I called and emailed to confirm whether or not their FAMILY DOCTOR is accepting clients - NOT WALK IN CLINIC. They confirmed and set me up for an intake. When I appeared and requested a family doc, and provided my medication list (including medication for my mental health) they changed their mind and said they only operate as a walk-in clinic. THE GASLIGHTING AND DISCRIMINATION IS REAL HERE. DO NOT go to this clinic if you want to be disrespected and turned away because you might need a bit more help than others. I am planning to file a discrimination complaint against this clinic, attempted to call the manager asking them to call me back to discuss this issue, and they avoided me like the plague, never called me back. I expressed my frustration to the receptionist and what she said is, "The doctors here get to pick and choose who their patients are". Is that not discrimination? If you are taking patients, you cannot decide who is worth taking on and who isn't. It needs to be equitable. I see that others are also having a horrible experience, and it is very clear why their 2.1 rating exists. It should be ZERO STARS.

I've visited this place a few times, and unfortunately, the staff's rudeness is quite evident. It's baffling how they exhibit so much attitude without any apparent reason. Once, I called to inquire about my test results and was informed that they were ready. Based on that, I scheduled an appointment for the same day. However, upon seeing the doctor, I was told that the results hadn't actually arrived. This resulted in a wasted trip and a lot of inconvenience. Regrettably, this is just one of many unpleasant experiences I've had here. If you're seeking a caring doctor, I'd advise looking elsewhere.

Very rude staff. Overbooked appointment. The lady doctor does not know what she is doing at all.

Worst experience ever! First we called a day before when my friend was burning in fever. My friend was a patient of theirs and although she called the next day, the rude receptionist told her she has to come as a walk in and when going there, we had to wait for such a long time. The receptionist keep letting others go in even though they came late but my poor friend was almost passing out in the waiting room! If you care about your health never go to this clinic.

DR Manizeh Hassan Zadeh, is an extremely rude misleading condescending joke of a physician, she is beyond incompetent. This place is very unprofessional and has no regards for people's time or ailments. Stay away unless you enjoy wasting your time . The only accept new patients if they like you and you are one of them.. and I'm not Persian ; so I was not accepted. Racist

Pros: plenty of parking, opens 364 days (except New Year's Day), opens till 8pm (no walk-ins in the area opens past 6pm), Dr Shakib was direct and honest (my test was covered by OHIP, another clinic wanted to charge me $50 claiming it wasn't under OHIP) Cons: the wait. 5 people in front of me with 2 doctors on shift, waiting time was 1 hour. You can make a booking on Whatsapp but you still have to wait an hour.

Wednesday morning I call them to make appointment first I was 15 minutes waiting from 9: to 9:15 on line waiting then I choose to ask them call me since they had option . someone called me after half hour and Disconnect the line with first ring!!!! then I call them again I was 45 minutes waiting then no answer again , I choose one more time I ask them to call me as option, then again I had call from this clinic and with the first ring again they Disconnected. !!!!!! I don’t recommend them

Dr. Shakib threated me to call police when I insist to visit my father (80years) who was suffering from intense pain even though the office was still open no patient was there but he wanted to leave early to go to party. I wish there were a ZERO star for this doctor and the staff. The worst doctor that I have ever seen. He is extremely rude. He has no work conscience. He need to see a psychologist before visiting patients. .

They are super friendly and caring. I definitely recommend them. Just keep in mind on Monday you can get an appointment and the rest of the week there is no appointment and you just need to walk it here. Consider same as many other walking you need to wait here an hour ish for your turn. Still compares to many more they are very fast.

The most disrespectful and disgusting receptionist that I ever spoke with.. called couple of days and couldn’t get a hold of anyone to make an appointment,finally made an appointment through WhatsApp.. when visited, the receptionist was rude at the first place and asked to sit and wait.. she was busy with herself, playing with her hairs not responding to anyone and if anyone wants to talk to her, she was rude and not responsive.. shame on her and her customer service. I will definitely file an official complaint against them!

I walked in to get a very simple medical form filled out and the receptionist said she would charge me $150 to have it filled out. Definitely made up the price as I just got it filled out by another physician for only $45. Do not waste your time or money here

I think Dr should reconsider her staffing and get ride of the receptionist all together and higher a new team to improve his rating. I have not been able to even to make an app. Tried waiting or even the call back. They call back but they hang up immediately. I think he really is hurting his practice by having so many incompetent staff/receptionist. Very disappointing so far. I'll update my review about the doctor himself if I can ever makke an app.

