First time in Cosmo- friends highly recommended. Not disappointed- vast choice including burgers and roasts! The food was fresh and the grill was open on a week night. Comparing to other buffets in UK, so far the best one.

Nice place and many choices of foods. Good services. Soda drinks on a refillable. Plenty of other options at the bar.

We were so excited to visit Cosmo having been to one elsewhere before. We had a rather tight timeline due to having to catch a train, so got to the restaurant just before 5pm and was surprised to see such a queue. We were worried that we might not get to sample the delights. Likely come 5 the queue moved quickly. It appeared very well organised, whilst we waited inside briefly, we were soon directed up the escalator. Upon arrival at the top, we had a very good input as to how the restaurant worked, we paid and directed to our table. The staff were super helpful, friendly and attentive. There were plenty of posters advertising a birthday special, if your birthday is within the month of your visit between September and 2nd November 2023, you get your meal free. Although there was only two of us, it meant we could get one free. Food.. the food was lovely.. so much choice. The freshly cooked food section was fabulous.. loved the seafood options, actual king prawns, the salmon was amazing and he calamari superb too. I wasn't keen on the shredded Duck nor the Roast Gammon. Our least favourite section was the desserts.. whilst they looked good.. they didnt taste great, not even the tubs of ice cream. We would return if in the area.. certainly something for everyone here.

Been here 3 times now and each time gets more disappointing. First it took 10 minutes to be asked for drinks, and then a further 15 for drinks to be given. The chicken left us with food poisoning after our second visit here, and on the 3rd time noticed some pink in the chicken. The food quality was not good. I found myself at the buffet not fancying anything. When I asked about a discount I was entitled to, a staff member by the bar got hostile and refused it. Also, every time I have visited, the ice cream machine has been broken, and the dessert options are very poor. I think there are much nicer restaurants nearby to go to instead - that won’t make you ill! Update: I came back again tonight, was put right in the far corner, and not once during my hour and 10 minute stay did a server come to us to ask for drinks or take our plates. We were unbelievably shocked, and also observed how the food quality depletes as it gets later in the evening. Curry sauce was water, noodles were oily and flavourless, extremely disappointing. We weren’t thanked on leaving or asked how our food was

Yesterday I visited with friends to celebrate birthday. It's entrance itself stunning. It has wide range of Veg and Non-Veg Buffet option available. Though I'm pure vegetarian i looked only for Veg 😝. Sitting are was well Hygiene maintained and Staff is also supportive. Even for desset there was good options available. Specially I liked Blueberry Cheesecake 😋. Overall its great experience in.

The food is just about average. The staff are just about perfect. So the good news is, the staff here are so friendly and helpful and go the extra mile to welcome you..... But it does quite make up for the lacklustre food, which was surprisingly bland . The teppanyaki counter was a joke, you don't cook the food with out any seasoning and just through the sauce on at the last minute. Just tasteless! Sadly these seemed the norm for most of the dishes. A shame, as we have been to quite a few Cosmos in the group and this is just not up to scratch.

Cosmo is our go-to whenever we want to eat a lot of food. The quality of food is okay, don't expect much. The choices of food however are really good. There is Chinese, Indian, Western (roast, pizza, pasta, chicken), Japanese, and a whole lot of desserts to choose from. We come here with family and friends. Good price for a buffet and they honour the Blue Light card of NHS workers (10% off). Worth going if you are hungry and not sure what to eat as there is always something for everyone!

The food was delicious and cannot knock the choice all throughout the day! The service was great and they also have robot helpers which are super cute and fun. Only thing that let's it down is how busy and noisy it is when it's a bit fuller and with the tables so close together you're often bustled around a bit

Brilliant, had an amazing time on my birthday. Was surprised that my meal was free, due to being my birthday. Food was great and staff were really friendly. Will be going again and recommend it to others... To be honest is en par with JCR Global Buffet Ilford London if not better

Just dont go. No flavor at all, we went for dinner.food was cold and no flavor at all. They wrote wood fire pizza but it like basic pizza from some kebab shop.all dishes lack flavour and spices. Staff was not polite. Some of them were frozen food for a buffet lol.Indian were fuckall no prior experience for chef in Indian cusine.Garlic bread was hard, i could have asked for a chainsaw to eat it.Only dessert were satisfactory.Dont waste your 20£, rather goto street food stalls.

Been several times over the last few years. The cocktails are better value to buy than the usual spirits but of course the choice from the buffet was never ending. I recomend the freshly cooked teriaki king prawns. Althogh more expensive in the evening, there is a better choice of deserts and the addition of a chocolate fountain. Plus the theatre of the freshly cooked hotplate, where a skilled chef will cook to order.

The manager of this place is awful. The servers themselves are nice but we had a terrible experience paying with the manager. We first wanted to split which but we made a mistake calculating each persons total. Didn’t need to be shouted at and publicly humiliated in front of the whole restaurant, I think the manager needs more training and experience on customer service. He did not try to understand us when we were struggling to understand what he meant and resorted to shouting at us. A lot of our group did not speak fluent English so I felt this was very disrespectful. Anyway when we understood we of course paid. As for the food, it’s okay. Nothing amazing but it’s not too expensive so I guess you get what you pay for. I do not recommend.

