Never ever buy his promote floor that he show you was good quality, but when you pick it up this what you get!!!!! After you pay the money you never get any service from this guy！

Easiest place to shop for flooring and get customer service that goes beyond. Other places made me feel pressured to buy, and would not let me take samples home. The guys at Canadian Flooring know how stressful and difficult it can be to choose flooring, and are very patient to make sure you are satisfied.

The owner (yuri?) has some serious personality issues. He's very high tempered and gets triggered on any product related questions. Try it for yourself. Ask the guy where the hardwood is manufactured and he will give you the look. I'm just amazed with all the positive reviews here and I don't believe half of it.

Mutaz is unbelievably knowledgeable, helpful, patient and kind, and he went way above and beyond in terms of the customer service he provided, even though it took us many weeks to finalize our choice of engineered wood. He also helped us source other products the store doesn’t carry, such as wood wall paneling and raw wood floor vent covers. The store has a vast selection of wood brands/colour options and very competitive pricing. I cannot say enough good things about our experience here.

I had an amazing experience in dealing with Canadian Flooring. From the get go, Oday was extremely helpful in sourcing the right floor for us. We had a very specific colour match we were looking for and he found us several suitable options. Next the pricing was better than anywhere else. Our builder had suppliers for the same floor and couldn't match the price from Canadian Flooring. Lastly, we had to get the product delivered several hours outside of the city and they seamlessly arranged for that at a reasonable price too!

From start to finish, Mutaz and Yuri provided such a great customer service and experience. Both have great product knowledge and were so helpful. I will absolutely return to Canadian Flooring for future flooring needs.

I discovered Canadian flooring thru the internet and am really pleased about this I was looking for Hardwood / Engineered Wood floor. I was somehow not convinced to spend on expensive non wood alternatives. I was really amazed and confused by the range and variety of options available at CF, Mutaz Kadan and Yuri helped make my decision and get a great deal on a18 mil Engineered Hardwood product, I see this as great value for money product that will also increase the value of my home. Really happy to have discovered Canadian flooring, Mutaz Kadam and Yuri they are definitely my go to guys for anything in flooring.

This is a family run business & it shows by the attention to detail in the service I received from the owner Mutaz & his nephew Oday. They both had the patience, knowledge & the time to put up with my wife & I. In the end they came up with a product we loved & provided a great installer/ Danny at a very good price. I recently purchased both laminate and hardwood flooring from Canadian Flooring for my property and I couldn't be happier with the quality and competitive prices. Their customer service is exceptional – when it was discovered that one flooring option wasn't suitable, ( during installation )they promptly removed the installed flooring and refunded it and offered a replacement with even better quality and aesthetics flooring with no extra fee. Amazing write? Highly recommend their products, service and responsibility. They are professional.

Owner flipped out after I asked a question. I waited 25 mins for the owner to serve a customer that came after me. No problem, I browsed in the meantime. I asked him a single question about color and he completely snapped. Yelling about how he doesn't know colors, how I should go look in his showroom, he doesn't know what I want and that he doesn't have any stock. If I'm about to spend $10k at your store, the least you can do is answer a question. Don't bother going.

Mutaz was exceptional in the way he was able to help us find the right flooring for two parts of our home. He worked with our contractor seamlessly after we had chosen the products and colours. He was even able to work with his suppliers to source a product that was previously unavailable. Very happy with the service and the products! Thank you!

There are lot a flooring suppliers in the GTA and going through many for pricing, samples, availability, etc. made me very uncomfortable dealing with them until I spoke with Oday and Mutez - These guys are easy, transparent, fully committed and very professional in their approach - They keep their word and offer the best pricing you can get - They use a third-party delivery guy, Payam, who was on-time and easy to deal with - Oday and Mutez coordinated with the manufacturer and had my flooring ready for pick up the next day, and the same day for a few extras I needed. Overall, very happy with them and will definitely purchase through them on my future projects.

We have bought vinyl floors from here twice, quality was amazing and got lots of compliments. In terms of service, super nice owner - very patient, always try best to help all of our requests (even including returning the extra boxes). Will come back again for sure.

Everyone should know about Canadian Hardwood and the owner Mutaz, such a wonderful guy and a great help when time comes to make a final decision. Over ten years ago, after shopping around Toronto for a good quality floor, I came across Canadian Flooring, hiding in plain site just down the street from my office. They had so much to choose from and their prices beat the competition for the exact same product when compared. Come 2023 and I'm looking to place some engineered hardwood in the basement. Shopped around again before I could get to Canadian Flooring, but once I did, I found exactly what I was looking for, again at those unbeatable prices. When it came time to choose between the many options I've listed, with Mutaz's help, we weighed the pros and cons of each line of flooring to find the ideal one for my use. Truly the best experience and no pressure. Although, again at these prices you feel like you have to act quick before you miss some kind of sale, but that's just the bottom line!

This is a reliable supplier of flooring materials. Order was ready same day and colour and quality were exactly as shown on website. Mutaz was incredibly responsive and helpful.

Out of all the flooring places I visited, this was by far the best. Clean with a variety of different brands. Oday was amazing! He spent so much time with us looking for a color that matched what we were looking for. He went through all the different options and explained all the pros and cons of each brand. Yuri was very helpful with our selection of flooring. He was also very accommodating to our needs. He helped arrange delivery and we had no issues when we had to change our original order. A few years ago, we purchased flooring for the main floor and upper floor of our house. The quality of the engineered hardwood was exceptional. Finding a Canadian made floor at our price point was difficult but Canadian Flooring had a variety of floors at a very reasonable price! If you are reading this, I would consider you extremely fortunate. That is now you don't have to look anywhere else for your floor. I come 3rd generation in the logging industry, so my expectations, needless to say we're probably not only unreasonable, but also much higher than your average person. I'll get back to that in a second. What sold me pretty much right off the start was the super friendly customer service. These guys are by definition, true gentlemen and hands down the most professional people who you could wish to talk to. I'm not kidding these guys here restored my faith in the existence of customer service. I got a call from them 3 days after they delivered to check in and see if everything was good, no damages from shipping, if I was satisfied with the product etc. I really appreciated that call, it's refreshing to have a company who cares and willing to follow up, wow still puts a smile on my face. Anyway I told them on the phone that I am completely blown away by the quality of these planks, having a good background in logging/timbres I was going to critique this product with great prejudice, point out imperfections and so on. That was my plan anyway, so I open a box pull a few out gave them a once over and the over again, ok I thought probably the only good ones, after 3 boxes I couldn't deny the stunning quality of the product every piece near perfection. It gets better. I have now installed all the flooring 78 boxes not one board was bad not one. That is beyond impressive. Anyway thank you gentlemen, you are without a doubt the best in the business. Anyone reading this, you wouldn't want to go anywhere else period.
