s been a good experience. I’ll know for sure when it actually gets delivered

    I wanted to upgrade a recliner from a manual, push-on-arms Charlotte model to a power recliner. No, I didn't want a lift chair. Our sales person was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I am a picky person who takes a long time picking the perfect pumpkin, so you can imagine what shopping for a piece of furniture is like. She took me around the store to try a variety of power recliners. One was too short, several had built-in pillows for the head. Those did not fit...too large. Like Goldilocks, I was able to find one the Riley, which was just right. Then it was time to find the upholstery. That was more difficult. I have some recommendations. 1-The color choices were bland. I was looking for a blue. You need to offer more colors. 2-The computer program needs to be programed to sort through the on-line swatches. Step 1 -- Solid or pattern. Step 2 -- Select primary color. Such as "blue". Then the program would narrow down the swatches accordingly. I ended up choosing a green fabric that I spotted on a chair in the store. I think I will be happy when it arrives.