I was shocked by behaviour and attitude of a girl receptionist at the clinic who introduced himself as Sahar that I’m not sure if she has given the right name. She was so rude and kept me waiting for nearly 3 hours for giving the insurance form to Dr. to fill it up. After waiting long time told me to need to have appointment to see the Dr. for filling out the form. She was not well at all and didn’t know what she was saying. She was so disrespectful and had bad manner. I really don’t understand why the clinic should have such a rude attitude receptionist who doesn’t know how to treat people. The managers of the clinic must see the reviews that patients have posted here and respect the people’s opinion and concerns about the bad behaviour and attitude of this receptionist otherwise it will ruin the clinic’s reputation and functioning.

The doctors here are good but you can’t waste your time when you cannot get a hold to talk to anyone there they don’t even call you back and if you are lucky to book an appointment you have to calculate to sit there waiting for about one hour or more. I had had so much pain in my lower stomach that i went to a hospital emergency, After a week i have came to visit my family doctor who is Dr Shakib and he was fully booked so they told me to come and see another doctor in clinic Dr Hassanzadeh, she told me i need a kidney ultrasound and she will fax my requisition to the radiology clinic i’ve done X ray before but she didn’t fax it. Nnow, I’ve been trying to reach them to fax my requisition again so I can book an appointment but no one is answering or calling me back for a week now, I can’t drive or walk because of the pain and I don’t know what else can I do, I might want to just switch to another family doctor in somewhere else

I visited this Clinic for three health issues, and DR Manizheh Hassan Zadeh, saw me. I explained two of my problem for the third one she said one problem is for each person; you already explained two for the 3rd one, and you have to come back later. She was so rude and had an Insulting attitude. I think she is in the wrong place. It’s better to work in other businesses, not the health system.

I’ve been going here for a long time, and I get more disappointed every time. the staff are not professional and not organized. I confirmed an appointment with them and when I called them the week after, they said there has been no appointment under my name.

I was in this office with my awful situation today(First of April) .I got anemia due to a delay in referring to specialists. I went there today and I could not walk even with an infection in my eyes. They never responded to my call. unfortunately today, the doctor told me we can not see you and rejected me despite I was dying.

Although sometimes it’s tough to set early appointments, the only reason that my husband and I visit this clinic is Dr Shakib. he is very professional, patient and respectful.

Respect all negative reviews. I have been going here for nearly 4 years for regular appointments and always receive great care. Doctor Alireza is a fantastic medical professional who always makes me feel at ease and thoroughly explains all my options and any procedures. Writing good review also for front desk, who always being positive and friendly attitude.

No respectful and they are not even answering the phone call.I’m so sick today and called many times to get appointment with my “family doctor “ which is their responsibility to be available for me and answering my call I don’t what those lady’s behind the table do there and they didn’t answer my call and I’ll change my family doctor asap and don’t go here they are not good you can find a so many better family doctor in Toronto.

Terrible waiting times and the worst doctor I have ever seen!

I don’t recommend this clinic to anyone. This clinic is a scam. You are not allowed to discuss two issues with your doctor and you have to make separate appointment for each so they can charge you twice! Last week I called and booked an appointment, today I went there to discuss two subjects with her and she told me I have to come back another time for the second one and she will onky visit me for one subject even though the first one onky took 10 seconds! They have sign all over the clinic that even if you have appointment the waiting time can be from 1 to 3 hours and then they will only visit you for one subject! They don’t respect people’s time and they see patients as cash generator! I am very disappointed!

Very poor and substandard customer service. The staff are quite unfriendly and showing attitude towards customers. Very late test results. If you are looking for a family physician, I recommend you to go somewhere else.

I got nothing new to add other than say the same as everyone is saying! You call and they never pick up, you can stay on hold for as long as 40 min!! SO.. you request a call back and they do calll back BUT you have to make sure to pick up your phone within 2 seconds cause that’s how long they’ll try, so it’s more like a flash ring not a real call!

Their walk-in wait times are insane.

