Wife and I stopped by for a quick bite and glad we did. Great cheeseburger. Special sauce was awesome. Wife had the fish and chips which she enjoyed. Said it was a little greasy but tasteful. Recommend highly.

My hubby and I love this bar. It gives you that feeling of community and you can always expect the "regulars" to be there. Service is always really good and so is the food. Love their breakfast, delicious fried oysters.

Some of the bartenders can be aloof at times, but some of the best and strongest drinks in town reside right here. Food is well-prepared and tasty, and the outdoor seating area has heaters and plenty of seating. One of my personal favorites.

Ended up at this local spot while traveling to Portland after a Seahawks game. Really good game day food. Friendly environment with good service. We’ll worth a trip.

Stopped here yesterday while in Olympia area, had some damn good and decent size chicken wings🍗. There was seven in the order. Very good crisp fried exterior and juicy inside. Love the skin like this, good taste with the hot sauce! Also had two very well made mixed drinks! After eating one I made sure to snap a quick pic to leave a review, don’t worry I did finish eating that one! Only thing left, bones. 😂

We went there for one reason and one reason only: For deep-fried mushrooms. Had been told they were the best in town. Called ahead to make certain they had them. Were told there were plenty. Entered 20 minutes later, to be "greeted" by a dor-faced server whose first words as she handed us menus were, "We're outta mushrooms." Kinda put a damper on the festivities, but it wasn't the server's fault, so, okay, we'll roll with it. Ordered burgers instead... which turned out to consistently have two features stand out above all others: (1) They were COMPLETELY unseasoned; and (2) they were burnt. As in charred (and no, I don't mean "caramelized"). Though we tried unsuccessfully several times to flag down our server, we never saw her at our table again after our burnt offerings were placed before us, except when she delivered our check. We won't be back, though I doubt it will matter to them.

Very impressed with the burger. The homemade fries were also great. They did a good job with Philly cheese dip!!

I have only been have once or twice in the past for a burger. Stopped in today for a late breakfast. Served til 2:00pm. I love sausage gravy on hash browns. where have I been. I should have been stopping here for years. The best sausage gravy in all of Tumwater, Lacey and Olympia. And what a deal. $7 for a plate. The scramble that my friend ordered look great and he also said it was the best in town. We will be back for sure.

The burger was decent, but I paid $2 to upgrade to onion rings and I got 5 rings. They were about 3" in diameter, so not 5 jumbo onion rings, just 5 relatively small onion rings. Felt like a good group of regulars at the bar, and the wait staff was on top of everything.

Super friendly waitress...extremely fast service. I had cup of clam chowder and fish tacos . It was our first and we enjoyed. My husband meatloaf special..he prefers gravy..but they had catchup. Overall a positive experience.

Food is always great but we aren't regulars. Food is always good but the last couple times we were in, the waitress ignored us and I had to get our drink. We waited for her to come back around for another one but never did. We paid and left.

We had breakfast. The atmosphere was pretty nice for a bar. Clean, nicely furnished, tables were not sticky. We didn’t have coffee, price out the the door with tip was $32. Still can’t get use to the higher prices since Covid, but Fatso’s prices were better than others by about 10-20%. I had ham steak & eggs which came with two fluffy pancakes & warm maple syrup. The ham was the best I’ve tasted - wonderfully smoky and juicy, cooked perfectly. Hubby had bacon & eggs with hash browns & toast. The bacon was flavorful & juicy, cooked just right. Only one piece of toast - two would have been better so you have something to put some jelly on for a sweet finish. We will definitely return.

Out on a drive to not much on a sunny day and was in the mood for some greasy dive grub. Searched burgers Olympia and this was one that came up and a friend with me who wanted breakfast. Called and placed an order for takeout. Burger was nice and sloppy all over my hands with a decent sauce and homemade greasy real fries. Friend said is Denver omelette breakfast was plenty. Possibly try this place again when I’m the area.

Great casual place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I specifically like the French toast and their ham steak. Their Hawaiian teriyaki burger is one of my favorites. It is service with a smile, Every time. When I'm in town I go here two or three times a week; and I am frequently here! If you haven't been in a while, they recently renovated and freshened the place up. The prices are good $$

The special of the day was meatloaf with fresh steamed broccoli and real mashed potatoes. It was a true "home cooking" dining experience and everything was cooked to excellence. The broccoli was not overcooked, the potatoes had bits of potato just the way they should, the gravy was actually tasty and the meatloaf was robust and flavorful. The portions were ample, in fact too much for my stomach, but I crammed it all in because it was too delicious to walk away. We'll definitely return.

Great customer service and even better food. Didn't have to wait long for our food. Impressed that Kayla had remembered my friend and what she had ordered( including the two different dressings)the last time she had been there. Aaron was friendly, making sure we were good with our lunch and on top of our drinks. Busy place but you could see him smiling even though he had a mask on

I'm still sitting in the establishment posting this. One, because I still have to pay, and two because I can't move!!! Everything was FIRE. The service, food, drinks, atmosphere, and staff!! Thank you. Will be back, and with my people. Thank you Jesse for your complete honesty, and Alana for your hospitality!!

Nachos were huge and delicious. Western burger was yummy. Staff was nice. They knew most people in there and what they liked. Great place.

Have always had good service here but the last time coming, it wasn't busy and was almost impossible to get waitstaff to come and assist. Thought we would try again and not only do people think it is ok for kids to run all over the darn place but employees didn't do anything about it. Guess there is no such thing as Good customer service anymore. This was a Sunday at noon.

Fries were cold and the place smelled funny but they were nice enuf to bring me extra napkins..won't go back there anytime soon...or later..

The food is excellent, the beer is cold. A nice place to watch a game, plenty of big screens. The dining area is a little sparse for my taste, could use a little sprucing up.

I've been here a small handful of times now and I got to say there breakfast is on point. The staff are cool and it's a pretty laid back joint for the morning crowd anyways. I'll be seeing ya soon.

The double bacon burger was so good. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to order another. The place is great to meet up with friends and family. Nice and relaxing.

Had lunch here the other day, my buddy loves this place, I don't know why. The food is average for a Cafe, the service was ok.

We came here for my husbands birthday with a large party. Originally they told me they didn’t do reservations on the weekends but to call back day of and see what they could do. I called next day and they said they would figure it out. We showed up and they had tables reserved! That was so cool. Highly recommend.

This has been our go-to home away from home for 30 years. The staff has turned over several times in that period but everyone of them have treated us well along the way. The current crew has been in place for several years and we love them like family. The food is great (burgers are the bomb but I love me an HBS with tots!) and the drinks are generously poured, at least for the regulars. Special shout-out to Kayla for always insuring I don't get in over my head.

They were busy so the service was slower then preferred but was 100% understandable. The fries are phenomenal, and the chicken strips were crispy and delicious. Not local to the area but I reccomend stopping in for a beer and some food!

Much better than expected. I was searching for a non fast food place to eat for lunch that wasn't far off of I-5. My husband and I both cleaned our plates and the bartender's pour was generous to say the least.

Potato sounds and fish tacos. Delicious and great service. Heated beer garden was a plus!

Dimly lit tavern. Not the most aesthetically pleasing. However the Biscuits & Gravy was delicious and definitely worth the hype. Pull tabs setup is wonky but the claw machine between the bathroom doors made up for it… the kids loved it. Very local vibe.
