Made
a
online
order
for
a
pair
of
shoes
for
Same
Day
Pickup.

hours
after
I
placed
the
order
I
was
curious
how
long
before
I
could
pickup
my
order
so
i
decided
to
call
the
store
to
ask
if
they
could
give
me
a
route
estimate
on
how
long
it
takes
and
the
girl
I
spoke
with
(1)
was
unprofessional
and
talked
to
me
like
i
was
a
low
life
(2)
very
rude.
She
told
me
that
my
shoes
would
be
ready
when
they
place
a
sticker
on
them
and
scan
them,
so
i
replied
with
I
know
that
I
just
want
an
estimate
if
I
could
and
she
replied
the
same
thing
and
she
hung
up.
I
called
back
and
they
would
not
answer.
So
i
called
corporate
and
talked
to
a
lady
who
says
she
called
the
store
and
talked
to
a
manager
and
the
order
will
be
ready
in
24
hours,
so
i
asked
to
just
cancel
my
order,
i
was
then
told
id
have
to
go
in
store
to
cancel
my
order.
Before
getting
off
the
phone
with
the
representative
I
asked
about
making
a
complaint
on
the
store,
she
told
me
She
would
call
me
back
in
30
mins…never
heard
from
her
again.
I
went
to
the
store
to
cancel
my
order
and
EVERYONE
in
this
store
needs
fired
or
re
trained.
Unprofessionalism
must
just
be
something
taught
my
management
because
theres
a
lot
of
it.
The
store
almost
felt
like
a
hang
out
spot
for
the
workers.
So
i
found
another
pair
of
shoes
on
the
wall
and
proceed
to
the
counter
to
check
out
and
before
going
through
with
the
transaction
I
asked
about
cancelling
my
order
and
the
guy
told
me
he
could
not
cancel
my
order
at
that
time
that
he
would
take
my
info
and
get
it
done
before
he
leaves
for
the
day.
I
declined
that
option.
Im
still
needing
my
order
cancelled
as
I
write
this
and
the
shoes
i
bought
will
definitely
be
the
last
pair
of
shoes
i
buy
from
finishline
or
JD
sports
every
again.
