Today marks the 1 year anniversary of my gastric sleeve surgery at Clinic 360. I waited a year to post this, just so everything I write and say ablution this amazing place come from heart and absolute truth and personal experience. Amazing staff, amazing service, personable environment, and very comforting atmosphere. The surgeon and the entire team from the moment you step foot there till the moment you leave the place and even after that continuously care for you and keep up to date with follow ups and make sure as a patient you feel confident and supported during this life changing journey. My results have been amazing and the only regret I have, is not searching this place earlier and making the decision sooner. Thanks Dr. Irshad and #Clinic360 staff.

I was here just yesterday for surgery and it was an amazing experience. The staff were wonderful! As I walked in I was greeted by Mary (receptionist), then I had a few nurses and the OR nurse to come to introduce themselves, all were very lovely. But Alexa was my main nurse. She took amazing care of me the whole time. The medical staff know how to care for their patients and truly cares for them. I have no complaints! And I would love to also thank the nurse who helped me get to my vehicle (her name I didn’t catch sadly) but I appreciate her as well. 5 stars!

Clinic 360 is such an awesome place. The staff is so friendly and professional, the doctors are excellent they walk you through what to expect which put me at ease. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I have suffered from food addiction nearly all my life (as of this date, I’m 30 years old). I was turned down by a gastric sleeve clinic because I was below the minimum by a single point (I felt so discouraged at that point). In early-September I decided to call the 360 clinic and see if I was eligible for gastric sleeve. The 360 receptionist was sweet and assured me I was eligible but a few tests would be required (blood, urine and a heart test). I was in a rush and wanted the procedure the same month. I don’t know how they managed it but they got me in on Sep 11, 2021 (thank you team 360). It is now January 5th 2022. I went from 180 pounds to 143 pounds (and I’m still losing). I never thought I would see the 40s so fast. They equipped me with a dietician early on that helped me with my journey (in which foods to eat and when) and nutrition. The entire experience was close to perfection. The day of the procedure I came in really early. They showed me all the rooms and I had a say in which room I preferred. I wanted the one right in front of the nurse’s station in case something happened to me. The nurses were kind and gentle. I feel this deep appreciation for them all. Big Y (you know who you are) – I love you! I could and still feel real care from the clinic. I would say that is the most appreciated piece to all of this. I’ve been in clinics before (for different surgeries), and either felt out-of-place or unwanted to some level. I never felt these types of emotions at 360. The staff are evidently trained. I received support each step of the way, support I never thought I deserved. Thank you, team, 360. Thank you, my dear nurses. Thank you, the incredible staff at the front desk. Thank you, the soft-spoken doctors who listened to my concerns and followed up on me. The journey isn’t over. Good luck to all who are looking for a solution to food addiction!

I can’t express with words my feelings and happiness, 7 months ago I had my VGS surgery and since day one all the staff, Carly, Yolanda, all the girls always so kind and lovely, My nutritionist Steffy, and of course the amazing job from Dr Kashif and Dr Kundhal simply amazing! Thanks a lot for this incredible change in my life! And for all the support every day since the beginning! Almost 100 pounds 🤩🤩🤩 I still can’t believe it 😊

It’s been a week since my surgery and I couldn’t be happier. I’m losing weight, my stitches have stopped hurting (with the exception of the big deep one that’s supposed to hurt for a couple more weeks). I feel lighter on my feet and have more energy. The Clinic 360 Team is amazing, my doctors were awesome but moreover my nurses were phenomenal. Due to covid my mom wasn’t allowed to come with me, which was a bit scary for me because I take my mom everywhere even at 22 (yes, embarrassing, I know) but with Yolanda and Sharon I truly felt motherly care. Yolanda made sure I was okay whenever she was able and would always lift my spirits. Sharon was AMAZING, she helped me drink, get up, even got me Vaseline for my chapped lips. My mom was pretty nervous and called the clinic at-least 10-15 times after my surgery, Sharon answered every call, reassured my mom, made sure that she was alright, and then would let me know to call as soon as I would wake up. She truly went above and beyond for me without showing a shred of annoyance or discomfort. Her patience is truly commendable. Thank you so much Clinic 360! I cannot wait to work hard, whip my new body into shape, and make you all proud. <3

I had my tummy tuck done at this clinic three months ago with dr. Somogyi. All the staff are super nice. Doctor Somogyi is an amazing doctor! I am very happy and definitely recommend this clinic. Dr. Magdi Gaid is an amazing anesthesiologist! He even makes you laugh right before giving you anaesthesia. I felt so at ease, it didn't even feel like I was about to have surgery. I had zero complications during and after surgery and I was a high risk patient due to history of previous blood clots. When I woke up after my surgery the nurses were very helpful and were always available! They were super nice too! Very very happy!

