This is a fantastic place to go for casual hangouts and great pizza. Their system is awesome so you get authentic, Roman-style pizza really fast. It's cash only with tax included in the price, which I really like. The event spaces are amazing and the patio is gorgeous.

Gosh, I have so much to say, where to begin? TLDR Version:  FUTURE customers.... Food options are individual slices of pizza, or small side salads. You won't have table service, and will be ordering at the bar. It is CASH-ONLY. You may experience strange customer-service behavior, and weird excuses for things. Overall, I was really confused here. I was expecting a high-end experience, but it really wasn't... at all. The vibe and atmosphere IS 10/10. There is nothing as cute and stylish in Olympia. It's SUCH a beautiful, relaxing space. But the experience.... Order at the counter, only small portions available, cash only.... Makes me so confused. It does not match the environment. I was expecting to spend $$$ on a fancy dinner here, but the menu didn't provide the opportunity to do so. Drinks on the other hand were $$$ -- overpriced. But they were also underpoured, and not very good. My partner ordered an old fashioned and instead of using sugar or a simple syrup for a sweetener, the bartender used a dribble of cherry juice, stating that it wouldn't give him cancer... odd. We left soon after ordering a pair of drinks and a slice of pizza because... I wanted dinner and quickly realized we couldn't really get that here. This would be a perfect spot for... Happy hour? Lunch? But they don't open until 5:30... Dinner time. Soooo why aren't there large portion options? For example, I would have loved to have ordered a large salad entree and easily paid... $20-25, but I could only order a $6 very small side salad. Like... What? If they are already making small salads... couldn't they make entree sized salads too? And actually is it open at 5:30 or is it 6? They have 2 signs outside the building with different open hours...? That's confusing. I saw this other couple (younger) in the restaurant who presumably were on a date night... They looked incredibly disappointed. I imagined they wanted dinner too. The pictures on Google maps of food items that aren't pizza are no longer accurate. Also, the lit up open sign should be raised higher so that people can actually see it from the road.

What a fantastic establishment! Lisa, the owner even greeted us with great information about her building and all the additions! The bartender was great and WOW THE PIZZA! Lisa travels to Italy to work with well-known pizzerias and wow does it pay off! Great good, drinks and service. The back patio was such a great bonus to our night!

This used to be a fine dining restaurant but has changed into a cool, vibey spot. I really enjoyed the food, drinks, and especially the service. My friend and I came in looking for a quiet place to get a drink. Our host (the owner) was so kind in making our drinks and then letting us stay a bit past closing time, and even offered us pizza if we promised to be quick. We sat outside in the covered patio, enjoying our food and drinks, catching up, and the occasion chatting with the owner. I'd definitely go back when I'm in the area next.

Good food. Bery pricey may be a bit too expensive for the locals but the food was good. I took my wife here on a date and she loved it. Bad thing was the water had some dirt in it. We both grew up drinking well water so we're used to it but the waitress switched out the water for us and everything was perfect after that. Definitely will be back.

The patio is divine for evening cocktails. The food is incomparably delicious, simple and fresh. My family has celebrated so many wonderful occasions, large and small, in the dining room and event spaces and they were all handled beautifully. By far my favorite spot in Olympia for intimate dinner or special event!

Great find on our way to Seattle. Limited menu but everything is on point. Wish pasta came with an option for meat but the flavors are all there and locally sourced. Indoors has a weird setup but upscale.outdoor patio is chill and relaxing. Definately worth a try!

Amazing food! The steak was a little tough but very tasty. Has to be one of the best chicken dishes I've ever had. Staff were very friendly. This is no $$ place tho. This is more like $$$$. Dinner for two with two cocktails and a glass of wine came out to 110$. Very tasty tho.

Wandered into this place randomly and we are so happy we did! Such a great atmosphere, owner was super nice, and the patio space is such a vibe. We tried the cocktails and the pizza. We will be back!

Went to try it out. Only have a limited number of pizzas. They are not made to order, they are made in morning and reheated when you order. When we got there, there were two choices left. The other couple with us ordered the "spicy" one and couldn't eat it. Ours was not good either, dry.

Love the new concept at The Mark! The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is friendly and familiar and the outside covered patio is the place to be. Amazing pizza, different from anything else in Olympia, an absolute must try. Casual yet elevated. Highly recommend.

Enjoying the reopening out on the patio! Lisa is totally dedicated to a special experience of fine drinks and dining! A little slice of Rome Italy in Olympia.

UnreMarkable! - What a disappointment. The Mark is an Olympia favorite but the new plan fell far short or our high expectations. Drinks average, pizza well below average (nearly raw and doughy on top and overdone on the bottom and flavors less than special) and customer service pretty bad. Let’s face it making pizza ahead of time then “finishing it off” is not the best method of preparation and Oly is not exactly known for restaurants with good service? I love how the server made her problem, attending to other customers who arrived after me, my problem by telling me I should have spoken up earlier rather taking responsibility for not paying attention and then showing considerable attitude when challenged. This on top of watching her make other server errors with her customers, her boss having to explain things to her and her work mate asking her to not just call out orders but put them in the system. My sister ordered a bottle of wine and five glass but was uncomfortable carrying all of it to the table. Once I finally got to place my order I took the tray of glasses to the table and as I’m about to return to pay the sever had chased me down to say come back and pay for what I had ordered in a not so nice tone. This person has no clue / customer service skills. Seriously doubt we will be going back. Based on the experience and the fact so few people were there on a Saturday night if things are not corrected The Mark’s survival might be at stake!

Amazing spot to drink wine/cocktails and eat delicious pizza. I love the patio (Jasmine smell is heavenly), music, and the overall vibe of this place. Very nice and accommodating owner. The eggplant pizza was 🔥. Support local business! We’ll definitely be back.

New Owner, The remodel of the back porch is exceptional. The welcoming vibe of the staff makes you dread closing time. Very pleasurable experience. With cleansing drink menus.

When we ordered our main dish, the waitress asked us questions about our dishes and then about salad/dressings which made it seem like it was part of our dish's options but the salads were an additional charge. Date night was over $150 for: pasta and steak (rib cut) and 2 cranberry vodkas, 2 side salads, and bread with spreadable cheese. We'll make it at home next time for under $50. Eat out on a picnic bench in our yard for the same atmosphere.

Super busy night but the owners were still delightful. Even handled a "Karen" with grace.

If you're looking for good, organic, vegan food, this is a great restaurant. My friend and I made a reservation and were greeted by friendly staff when we went in. A very nice atmosphere, and the patio was amazing. However, our waitress was fairly pushy and it took us about an hour to get our food when all was said and done. Probably wouldn't go back myself, but would recommend to a friend if it came up.

The Mark took great care of my family for a graduation party we hosted. We had a private room in the back that was perfect for our group of 14 people. The manager was fantastic at helping us create a menu that our family enjoyed without breaking our budget.

The food was good but not great, and the prices were much higher than I would expect for the quality and quantity. We got a $14 appetizer (dates and olive oil and cheese and almonds) and it came with 3 dates, two small pieces of cheese, and barely a tablespoon of olive oil. I enjoyed the ambiance and cocktail, but I was not wowed. Won't go again.

Outstanding environment and the service was exceptional. Lisa helped organize a special surprise party for my wife's birthday and everything turned out very nice. The setting is great and the food/drinks were good too.