The Doctor Manijeh Hasanzadeh in this clinic is an expert physician with expertise knowledge and she is so kind to patients. I appreciate her work and honor has she as my family doctor.

I get a phone call to come for a checkin as I haven’t been in 3 years. I arrive at my appointment time. After an hour I follow up asking if it’s nearly my turn after multiple people with later appointment times than me got called in and I’m told there 1 person in front of me… cmon now

If you wish to schedule an appointment, they won't take your call. If you call them and choose the callback option, they call and hang up after one ring so you don't get a chance to pick it up. What's the point of having a doctor you can't reach?

I should have trusted the Google reviews. After scheduling a meet and greet with Dr. Ravani and told her I was pregnant, she said she didn’t accept pregnant patients. I don’t know why that would affect anything as I have an OB. Her reasoning was that “she doesn’t handle pregnant people and I don’t need a family doctor when I’m pregnant.” Will be reporting to CPSO.

This clinic is a SCAM! They onboard you as family doctors and there is NO way of contacting them. They don't answer calls, they don't call back, they don't respond emails.

Dr.Shakib is so good. He diagnoses accurately and well. I come from Waterloo every time just to see the doctor.

Terrible service. Visited the clinic for a severe stomachache and after waiting for 2 hours to be checked by the doctor, and while I was very ill and hadn't slept or eaten due to nausea and pain and while I was in need of the tablet that was prescribed, at the pharmacy I realized that the prescription was issued for another patient (needless to say that prescriptions contain patient's personal contact information and address). I tried calling their phone number, emailed them, called their other phone number and WhatsApp number, and no one picked up. Terrible!

Dr.Manizheh Hassanzadeh is a life saver for our family! As my daughter started going daycare,she was sick every month.Whenever she got sick,we were at this clinic and Dr’s tips were relief for our family.I highly recommend this clinic to each and every family who is in trouble with sick kids!

This walk in clinic is very awesome. The doctors are very kind and professional. Although sometimes waiting time could be long, I can make booking with what's app.

I went to this clinic for my flu shot. Overall, it was a good experience. There was a lady there her name was Paria. She Was very knowledgeable, professional and patient. She treats all the visitors well. When I came to the clinic for the second time, even though she was not in her working hours, she greeted me so kindly, which is very valuable for me, this level of respect to patients is not unnoticeable. So make sure if you need anything go directly to paria, she will definitely give you the good experience.

Impossible to get ahold of them. When press 1 for them to call back, it takes hours to get a call back and they hang up right when I answer my phone. Constantly! My doctor is rude and I can't understand a word of her English. I'm changing my family doctor. This is ridiculous.

Unfortunately, Dr. Aslahi is very angry and does not treat the patient well, and she sent the wrong note to my specialist doctor. But Dr. Shakib and Dr. Baghaei are very skilled and well-behaved with the patient.

Unfortunately, Dr. Aslahi is impatient and angery, and ignores the sick and hurried and does not have a proper tone of speech. Dr. Baqaei and Shakib are very patient and respectful.

Receptionist hung up on me. I’ve had bad experiences over the years with this office but this is jt. I was just released from the hospital and was advised that I need to see my family doctor (Dr Shakib) ASAP to go to a specialist. I called for over an hour with no answer (and they have no voicemail). Once I finally got through, the horrible receptionist (working on Friday, Jan 7) insisted that I can’t make an appt with an actual time, and rather insisted I come in as a walk-in TO MY FAMILY DOCTOR. When I told her that’s ridiculous and I want an appointment with my family doctor, she HUNG UP ON ME. What kind of practice is this? Based on the other reviews, this is a serious problem.

The receptionist can be occasionally indifferent, but overall, they're quite nice. On the other hand, Dr. Shakib is an exceptionally professional and caring family physician who has been taking care of us for six years since we migrated here. He consistently addresses our health concerns and prescribes appropriate medications. Dr. Shakib creates an open environment where I can discuss mental health problems without judgment. He prioritizes treating underlying health issues first, ensuring a comprehensive approach to care.

For the first time i went to this clinic and in a seconds that i met Dr Shakib, after just saying hi, he told me that i can have only 1 question and he will spend only 5 minutes with me as he gets paid only 25$ from the government with my health insurance and i need to understand that i have to book an appointment again and go for my second health problem or question !!! So i changed my family doctor!!!
