It could be a pretty standard stay if no thieves working there! Details: Hotel has a pretty decent parking, spacious and comfortable, moderately priced (EUR18 daily) as for Frankfurt Fairs area. Breakfast is a standard continental with small but sufficient variety of proteins, vegies, desserts and drinks. The only warm food is boiled egg of good quality. Just enough if you're on a budget side. Rooms are small, but sufficient if you don't plan more than sleeping and daily hygiene. Beds are queen size, a little bit too small for me, though. Good for single accommodation yet too small for two. Everything is okay for the price and location. Along with that, you can get stolen personal possessions from your room and even neither apologies for this type of event, nor any type of investigation or police involvement, which makes me strongly considering it's not a peculiar event, yet systemic approach in this hotel. Clearly recommend avoiding this place. Just another personal decision to stay in this hotel risking to have your belongings stolen or choose another safer property for staying.

Rooms were quite small. Service was good. I have put a shout out for one of staffs Mr Daniel Cobbs. He was amazing staff helped us a lot. He helped us through the breakfast buffet.

Good place and excellent Breakfast! The only Problem I have with every Motel one is that there is no door for the shower so water can splash everywhere. Excellent Hotel! ❤️

Nice Clean room, great location Opposition of the skyline plaza, and the Messe isn't far away. Can recommend. The breakfast has a small Buffet but everything is fresh and delicious. The Bar is surprinsingly good and allows some relexing time in a great setting. Whether it is after a long work day or after your arrival from a daunting Trip. It's a great place to stay and they do have rooms that are nice and silent, just ask for room towards the "Innenhof" / courtyard.

We enjoyed our one night stay in May at Motel One Frankfurt Messe. Close enough to shopping and dining while not on a busy, loud street. Just enough space for my husband and I in the balcony room. It was nice to have controllable A/C and the room was clean. The bed wasn’t too hard or too soft and the shower temperature and pressure were also just right. Friendly staff and we enjoyed the breakfast service too! Would stay here again.

A very nice and modern hotel near the exhibition center will offer comfort and appropriate services. I was only here for one night but everything was great. A rich breakfast offer and really perfect pastries and sweets. The only thing missing were scrambled eggs, but not everyone is looking for them. Overall, a very decent offer and perfect service. Thank you. Parking directly in the underground of the hotel.

Stayed 2 nights April/23. Over euro 100/night. Room was extremely hot the first night. Thermostat set to lowest setting and then turned off and window opened until street noise made us shut it. Staff tell us next morning air conditioning does not work and to open window as the “ventilation” is heat only. We were on the “courtyard” side (in fact just an alley trucks back into) This is the “quiet” side. The street side would be very unpleasant with a window open. The second night (Sunday) was slightly better as we left the window open all day and the heat was off. We slept until 0400 until the noise of the trams that run by the building every few minutes and a truck loading laundry bins in the alley woke us up. Also the bed had a double bed mattress ( not a queen) but with two single quilts which kept falling off the bed on each side. The bathroom had no ventilation at all. Not worth the money. Stay elsewhere for less money and functional ventilation

Actually I love the bar in the lobby. A very fine selection of Gins and totally friendly staff make a night cap a very enjoyable event. The bars pretty busy so don't expect a quite night but it's also not a club.

A week ago they organised a hookah party right in front of the hotel at the pedestrian way (public space). They didn’t clean it and till this day it’s dirty and black from all the charcoal they used . Also there was so many broken glass bottles . It’s so disappointing…

The breakfast was very good - high quality organic foods and lots of vegan options. The staff was amazing. The rooms are clean with big big windows.

Hotel tourist class. Clean and fresh but compact room without any extras lik3 cattle or even water to drink. Breakfast ruther poor. And during the fairs - horrible expensive - unreasonably expensive.

As per usual motel one always has a great location, nice and clean rooms, and friendly staff. Located across from an extensive shopping mall, access to a selection of shops and restaurants is always given, and in contrast at night it is very quiet. It's in walking distance from the central train station and close to Frankfurt Messe. Following the Europaallee there are many new build housing blocks with local shops and cafes. It's a nice area to stay in.

Nice place to stay. Everything is a bit standard but nicely arranged. Service staff is very friendly. Good starting point to explore Frankfurt. We will come back.

Room is ok, delicious breakfast and friendly staff. Just a bit struggle to communicate with the front staff/receptionist, the lady who served me had lack of English skills.

It was my first and last experience with motel one.One star goes to a Very poor reception service which I faced on my arrival late evening on 06.07, he gave me a room at level zero. I asked him 2 times to give a room on a higher floor as I afraid of such low room location , I was alone .both times he rudely refused and said no places . It was so noisy both nights and scary like I was in Keller and there were some running horribly laut water lines or something . Next morning very early at 08.00 4 my colleagues despite „no rooms“ argument got rooms at level 3 and 4. i left this place with panic attack this afternoon and can not calm down till now.

Perfect place for the money you spend. 24/7 bar service in the lobby is the best part about it. Central location and sparkling clean. Highly recommend. The staff is super friendly too and the breakfast freaking delicious!

Very beautiful hotel with modern architecture and new design. The room is also very good, beautiful and big enough. The service is amazing with very polite and friendly staff. Highlight for Meysam and Kevin that provide us such a good experience in the bar. The only drawback is the price which could be lower considering the whole.

Very good location (the city centre or Innenstadt is only about 1 stop with the S-Bahn or roughly 30min walking). The hotel itself is very well spotted on the street, has it's own unique style, the rooms are comfortable and clean. They have taken extra measures to ensure that covid-19 doesn't spread among guests (face mask in the corridors, rooms are desinfected with a special dosator for the next guest, hand disinfectants everywhere). The staff is very friendly and polite. And the best thing - price per night was not expensive. For this kind of hotel and service I would have thought it would cost much more per night but it was an avarage price. Plus a big shopping centre (Skyline Plaza) is just over the road, the fair halls are 5 min away and green parks arr also just about 5-7 min away.

Amazing hotel, highly recommend. It's still new in 2016, rooms are extremely comfortable, the staff was very very nice. Breakfast is quite good, with lactose free options. The lounge area is not only super comfy but also very appealing. Good choice of drinks, not too expensive.

Best value for money when it comes to central location to the fair. Staff is friendly but struggles to manage the bar with only 2 people at full occupation. Breakfast covers everything you need. Rooms are spacious and in some you will have a great view onto Frankfurt Skyline. Parking garage is rather small, early arrival recommended.

Situated close to the Messe,the Skyline mall is opposite the hotel and perfect if you don't have enough time to go into the city. Loved the bartender at Motel one,cheerful and witty.

Very small rooms but nice and clean. Breakfast is great. No USB charge ports in the room and the desk is very small. The location is good. A walking distance from the Messe and the main train station and just mear the sky mall shopping center.

Ideally situated for shiws at the Festhalle. Nice clean rooms. The bed a bit hart - like a childrens jumping castle. Great breakfast and indeed friendly and seemingly competent staff.
