Went to have my watch bracelet resized. Aside from the absurdly affordable prices, the service and personal attention to detail were amazing. James is a very talented and honest man which is rare these days. He has helped me numerous times with pieces of jewelry that were sentimental to me, he has reasonable prices and has gone above and beyond more than once.

James worked with me to create the ring I wanted, going through several iterations of wax designs before casting the perfect fern-shaped ring with an emerald set in it. My wife gets lots of compliments on it! We went back for our wedding bands and had another custom ring cast to match the engagement ring.