The nurses here were amazing. They were encouraging me every step of the way and actively looking for ways to make me more comfortable. Sometimes i would just getting up to get post surgery gross out of my mouth and they were in my room checking on me. Very good about helping me manage the initial pain and nausea. Edit: I should say that everyone else was great too getting me prepped for surgery and assuring me of what was happening. On my end it flashed by so fast I forgot to factor it into my review.

I had a fairly substantial procedure done at Clinic 360 last week. The facility, the team, the experience... I could not have asked for better in any of the aforementioned. I was handled and treated with such care and warmth from the moment I walked in at 7am to the moment I was wheeled out at 3:30pm. Incredible team and incredible facility. Couldn't recommend it more.

I went to Clinic 360 because of a familiar face that works there Alina, that is because Alina was one of the managers at a previous clinic where I had breast augmentation eight years ago. I have followed her career to clinic 360 because of the care and quality that I know I’ve received from her in the past from the surgeons to the staff that worked with her and so I decided to go to her new location because of that reason.. I was not disappointed seeing Alina after all these years, I followed through with removal of my breast in plants due to medical reasons..(not because of the implants but because I’m prone to fibroid adenomas) I felt safe secure in this state of the art clinic. I had the most knowledge of people and staff working on me. It was clean. They were kind they took their time with me. I got phone calls in the morning and a follow up appointment immediately after the staff really goes above and beyond to make sure each and every patient feels like they’re the only one there being looked after.. I just wanna say thank you to Clinic 360 my expectations of care were bang on and for that, I thank you there are no words to describe how happy and safe I felt in your care and I will be back you guys are a dream team from from both plastic Surgeons to the anaesthesiologist to the RNs and to the admin staff. I salute you all

I had VGS 6 months ago 10/10 would recommend. I have had no complications or issues post op. The whole process with Clinic 360 was nothing short of top notch. From the initial consult onward they answered all of my questions (some of which i am sure were insane), put me at ease and could not have been more helpful. Carly was so informative and really helped put my mind at ease every time we spoke. 360 has some of the BEST nurses I have ever interacted with, the OR nurse held my hand as I was being put under to help calm my nerves and the 2 nurses that stayed with me overnight were sooooo caring and attentive (I wish I could remember their names). The surgeons and anesthesiologist were so kind and informative. For weeks after the surgery Yolanda was amazing and soooo quick to answer all of my insane questions and took any concerns I had seriously. The post-op support and follow ups with the dieticians and surgeons have been absolutely fantastic. I have NEVER been treated better by medical professionals. Thank you Clinic 360!!

The most amazing staff, service and after-care I could have envisioned for myself. Their establishment is very clean, much bigger than i thought it could be and their level of professionalism cannot be understated. I would recommend Clinic 360 to anyone who wanted any of the procedures they offer done. Dr. Giannoulias (if i spelt that right) is top-notch, very kind, gentle and attentive. This place deserves more stars that 5!

The most caring and kindest staff in the entire world. Dr. G is very attentive and patient and made the whole process extremely smooth. The whole process didn’t feel like a surgery at all. One of my best decisions to choose Clinic360 for my surgery.

I had a tubal reversal but using my doctor from the fertility clinic. However The nurses I had from this clinic were complete angels. They treated me so well and tended to everything I needed. Thank you for an amazing experience ❤️

I recently had a number of procedures done at Clinic360 in Toronto and the staff there were all unbelievably amazing in every way. The level of care I received there exceeded my expectations by a lot. Everyone from the office staff to the nurses and doctors went above and beyond. Because of the nature of my visit my recovery was bound to be extremely difficult, but the staff there kept an incredibly watchful eye on me and were at my side any time I so much as moved in bed. The anesthesiologist, Dr.Gaid, is such a calming person to speak with and to have in the OR with you. Thank you so much to everyone at Clinic360!

I had gastric sleeve surgery at Clinic360. The staff was amazing, the nurses, surgeons and dieticians took great care of me pre and post opp. Everyone made sure I was comfortable and the follow up care was fantastic. It’s been 81 days since surgery, I’ve recovered well and quickly. Everyone at clinic 360 are amazing, supportive and so genuine. I couldn’t have asked for a better staff to be on this journey with! And in case anyone was wondering, I’ve lost 47lbs since surgery! I’m so excited and so grateful I was in caring hands!
