We stayed 2 times here. Rooms are very basic and cleanliness is questionable, the only good thing about them is that they have a nice sea view. Otherwise, the cleaning ladies don't actually clean the rooms. They just change towels. We had the used feet towel be put on the bed and left there by the cleaning lady. When confronted about that and the fact that rooms are not actually cleaned daily she rudely replied "What more would you want in terms of cleaning?"..... Bathroom installations are old and they do not function properly. There are no mosquito nets at the windows. Elevators are slow. The hallways and shared spaces are dull and dusty. All in all, this is definitely not a 3 star hotel, nor a "resort". At best, it's a cringey motel with a pool.

A very nice place to spend your vacation with your family. The infinity pool is so cool.

The 2 stars I give are only for the location and the view. The hotel doesn’t worth it !!! Hair all over the room. The receptionist is rude and doesn’t even smile or take time to talk to people… like you are paying her to talk and use words.

Bad experience. No parking because they don t have for every room! Payed for last night even yesterday i left to some other place because i didn t like it in there. Kids friendly, nice place for kuds, very bad food..

I have a lot to write here. 1. When you make your check-in they will ask your number plates of your car, but quess what? No empty parking! Everybody it's parking randomly and nobody cares if you're blocking someone or not. So for me it's freaking useless that you have parking but it's not correctly used. 2. The noise from the restaurant during parties. When I make somewhere a holiday I prefer to get relaxed, the music was all night till midnight, so learn to respect your clients and your clients rest if you want to earn some respect. 3. The pool. You have to pay 30 lei for the pool. For a 3 star hotel (if this looks like a 3 star...) it's not fair that I'm paying for the pool if I want to go. 4. The elevators. They are kinda useless, all the time they are busy. I had to use the stairs in my last 3 days during staying. 5. The cleaning. In 5 days I never see nothing clean there. Nothing! Only the towels to be changed. Nothing else more. 6. The pillow. It's a small pillow for one person. I mean... It's freaking small. I had neck pain using that bloody pillow. Again I say, for 3 star hotel you can try to treat the customer properly, not like you're sleeping on a hangar. As a note, you better get a better management cause this one sucks!

Rooms clean and good size. Windows that open wide. AC working fine. All rooms have sea view: apartments best view, pool side also good, restaurant side still good but not as good as first two. Infinity pool is great. Elevators (2) may be a problem during peak times but otherwise ok. Plenty of free parking around the hotel. Pet friendly all sizes. Small fee. Location is great, just need to go down several steps before reaching the beach. Need beach shoes as the seabed is full of rocks and shells. Restaurant is available and prices are fair for high season. All Inclusive alternatives can be found at nearby hotels - Belvedere / Phoenicia @75 lei / meal. (15Eur)

Liked staying at the hotel, staff are helpful,friendly and nice. Good sea view wish the windows were bigger, but not a bigge :) clean rooms and everything is functioning as it should.

Bath smell like hell, the whole room smelled indeed, they turned on the air conditioning so that we don t sense but it was terrible The stuff was unrespectful Check in at 5pm and out at11.00, is that what you call a “day”? Bad food, noises at the night King bed was actually 2 beds one next to another Very very poor quality

We arrived one day later because we got stuck in Bucharest with some business. But since the hotel was not occupied at full capacity, the receptionist offered to extend our stay with one day passed our original reservation. For both rooms we booked. Even thou this is something normal for western countries, it is something I have never seen or heard of in Romania. I was pleasantly surprised and a bit shocked to be fair. The rooms are nice, with a good view, especially on the higher floors, though nobody cleaned them during our stay. Guest relation politics are strange: when we checked in they gave us a key, and that was about it. They didn't show us the parking area, the pool, or gave us any information about their services. There's no breakfast included and tge restaurant charges an insane amount of money for food and drinks, but so does a lot of other hotels and bars around Olimp. The bigest issue for me is that they charge you a big sum (150 RON) for their own sunbeds by their own pool, i have never seen something like this at any hotel in this or any other country i have been to.

I really had a wonderful experience with my stay here. I had a room at the 13th flood, clean, furniture/bathroom didn't seem old, sea view (no balcony), comfortable bed, elevators working fine. The infinity pool is a gem, the beach is close. The restaurant food didn't look so good tho. Also I traveled off-season.

Amazing hotel! The view from the top floors is extraordinarily, the rooms are clean, everything smells nice and the staff is very professional and helpful. From the hotel you get straight to the beach or the pool, very easy access. Beautiful surroundings. Affordable prices.

The rooms are nice and clean enough. The only Real Problem is that the restaurant is not actually a restaurant and you eat PAID meals only when they want.

Clean, modern style hotel. Very clean. Good air-conditioning. Very nice pool, good view of the sea. Not enough lifts, didn't have breakfast here as told was a prepaid card that would go towards breakfast. Have to pay for use of sunloungers at pool side.

Very basic hotel. It is close to the beach, however, the beach is not that great. There is little sand on the beach and the water is murky with lots of rocks. The restaurant is limited in choice. We ended up eating only once there because of that. I would not go there again!

The hotel does not have anything that they say, it does not Look the same as the pictures show, the food is Poor in choice and also expensive for what it s offering. The pool is small, the elevator is also small, the rooms don t have any vent in the bathroom and also no balcony.

Very nice and welcoming hotel. Clean rooms, very nice staff and a great view of the seaside. Tasty food, pool, just perfect for summer holiday.

While recently renovated, the workmanship is shoddy. You do have a nice view of the see, but it does not make up for the lacking services, mediocre breakfast and high price ( we paid 80€ per night).

Not very good food, clean room but little space for depositing stuff. Didn't like very much. Near to beach. Very beautiful view.
