Really liked it here! Vietnamese driven, with some other well known Asian dishes, and all of it was good. We enjoyed shrimp rolls, eggs rolls, and a couple bowls of pho. We’ve already discussed coming back to try more of the food. Everything was just really solid. Only downside was the weird, cold peanut “spread” (it wasn’t really a sauce) that came with the shrimp roll. It wasn’t bad, but it’s nothing like peanut sauce I’ve had anywhere else. Staff was quick, prices were fair, and it’s relatively easy to park nearby.

Our new favorite place for bunh (#34 Vietnamese vermicelli rice noodle salad!!) -- our old fave Vietnamese place shall not be named :'( this place is closer anyway + it's nice to contribute to a downtown Oly business that's still thriving ... anyway, went back next week to order the same #34. I was still thinking about it. They're very nice here + speedy whether you order in or take out. We also got the pho, excellent, they are generous with the pho garnishes unlike SOME pho places. HumBao appetizer also pillowy and delicious, not too sweet. Banana boba -- if you like bananas, treat yourself! Interesting decor, they really put in some effort + there's quite a bit of seating + the interior is also spacious, I know some people like restaurants that way. I appreciate that they're not just "phoning in" their restaurant business + we will be back!

Arrived at 9:30 would not seat us they close at 10pm very rude will never eat here EVER! Probably racist we are a mixed couple, African American and Caucasian, we asked kindly if we ordered fast since we drove so far and we still had 30 minutes before closing... They said NO Very Rude too..

Love their vegetarian pho and egg roll noodle salad. Fresh ingredients, generous portions, and quick service since there have always been many tables open when I've eaten there. If you're dining in, it's a nice atmosphere, but there's always some sort of elevator piano music playing that gets old pretty fast.

I always thought I didn’t like pho but took my daughter here because that’s what she said she wanted. This place has changed my mind. It was phenomenal food and the portions bigger than anticipated, I got the wonton pho and it was hot and so full of flavor, it didn’t need any hot sauce to jazz it up. My daughter got the Little Danang Pho where the meat was cooked on the side, the meat by itself was great and the pho by itself was fantastic but together was magical. The spring rolls were also delicious and the peanut sauce was tasty and thick. The service itself was lovely, they were efficient and courteous! I loved the contemporary piano music that played as well, it was just the right balance of upbeat and peaceful. I’m so glad we went there and will definitely go again!

Not what I was expecting. The authentic food flavors of southeast Asia was non existence in the dishes. Service was slow, only one person running the front end taking orders, running dishes, and billing. The value is terrible due to the quality of the food, flavors, and service. I can over look the service and prices as long as the food is tasty, unfortunately it didn't stike my taste buds. Forgot to mention what I ordered chow fun seafood, chow fun beef, spicy pho, chicken teriyaki combo, egg rolls.

My first time here at Da Nang in Olympia and certainly will NOT be the last. Walked in to this place with amazing thai food aromas. We were a big group for lunch and were promptly seated. We ordered their delicious crispy fresh egg rolls which paired perfectly with their thai sweet & spicy sauce. For the mains, we ordered their Chicken Singapore noodles (delicious), curry fried rice with prawns and with chicken (tasty), yellow curry (divine) and their Mongolian beef (was good but tad too sweet even though we asked for 5 star spice level on this one). The food was delicious and I really liked how their shrimp was cooked to perfection in the fried rice or the curries it would just melt in your mouth. We skipped desserts. We also ordered their house tea which lacked a little flavor but was okay for a cold rainy day in Olympia. Service was good. Food is out pretty quick. All in all this is a good Thai place in Olympia downtown if you want to save yourself to Lacey.

I've been struggling to find a go-to pho restaurant in Olympia for a while now, and I'm happy to say Da Nang is it. I ordered the chicken pho with vegetables, and it was delightful. the broth was very flavorful, the meat was nice and tender, the noodles were good, and I was happy with the variety of toppings. I imagine the other pho is good as well, and I will be coming back.

The food here was so great. The honey walnut chicken was so good! Give it a try.

We were in Olympia and were craving something warm, and decided to try this place with all of the positive reviews. The waitstaff was very prompt and the food did come out quick. We do wish the waitstaff had checked in and offered more water after delivering the food, but she did refill after we finished our meals. The egg rolls were delicious, and came out super hot. The pho was just ok, kind of salty, but nothing to brag about. It did hit the spot, but I felt like the large bowl was not enough food and just more broth.

I am married to a Vietnamese lady who is an awesome cook , so I don’t patronize Vietnamese restaurants much . Da Nang was an impressive dining experience . Honestly, it was a lot more than I expected . Will definitely go back again . Highly recommend

Went with my parents and they said it was the best Vietnamese restaurant that they've been to, so that's saying a lot. The food I had was also good too, and their spiciest option was, in fact, spicy, which I appreciate

Every time we go here we try something new and it never disappoints. Today we had honey walnut chicken, beef Singapore noodles with curry, Mongolian beef, egg rolls and almond chicken. I also ordered a Thai tea which didn't disappoint either. Highly recommend this place.

Great place with a large selection of food. I had the chicken with lemongrass and garlic and it was delicious! The portions were very large and great prices.

100% my favorite pho place and I frequent it for veggie tofu pho. It's a great price, huge serving. The staff is always super nice and efficient, and the fountain and ceilings add some ambience to it. Love it here

Really surprised at the quality of the service, the food, and the business considering it is downtown in the worst possible city. This is one place that should be visited. The food was great tasting and a large portion. A wonderful selection for all, with a decent vegetarian menu.

The reviews are accurate! At the behest of friends, I ordered the pad Thai and it was so delicious and fresh. And here's the what part - the prawns we're cooked perfectly! Succulent and juicy! Nearly every Asian restaurant I've been too overcooks them so they are rubbery and bland. These were absolutely fantastic! Can't wait to go back and try more

Best Pho in Olympia! The flavor of the broth is so delicious and hard to match. Their Hum Bao and Shrimp Pork Spring Rolls are a great appetizer. Very clean restaurant and always friendly service.

The vegetarian almond chicken and vegetarian orange chicken are so good! This a great place when you are missing places like Panda Express.

Absolutely AMAZING vegetarian options!! The food is so good!! But remember, this is NOT fast food. Busy Friday night took about an hour to get food. Which was fine and worth it. So if in a hurry, pre-order. Staff is awesome if you have the time to sit and enjoy the atmosphere!!

I come here regularly, their food is super reliable and their service is friendly. Best spot I've found for pho in Olympia so far, but their sesame chicken is my favorite.
