One of my favorite pizza places in Oly! The ingredients are fresh, I love their thin crust, and the sauces they make are so delicious. Always good service that is timely. If you’re looking for an elevated, healthier pizza experience above traditional fast food chains, this is definitely a place worth going to!

I Ordered to go this time, Gluten Frre Crust Pizza with Salami, Pepperoni, Pinapple & Ham. It was a Delicious gluten free pizza. This is our first time trying their pizza!! The Super friendly staff creates a wonderful welcoming environment. Thanks Pizzeria LA Gitana for your service! Be back soon.

This was a picture of a $30 pizza. Paperthin, maybe $1.50‘s worth of ingredients on it. I can make a better pizza at home, standing on my head, with my eyes closed. Anybody who thinks this is good pizza has some pretty low expectations This sort of thing seems to be a pretty common occurrence these days; maybe it’s the New American way: Deliver as little as possible. Charge as much as you can for it.

I’ll start off with the positives. The service was good, and the restaurant itself is cute inside. Don’t let the ambiance fool you into thinking the food will be good though. We were sorely disappointed. We had the tomato & basil pizza, and the bolognese pasta. Both were downright awful. I have had MANY bolognese pastas and I can easily say this is the worst I’ve ever had. It was so bland with hardly any meat and big chunks of tomato. I would honestly compare it to a frozen tv dinner. The pizza was also terrible. Who puts cold chopped tomatoes on a hot pizza? So odd and just not good. I would give the food 0 stars if I could.

Very friendly staff. Beautifully decorated and inviting. Plenty of space between tables and a good sized bar. The food was very good as expected and reasonably priced. I had the lunch special, an individual sized pizza with sausage and mushrooms and a salad. We had a bottle of chianti for our beverage.

We were so pleased and excited to see the variety of choices for people who have gluten free issues. The atmosphere is so cozy and fun. I loved where we sat. We could watch the cooks do their magic. We have the best servers very helpful and informative. Again, definitely come to this place. If you want to have a delicious gluten-free dinner, you will not regret it! We were so hungry we forgot to take pictures of our wonderful food. Came back for my Birthday 🎂 This time, we took pictures. Absolutely delicious!

Wonderful pizza. Relaxing environment. We ordered Alexa's favorite and ate the whole thing. Will be coming back to try more flavors and the pasta.

We ordered the delicioza salad, the proscuitto and burrata pizza with arugula, and a mushroom, pinneapple, sausage, and arugula pizza. The pizza dough is thin crust, but not overcooked so it comes out with great texture but not burnt. All of the food was absolutely delicious. Only complaint is the server went to refill our caraffe of water and forgot about it. Highly recommend.

Thus place is amazing. They are welcoming and the atmosphere is enjoyable and relaxed. Our sever was perfect with the level of attention and recommendations. We ordered a half size of their charcuterie board, my husband ordered a pizza, and I chose the bolognese and had them add the pesto sauce (recommended by the server) best decision ever. We will be regulars at this place going forward

First off this place is so good!!! I’m not even a pizza person BUT their pizza 🍕 is amazing. My 3 year old son almost ate a whole 9in pizza by himself. I ordered their pesto pasta and it was pretty good. BUT their pesto chicken pizza was so DELICIOUS . The staff here is also super friendly :) and put in my sons order quickly. This place is pretty pricey with my husbands 14in pizza costing us $31 Soo…although we would like to eat here every week, it will be our date night/ family outing type place. BUT the pizza is definitely worth the money ^_^ a must try place ^_^

I really like this place when I'm in Washington state. The restaurant is nicely done and the pizza is always solid!! I like the thin crust !! Very crispy!! I'm usually there with a large group so start of service sometimes seems slow. Not sure if they wait til everyone is at the table before coming over, but I always like to have a cocktail while I wait for others.

We found this place on Yelp and decided to try, boy are we glad we did! They have live music I think it's every 3rd Saturday and these guys were amazing-great guitar and sax! Very nice touch with the candle and a real rose on every table. The decor is very cozy and love the ambience! We had the sausage and mushroom pizza and it was so good. Nice and thin and I ordered a side of pesto that was also very good. We'll definitely be coming back here and from reading the other reviews about gluten-free, my friend who cannot have gluten will definitely be surprised on that! Can't wait to try the pasta!

Saw a review of this place and decided to check it out. Went for lunch and had the small pizza and salad. Loved the thin crust. Split a tiramusu wh8ch was house made and wonderful. The service was outstanding!! Yes...we will be back for sure!

Great food and great service, a but a bit pricey. (A sign of the times) Their pasta and pizza are organic and you can tell. I definitely recommend stopping by.

We REALLY enjoyed this place! LOVE that so many of their ingredients are organic, locally sourced, and thoughtful. The salad I had (Greek) was amazing! The pasta was lovely and the pizzas are fabulous. The staff was great. We don't know anything about Italian wine so took the server's recommendations and were very pleased. We will be going back very soon!

Our family of 3 enjoyed the food and atmosphere. The service was a little off as we had to flag down servers for water, refills, and a kid color sheet that was mentioned/promised to our kiddo. Pizza was our very quickly once we were able to place our order. It was tasty and crust was thin (if that’s you’re preference). We had a kid-friendly pepperoni and ham but there were lots of other fun options on the menu. Price was reasonable. Atmosphere was very nice. Street parking, only.

This place is as authentic as you can get for Italian pizza! I loved the pesto sauce they used for the pasta and the pizza with Prosciutto San Daniele was to die for. The atmosphere is fantastic and would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a good atmosphere and good Italian food.

Decided to stop by for lunch. Tried the Basil Tomato pizza. It was literally AMZING! Every bite was filled with savory flavors eloquently complimented with the aroma of their basil selection. Lunch special was perfect portion. Great customer service and impeccably clean. Definitely will return !

I adore this place. From the roses to the lights and greenery, from the host to the servers and chef, the food and drinks. Everything was delicious. True Italian restaurant. I'd definitely go back and highly recommend it. Warm and comforting atmosphere.

Want to give this wonderful restaurant 5 ⭐️ review due to great staff, food and price point, all of which are perhaps the best in Olympia. Today while attempting to enjoy a delicious dessert and coffee, a crack head mini convention filled the front windows. I finally called OPD who immediately broke it up. WHY did a patron have to make that call????? Hard to justify returning. To the wait person I spoke with, PLEASE?!?!

I usually love this place. Every time we have our yearly family get together I make reservations here. Unfortunately this time was a bit disappointing. The hostess seemed lost and distracted when we arrived Saturday evening, restaurant was not very busy.. I had to go find a server because we sat for 20 minutes without being acknowledged. The service was okay ,the food was okay not what we are use to. Typically a wonderful place to eat but a disappointing one this weekend.

Somehow the lunch special here is 18.50 for a skimy 9" pizza and 12 oz iced beverage or a salad instead of a drink. Strange off the bat then I got the pizza and the ingredients were sad. Other than the *probably* in housemade pesto. It was a pizza I would of paid $12 at a fair for. They upscale it because it's wood fire cooked but compared to the other pizza places in the area, it's not worth the price. Herea a photo of the Pesto, Chicken and tomato pizza I had to pay an additional $2.5 for. I added my own goat cheese because it was so pitiful.

Our first time here, and we were very happy. Everything about this place is great. Food, service, cocktails and the ambiance is beautiful! We will be coming back!
