Great staff helped me get started with my first two high end boards. The worker who helped me had clearly been an experienced skater herself which was really helpful. The staff truly wanted to see me prosper in the sport and wished me luck as I left with my two completes. Great selection of decks, trucks, wheels, bearings, grip tape designs, and clothes all for great prices!

It's pretty cool that the mall has a skate shop, I guess. Maybe it's just a gimmick to sell 80$ hoodies. They have a sign on the door with a limit of people allowed to enter, but they just let 'em pile in. Then the employees would "test a skateboard" all the while using customers for balance. (Which is fine, provided there's not a pandemic going on) All and all, I usually feel bad for shopping at a corporate skate shop.

Employee was 20min late to opening the store didn't even apologise. Also didn't offer any assistance after I looked around for about 10 min. He also stalked to what seemed like a manager stating that he didn't know what time it was when he left the house. Also heard from the store next door that this is a common occurrence. Super unprofessional.

Yeah had to give a star but really didn't want to...the employee kept the change I told my 12 yo to keep and then looked at me like what when I went back for it... not helpful and completely unprofessional to customers as well.. never shopping there again!!!

I loved this place they put costumer first made buying a custom skateboard and it was a super easy process and a reasonable price

If prices were a bit more reasonable it would easily be a 5/5

The cashier was extremely rude, as if having a customer was an inconvenience. She seemed more concerned about her two guy friends than actually wanting to help a customer. I took my business elsewhere. I'm not giving money to a company that makes customers feel like it's an inconvenience when asking for help in finding the right size pair of shoes .

Awesome selection of key street and hoonigan car gear and the guys working in the store were super helpful. Definitely check it out.
