I don’t understand where the good reviews are coming from. The staff overbooks and don’t respect the order of the actual booking. I had an appointment for 5, and ended up being called for the examination at around 7:30. The staff was calling people who arrived late first, and did not respect my original appointment time. The staff is also rude and unprofessional through the phone when trying to book and when asking about personal inquiries. Overall I wouldn’t suggest coming to this location as you might be misguided by their ratings.

Great place to go for your medical. Very easy to book an appointment online. Great service from the doctors and nurses. Another good this is, everything is located in the same building. The lady in the X-ray room is extremely professional and very proud of her job. Keep up the good job👍🏿 in serving mankind.

Very convenient location with supportive staff and excellent doctor support. All tests are located in the same building, so one does not need to travel to any other location. Tests take roughly an hour or so from arrival to completion. The staff at the front desk outlined the process clearly. The doctor was very gentle and kind and explained everything before the tests to make sure we were comfortable with the procedures. I really appreciate the fact that she also made herself available for clarifications that were required some days later, notwithstanding the fact that she was at a different location at the time. Appreciate the care. Toilets are clean and entry controlled with clear instructions on entry code. There's a parking lot just adjacent to the building at $7 per hour. There's road works going on around the area which causes some buildup of traffic. Do take an appointment and give some buffer to the travel time suggested by any maps app, just to be sure you get there in time. Appointments are convenient to get. Their website is smooth and easy on booking appointments and also very clear on charges. You can't go wrong.

The experience was good and also at times very frustrating. They gave no indication of what was happening and we were alone in a room for 100 minutes with no contact with the staff. If they would have told us that it would be like that, after filling in the forms, it would have been much better for us. Once underway the staff was great and doing it all in one building was great. A big improvement would be to put the forms on the website so they could be filled out in advance or even emailing them after confirmation of the appointment is done.

I have to say this is the best Medical Exam place I've been. Really nice and friendly staffs. Everything is fast and convenient. The apartment is clean and warm. Just little bit hard to got in the building because the construction. That area is always traffic 😒. But the service here is worth it for me taking 1,5 hours travel from downtown to go up there 👍

I did the check at the North York location, but I don’t know why it was the Scarborough manager, Genya, who contacted me for the follow-up check. I am really disappointed with this. Wasted a lot of my time! And obviously, he's not professional. Their staff training is so poor. Very unprofessional and caused me to waste a lot of time while he was reluctant to take and admit mistakes. I emailed to Genya, and CC to their official email address. To complain what he did to me. However, he even didn’t try to explain, he just skipped it and didn't reply. Really disappointed with his handling! I hope the company should take employee training seriously! Stop letting such unprofessional and irresponsible supervisors approach clients.

Worst IME office ever. I would give 0 star if they have it. Appointment at 3pm and arrive on time. Gotta wait about more than 2 hours to complete the exam. I was surprised because it was very easy to book an appointment at anytime. But not worth it because no point to book an appointment like that. Wasting so much time.

This location is in Jane and Finch intersection, building facing to Finch road and clinic is in third floor. Easy to get an appointment. Very helpful front staff with knowledge. Doctor also very kind and helpful, explain everything nicely. All the services are under one roof. X-Ray services are in basement. Parking available.

Easy booking, loved that they confirmed my attendance in advance, and also reminded me about my appointment one hour before. Stuff and doctor were pleasant and helpful. Came 10 min before my appointment and everything is great, except the waaaaaaaait…I ended up sitting in the waiting area for 1hr 45 min and total spent there over 2hrs including X-ray. Honestly, if I knew that, I would rather choose different place to do it faster.

you get an appointment that has 10 minutes time slot. I arrived to the place at the time I booked, which was 5pm. I had to do blood test and X-ray. I waited for 2(!) hours to get the blood test and then was waiting for the X-ray as well. It took me more than 2 hours to get the things done..... 10 minutes time slots(!) 6 people booked their appointment for the period 5pm - 6pm, however, were staying there for 2-3 hours. it's so insane!

I had an appointment for family of 5 people, and spent there about 2.5 hours. Online booking was fast and easy. I want to admit great service from the staff and doctor. Everything located in one building, we had x-ray on the basement, what is really comfortable.

Great service, for a busy clinic like this I think the waiting time is reasonable. Staffs are very patient and kind. Dr. Chakrabarty was very stright forward and efficient, great experience overall. Thank you all! Parking ticket can be validate at the X-ray clinic IF x-ray is needed for your application, no need to waste your time in free parking like I did.

I want to share my experience of passing the medical examination. Everything was easy and simple, from the moment of registration, ending with the delivery of all necessary tests, and it took an hour. Easy registration, friendly staff, willingness to help in all matters of interest. All the necessary tests can be taken in one building.

The visit to the doctor took place quickly, but before that I sat in the waiting room while entering my details into the computer. Signed up at 11, came at 10:45 filled in 3 pages of information about myself and only at 11:55 I got to the doctor's office. The office is clean, the doctor is very friendly, quickly and efficiently took all the tests, explained everything.