Really enjoyed our first ever Cosmo visit, won't be our last. Had to wait for a table at 7pm on a Monday, proves how popular it is. Amazing variety of cuisine from all around the world. Indian, Chinese, Italian and Sunday roast if you fancy it. Some of desserts were a bit lacking in flavour, and ice cream machine was broken but these things happen I suppose. Overall, really good experience.

We love coming here for birthdays and special occasions. For families this amounts to lot of pennies on a budget to be a regular dining experience but offers a Huge variety of yummy foods for All fussy eaters to find something. Drinks sting a bit but are refillable at your leisure. Quick, excellent service from all staff. Having been coming since it opened we feel the quality has gone down slightly in the food but still the availability over rides this.

First time there, but I'll definitely be adding this to my list of favourite places to dinner. All you can eat may sound like you can make a pig of yourself, but two plates of Chinese food was enough to finish me off. Also, for £3 you get unlimited drinks refills. And lastly, save room for desserts. My only complaint was that the chocolate fountain was mesmerising to watch in action, and kids kept putting their fingers in it, which I thought was gross, but what can you do? All in all, 10/10

Omg, the food and drinks are much better than 1 year ago I came here. The price has risen a little but is still worth for its service. Tepanyaki is cool, Indian curry with naans, dim sum and Chinese food is nice! Desserts look so beautiful and taste very good. Their cocktails really surprised me, you don’t need to go to a bar and enjoy high-quality drinks here.

Great choice of food for every liking, we especially love the teppanyaki. The staff is great and booking in advance is recommended, they also take walk-ins but there may be a bit of wait. It's well worth it though, we will definitely be back!

I'd never been before but I have been to buffet meals before. This was very nice. The Chinese food was really good. The pizza was lovely. I wasn't too overly thrilled with the Indian food

Great food, very tasty and freshly cooked hot, but I did go when they were very busy to be fair. Some of the drink machine flavours had run out, so the choice there was limited. If it wasn't for the cutlery I'd have given this only my second full score, but the handles on them were round and very slim, meaning they kept spinning found in your hand, very frustrating on all mouthfuls, and there was no option of using a dessert spoon, I had had to pinch some off a cart that was momentarily abandoned. I did look everywhere and could see all other available cutlery that was out, which left me a bit confused, but the solution soon presented itself 😁

It is a good restaurant if you want to be in a social setting. Some of the food items are good, some are not. You just have to pick right. Desserts were lovely though. Overall it’s a decent restaurant.

Great food, service and price. Only downside is the amount of noise, but that's just other customers being so noisy that you can't sensibly have a conversation with someone at your own table without virtually shouting. . Spoils the atmosphere. Like I said food very good and still like going there.

Nice restaurant with a good variety of food and reasonable price. The food could be hotter as we arrived at 12h15 (15 minutes after opening) and some of the foods must have been seating there for a while. The layout is not the best as you have people walking around you all the time.

Came to Norwich to visit family, and really enjoyed this Cosmos, compared to my local one at home. The service from the staff and general atmosphere was very good. Only issue I have with food, was the ice cream machine was broken.. such a shame as that's the perfect way to end the meal.

Decor is very swanky. Staff are friendly, chatty, accommodating and helpful. Food was ok. Had much better. Pizzas where amazing but a lot of Chinese meat was dry. Desserts not nice at all. Meat fry on carvery. Would try when it was busier maybe so fresher food. 6/10 overall .

Had a party for kids here. They loved it, as did the adults. Good selection of food from various cultures. Desert selection was a bit limited. But the chocolate fountain was a favourite for most. Kids made somewhat of a mess, but the staff were great about it. Good value for money. Accommodating and relaxed atmosphere. Conveniently, located close to The Castle Mall Car Park: Car park 1 has 700 spaces, Carpark 2 has 80 spaces. I look forward to returning.

Good craic for the family food was nice clean and fresh coming out it was Indian Chinese Japanese and uk/seafood cuisine more then world cuisine. That being said the staff was very accommodating and very well put together and professional the service team was excellent. The kids loved the self service side of things and the price for 4 of us was very good would i go back 100% birthday/celebrations would be great at cosmo highly recommended 🎊🎊🍀🎉🎉

Nice, good service, good quality food, the Asian food was as good as any quality take away hower, cold seafood was disappointing mussels like dry rubber, roast was hacked off instead of sliced nicely. No particularly cheap but good value would return

Cosmo is located at 25 London St, Norwich NR2 1JE close to City Centre. Wide variety of food and drinks to taste for a buffet at value for money around £20 per adult. Laugh and smile can be seen among tables. The atmosphere is good. Highly recommended.

Great variety of good produce. . Anything that you could want to eat available. Enjoy as many trips as you wish to the buffet for whatever takes your desire. Be careful when you go for freshly grilled items as this can take a while , including sirloin, salmon, squid & prawns grilled to order. Great selection of drinks . Down side , rather noisy so if your looking for ambience then this isn't the place.

It.. was.. Amazing! As soon as we went in, a waiter asked what drinks we want, refillable or not, which was perfect because it was almost instantly! After we got our drinks, we could choose between a large variety of foods, whenever we wanted. This is perfect for picky eaters like me who only like select foods, and I ate a large amount of the select foods I picked. The refillable drinks are quite tasty, however I must say that for a non-drinker, the variety was pinned down to around 4 or 5. The place is well kept, and food refills came in pretty quick! I loved my stay at COSMO World Buffet, you should go there too!
