I’m such a huge fan of this business! Lara and Clinton (North Olmsted location) went out of their way to help us find exactly what we needed. They were very patient and kind, really listened to our needs, answered all of our questions (even did some research to help provide information that they didn’t know off the top of their heads), and were never pushy. Clinton was super nice and gave us plenty of time to ponder all of the information on our own without making us feel rushed. I even went back for a second purchase; Lara remembered me right away, and provided the same excellent service shown during my initial visit. On top of it all, we were able to take advantage of an awesome sale-great prices for exactly what we needed! Thank you!

Lara greeted us immediately with a smile, was so knowledgeable about each line and product, and gave us the right balance of injecting assistance and stepping away to let us discuss. She was professional, personable, and patient as we took about 2.5 hours to make our final decision. The store offers a great selection without being too overwhelming, and we ended up going with a Tempur-Pedic. We are thrilled with our choice and grateful to Lara for her superb assistance with the process.