This is a terrible clinic. Please go somewhere else. I booked my appointment a week ago and I arrived on time for my appointment. The front desk gave me the forms to fill and let me wait for an hour without calling me or explaining anything. There were a lot other people being squeezed together with me in a very small area and waiting for more than an hour. You can hardly imagine that people were struggling to find a seat while there were random people walked by without masks. I tried to ask for an explanation but was simply told that this was just a regular appointment-overbooked day and they couldn't do anything but let us wait till being called. So I walked away without hearing any apology from anyone.

Highly recommended, the staffs and the doctors are very accommodating, they are well organized and observe good hygiene, above all they are available on weekends. Yesterday I went for my medical and I finished in just a short period of time. Everything went smoothly.

*Service is pretty decent, professionalism on point. **I was disappointed -Waiting time is lengthy it took me 3 hours to finish up my medical exam, It took me 2 hours to reach at the destination because of the traffic from downtown and 1.5 hours to reach home. Altogether, Duration 6.5 hours. I could have got an appointment at other location. *There were 2 families ahead of me total 8 patient. Suggestion - I would appreciate if there are 2 separate doctors for the individual patient and family patient.

Very nice and friendly staff and doctor, no wait time. I booked the same-day appointment for my mother, and they surprisingly have lots of spots available. Everything run smoothly in one building and less than 1 h to finish the whole exam. Good experiences.

The staff is awesome. Very patient, polite and kind. The process to book an appointment is very easy and fast. The only reason I give 4 stars is because the schedule was behind. Otherwise, once it's your turn, they are great! Definitely recommend it, just go with no rush.

Getting an appointment was easy. Service was fast, less waiting time that day. The person who assisted me was good. Parking is free if we are getting XRay done. I had a very pleasant experience at Panel Physician North York. I was able to book an appointment through their website and there were lots of appointment slots available. The fact that they are open on weekends was also a bonus point. I was in and out within 1 hour and all the staff including the doctor were friendly and polite. The staff were very diligent in terms of checking the name spelling and checked everything thoroughly. All in all, definitely recommend.

I’m writing this while waiting for my parents to be examined. We arrived on time at 1pm waited for 1,5 hours. After I approached counter with question how long do we need to wait? Was advised that the normal procedure is taking up to 1,5 hours for everything together. When I clarified how long do we need to wait after 1,5 hours, I did not received clear answer. Shortly after maybe 10-15 minutes my parents were called eventually. The blood taking procedure took literally about 10 minutes for them both. In total 2 hours(1h50min waiting time). Than we went for x-ray. The whole process is very disorganized, we were called 5-6 times to clarify some information on parent’s profiles. I mean each time they thought that they about to go through the examinations, instead they were asked to check if their names are written correctly…. Really disappointing. If you about to book an appointment at this place, just be prepared that you may spend 1,5 hours after your appointment time. It is useless to book an appointment with them. Now we registered for an x-ray let’s fingers crossed 🤞 that it will not take that much time as blood test. They just called for the x-ray. To summarize 2 hours 15 minutes in total. 1 hour 45 minutes waiting time, 10 minutes blood test, 5 min walk to x-ray and 15 minutes x-ray( registration and test included). That was our experience here today May 9, 2023.

My experience at this location was superb! The staffs were friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and most importantly, once your appointment is booked and you arrive, there is not a lengthy waiting period; they are straight to the point. Also, the ambiance is very warm and welcoming. Great experience!

Very fast and smooth process. The lady at the reception was very helpful and guided us through every process accurately. The resident doctor was very sweet and explained everything in detail before doing anything. Overall, great experience!

Super efficient, all done in an hour.The urine test, blood test, paperwork were done in the clinic ($190 cash/debit) while the xray ($40 cash/debit/credit) is at the basement. Both closes at 9pm. Everyone was friendly and patient in explaining the procedure. Parking is gated, but it is free once you finish your xray and they'll validate it.

It was a great experience I can say. The nurses and doctor were friendly and very accommodating. I finished with my medical examination fast too. I highly recommend booking an appointment with them.

This place is so organized and the everyone including the reception and the Doctor are so nice. They have attention to the details and they are quick. All the tests are done in one building and you don’t have to go anywhere else for your tests.

Professional service, very well process oriented. Waiting time is little longer than 60 minutes, but it is worth it to get Immigration medical examination done by a panel physician. Best thing is blood work, medical examination and XRay are done in same building.

very long service. I arrived on time at 6:20, but it took an hour and a half until my turn reached me. The procedure itself took about 20 minutes. So if you have an apointpent, don't expect to be seen on time. And everything else is fine.

They sent me several messages ahead of my appointment reminding me , even one hour before the appointment they sent the last reminding message me .Meanwhile ,I did not pay any amount of money . The doctors and the staffs are much mindful , caring and giving attention to their clients . I like the way I was done with all my appointment in the same building . Well the service was ok but the clients were using the washrooms did not care or mind about others were someone went to the washroom to get her urine sample left the washroom dirty , One could be sick and could affect others , Way forward let the hospital advise all in coming clients to care and leave the washrooms clean.
