    Dr.Beik is good doctor but the receptionist is terrible. she is the worst . Does she have a hearing problem?     CHANGE THE RECEPTIONIST!!!! She sounds like a miserable person that absolutely HATES her job. She should retire. The way she speaks to clients are insane. She raises her voice, CUTS YOU OFF AS YOURE SPEAKING & is always trying to get off the phone as soon as possible. I had to raise my voice at a person for the first time in my life with this woman because she wouldn’t let me TALK!!!!

    Very rude receptionist. She closed the door at my face and fully ignored what I was saying. I saw a sign saying new patients welcome and their door was open. Once I opened the door, she ran to the door to tell me they are not a walk in. I politely told her I am looking for a family doctor she closed the door on me and told me they are closed and are fully booked. If you are closed, why does it say open until 5 pm and why is your door open? I understand they might not be accepting new patients but she could have nicely and respectably told me without actually kicking me out and closing the door at my face. Please be kind to people visiting your office and update your information accordingly.

    LOL, The receptionist Julia!!! It's almost impossible to communicate with this elderly lady! She doesn't like to be on the phone at all. Answers the phone so late and wants to finish the conversation asap! Not the right character for this profession, specially for a clinic receptionist!

    I am a new patient to this clinic. I called the clinic and was trying to book an appointment, I missed the call of the receptionist once and then for the second time as I was working, then I called the receptionist back after a minute. Receptionist was so rude on the phone, she said she doesn’t usually call patients multiple times to book an appointment, I did apologize to her, (we all have our lives as well) then she asked me why I was looking for a family physician. What kind of question is that? Ofcourse, we need a family physician to have our annual check-up. She also asked my location or if I live nearby, while it was already asked in the first process when I called Health Connect looking for a Family Physician close to my area. Is it that big deal to ask patients where they live? Some patients would travel an extra mile for a family physician, as it is so hard now a days to get a hold of a family physician accepting new patients. I hope Dr. Beik gets a new secretary that could assist patients properly and with respect. -Update: I met Dr. Beik and he is the best. Unfortunately, his Medical Secretary is the worst person that I have met in my entire life, it is impossible to speak to her, she never listens. She doesn't talk to patients in a nice way. Patients should be treated well on the phone or in-person.

    I really don't like to write this review because DR Beik is the most professional dr in Canada that I have ever seen. But this office has 2 secreters who are really rude and unprofessional, they can't speak English well and they don't have any attention to their responsibilities. Every time that a patient call has a drama with them.

    I have no problems with the physicians working here however they have THE WORST receptionist ever. Horrible horrible receptionist. Like disgustingly horrible. Very rude it's almost appaling. Conversation has not even gone a minute yet and her tone and sarcasm is out of this world. She will cut you off, will not let you speak, and when you get the chance to speak, she will talk over you. She almost immediately wants to engage in an argument with you. All the traits of what a great receptionist should have she does not have. Really wonder how she still has this job.

    Dr. Beik is an excellent doctor but the old lady (receptionist) is the rudest receptionist I've ever talked to. She won't even listen to you.

    The service was perfect the day i selected Dr.Beik as my family physician. However, every time i called after that, the rude receptionist told me to go to emergency and that there are no appointments available. I am wondering why do i even need family doctor? I will contact doctor directly and after that i am changing doctor

    I was there when the old witch of a receptionist was orienting the newly hired employee before she got on her broom and flew away into the darkness. She literally showed the new one how she can get away with tormenting the sick and the vulnerable when they come seeking help for their problems. And as it is often the case, the bad workers demotivate the good ones. The new receptionist is carrying on the tradition of kicking people while they’re down.

    It is near impossible to have a conversation with the receptionist. She is extremely rude and unprofessional in how she addresses patients. Both myself and my husband have had difficulty communicating due to being constantly cut-off when expressing our questions or concerns (on SEVERAL occasions). Working in administration myself, it was unimaginable until now for a receptionist to display this amount of disrespect and disregard for a patient and their situation. I truly suggest looking elsewhere, it’s not worth the stress. Very disappointing.

    Good doctor all the respect for him and his work, but the reception is a disaster, more banning us than helping, and rude behavior from Julia, she was missing blood work forms/results, prescription refills and other things which are basic stuff for a doctor cabinet, me and my family had all subscribed for another doctor. I have to mention that we contacted Julia's manager who is in the ground level pharmacy, Northview Pharmacy, his name is Samer Kolta, he said is working to improve Julia's work, nothing was showing that, she was still doing in the same way, after 2-3 months since I notified her manager, more than that, second time the manager said that will be a meeting regarding the situation, nothing happened after this, she is still operating there in the same manner.

    Definitely do not recommend on the weekends. Google and the clinic website both were showing open on saturday but they do not. Waste of time.

    Sam was extremely helpful and was quick to know what I was there for whereas the russian lady Anna was extremely rude and unkind saying things like you expect it to be here? After telling her I faxed my prescription there. Definitely uncalled for.

    Falsely advertised as a walk in clinic. Waited from 9 am to get a head start when the clinic supposedly opened at 9:30. A doctor showed up at 10 to then dismiss me saying that they are not a walk in clinic. Im in discomfort and I wish they had clear signage and respected hours posted on the website.

    Extremely rude receptionist. She cuts you off, raises her voice and tries to disconnect you as soon as she can. She needs supervision talking with patients. It's not worth the stress.

    I'm a new patient of Dr Beik's and he's a such a nice attentive and inquisitive Doctor. As for the staff here, they're fantastic as well! Every time I've called they've been nothing but patient, kind and accommodating.

    Dr. Beik is so knowledgeable that I can’t stress enough. The only downside is the receptionist that one might find it a bit disheartening to see how Dr. Beik’s competency is overshadowed by her negligent. Please bear with the secretary cause it worths the patience.

    I'm so glad to say Dr Beik changed his receptionist. She is very polite and try to help patients to solve their problems. I called her and she relayed my problem to doctor very quickly.

    Alot of people say the secretary's are awful and I agree for the most part however there are a few that are lovely, the doctors are also very good and straight to the point cannot recommend more if you can get a spot here to see them. Just a note however this is NOT a walk in clinic and is only for appointments so do not be deceived.
