Very rude. They sell chicken in unlabelled plates with no information where the chicken originated from. No idea what company or farm they came from and the employees refuse to disclose this information and will not answer whether it is zabiha halal or not. For all we know they can be buying chicken from Walmart and claiming it is halal. As a consumer it is my right to know what I am eating and where it came from.

Prices are reasonable, but the OWNER ( the guy) is one mean person. Has no manners how to talk to the ladies. He only talks to his Middle Eastern people, but others are treated with NO RESPECT whatsoever. If it wasn’t for some of the stuff that we buy I wouldn’t put foot in that freaking store. Hope he reads this and improves on his ATTITUDE.They all think that has a lot of clientele, doing business making money, but that is not all , he needs to be polite as to the way he talks to people.

I just moved to the area ,, I started shopping here ,,, the customer service is 0 ,, I asked the butcher nicely to give me 6 pounds of lamb ,, he started acting weird he told us to go the shelf because he got no mood to give us what we asked for and he didn’t even knows what we need and which part of lamb we needs he answered us with a bad attitude,, like he gonna give us something for free ,, I don’t need your service and your meat I prefer to drive to holyland or Mediterranean market in Strongsville than coming back here ,, if you don’t like your job it’s simple don’t do it

One of the best if not the best place to buy meat. The owner there is the most friendly and very professional guy I ever met. The way he talk and the way he treats customers is very professional way. I love going there. He mostly works at the meat shop and I can ask for any type of meat and he will give me what I want and the met is always fresh. I recommend all my friends to go there and help out the small business. And make sure to meet the guy from meat department. I am not sure if he’s the owner but he really do cares about customer. He even helped me once from making a bad decision of buying a car which turns out to be a bad car. He owned that car and he has lots of issues which he told me all about them. As I said. Please do make sure to visit the store and meet the guy. Very professional guy. Very humble and very nice person.

The family that owns this store has to be the sweetest group of people I've ever encountered. I live on the west side of Cleveland the drive out here because of the service I received from these guys each time I'm there. I wish the store was a little bit bigger but it's definitely worth the visit even if it's a little bit further driving time.

Fresh food, huge variety of Middle Eastern Foods, excellent meat prices and fresh baba ganoush, tabouli and hummus! Staff is very friendly and helpful!

Found our Middle Eastern Store! Moved up north for my spouses job. Tried other stores but none were as clean as this one. It also has helpful owners/employees. Many options and name brands. Try their hot sandwiches, chicken or lamb, you wont regret it. Shawarma? Their falafel is fried fresh in front of you. Great little deli inside.

Labneh ( yogurt ) w/ herbs is awesome. Fresh Halal meats. I got some lamb shanks and I made osso bucco w/ them.... phenomenal. Assortment of pitas. Fresh vegetables. Dates. All kinds of delicious food. They even have hot food available as well such as shawarma and wraps. Adam and his family make me feel so welcome when i come and get food. Great selection of everything you need.

I was looking for a health food store in the Olmsted area and this popped up. The staff is friendly and helpful and there is such great variety. Everything I needed and nothing I didn’t need. I’ve replaced my weekly chain grocery store trip with a weekly trip to Olive Tree.

Prices are good and they have really good food.my favorite place.the employees are not that helpful but who cares we are there for the food .I highly recommend this place to get delicious food.

Uh what a cute and lovely store! I visited this store back in 2016; when I was in Cleveland for the first time. The owner Om Adham, Abo Adham and Adham himself were so kind, loving, welcoming and super friendly! They were one of the reasons why I fell in love with Cleveland! Aside of being awesome and good people, the store offers variety of fresh fruits and vegetables! Grains and spices! Dairy products, variety of cheeses, in addition they have butcher who’s able to provide you with any cut you might need! Love shopping in their store! And they have rewards system! So every few visits I get 25$ worth of grocery for free!😁

I love this store. I haven't had a single bad piece of meat, bread, cheese, or anything that they sell fresh. They always have full shelves with very good prices. Something is there for everyone whether you have expensive taste or are on a budget. The chicken and meat is very well priced as well! I live further away than I use to so I don't shop here as often but if I'm in the area I will definitely stop here for a few things! Insha'allah, Allah will make it easy on them in this life and the next! Thank you for doing halal business for the Muslim community!

My card that I never use was compromised just hours after shopping there. They are very rude anyway and I will never shop there again.

I only went in there for hot food and it was meh. The meat was literally hard in shawarma. The staff was very nice and the store seemed cool (but very small and tight). If rating for just the food I would have lost a star but their kindness gives them an extra star. :)

Busy little place !!! I got eggplant(like hummus) and a mixed dessert with baklava in it. Good!!!

I bought cheese and it was moldy! Went to the store to tell them they told me to pick another brand another time instead of telling me sorry we can give u other one ! And one time I bought bulgur it had bugs inside the bag but I didin’t tell them anything ! This time I was very upset of how the manager dealt with the problem and he was very disrespectful to me ! Never going to this place again !

Never had a bad experience. Prices good, falafel is good, aisles cramped. Giant Eagle across the street wants $11 for 10 oz. jar tahini-- here it's $9 for 32 oz. jar!

Amazing place for Middle East foods and supplies. The falafel was amazing! Many goods available from veggies, meats, beans, rice, spices, oils and so much more! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Check it out for shopping or a quick well cooked meal. The staff is friendly and very helpful don't be afraid to ask questions or to try new things.

In town from Columbus and stopped here to grab some groceries because back home there aren’t many Arabic grocery stores around. I will definitely be coming back when I’m in Cleveland again.
